I booked two rooms at Creekside Hotel and my reservation clearly included Riva Beach access. When I arrived, the hotel refused to give us the access and falsely claimed that the beach was closed due to the current country situation. I contacted the beach directly, and they confirmed that the beach was open, activities were ongoing, and the access was already available under the hotel’s name. This means the hotel did not need to make any new booking — they were simply refusing to provide what was already included in my reservation and trying to manipulate the situation. We argued for nearly one hour, and only after I started calling Dubai Consumer Rights did the manager suddenly “resolve” the issue and give us the access. The staff gave multiple contradictory excuses, which was very unprofessional and dishonest. On top of that, the room was missing basic amenities like shampoo, soap, and toothpaste, and again they gave weak excuses. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The hotel is advertised as 5-star, but in my opinion it is not even close — even 3 stars would be generous.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were well-maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. They were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
