I was there before this time my stay was horrible from 21 tell 27 the service almost zero because the low session and the construction work , there is no hot water for the bath tub . Elec system always stuck in my room, actually we r pilots and every 2 or 3 months we have training in the cae emirates and we come . They have to do something. Thanks

We had a lovely weekend stay at Creekside and would definitely stay again. The location is excellent, especially being right next to the Irish Village. One of the biggest reasons we chose the hotel was that it is pet-friendly, which made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. There was plenty of space to move around comfortably, which made the room feel even more relaxing and convenient. I was also impressed with the overall cleanliness, and I especially loved how fresh and nice the sheets smelled—it’s a small detail, but it really added to the feeling of a clean and comfortable stay. We really appreciated that the extra bed and additional towels were already prepared well in advance. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed that the hotel had taken the time to prepare properly for our arrival. A special mention to Armando, who was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable and really contributed to our positive experience. The only area I would suggest checking is the bathtub faucet, as there was some white buildup around it that made it look like that particular area may not have been thoroughly cleaned. It is a minor point, but something worth addressing considering how clean and well-maintained the rest of the room was. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The **spacious room, great location, pet-friendly accommodation, cleanliness, thoughtful preparation, and wonderful service** made our weekend stay very enjoyable. I would happily recommend Creekside and would definitely stay here again.

I already explained all the difficulties I had with sales team in a meeting with Mr.Mattiue. The weak and improper responses and communications from sales managers Mr.Abhishek and Mr.Anvish was the main reason of my decision to terminate the long stay .

Our stay was amazing. Spent 2 nights with family. There’s some renovations going on and some water issues so it was a little noisy but that was communicated. Ismile and the other gentleman in concierge were just wonderful to us. Helping with luggage and taxis. The breakfast was really good with a variety of food choices. The staff in the restaurant were very nice and accommodating too. My family and I will definitely be back but hopefully renovations will be done by then. We had an awesome stay.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the last 14 years. I can’t believe how much it’s deteriorated since Jumeriah pulled out and Accor took over. All of the restaurants and bars seemed to have shut. The breakfast is about 10% of what it used to be. Customer service had gone down as well. Quality of the room service is about 20% of what it used to be. I’m going to try my best to not stay there again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As a long-standing guest, you will also be aware that the hotel is currently undergoing a significant refurbishment and transformation, so naturally the experience during this period is not representative of the final product. We would, however, like to clarify that not “all of the restaurants and bars” have shut. The only outlet currently closed is Cu-Ba, which is being transformed into an entirely new concept as part of the hotel’s redevelopment. Our other operating outlets and services remain available to guests. We acknowledge that refurbishment periods can come with changes to the usual experience, but this is a temporary phase as we work towards a substantially enhanced hotel, including new dining, leisure and guest experiences. We hope you will reconsider your decision and visit us again towards the end of the year, once the transformation is complete. After 14 years of staying with us, it would be a shame to judge the next chapter before it has even opened. Thank you, Creekside Hotel Dubai

alas, can only note a lot of pretence about your hotel. pretending to be premium, but in reality it all gets crashed by the service and all the awkward arrangements that are stated on paper but do not work in real life

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, creating a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special, however, was the outstanding staff and management. Everyone, from the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping, was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The hospitality was exceptional. You could feel the positive energy throughout the entire hotel, and every team member made us feel valued and welcomed. The reception team in particular was very professional and helpful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious choices, along with wonderful service and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the combination of the excellent room, professional management, welcoming reception, outstanding staff, delicious breakfast, and positive atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team for making us feel at home and for maintaining such a high level of hospitality. This is definitely an experience I will remember and a hotel I would be very happy to return to again and again.

Frequently i stay at this hotel ... You can work there in peace , you can train in their great gym and you can also relax in of their 2 pools . The only remark i want to make without putting anybody in a bad spot is that for my last 2 stays my room had not being cleaned and we were already past 4.30 pm... it is not a knock against the cleaning team ofcourse because they are instructed to follow their schedule. But as a client staying in this hotel i prefere my room to be cleaned the latest at 2pm . for the rest i am very satisfied with the staf at the check in stage, the staf in the kitchen and the staf in the gym. They are really trying their best to be as friendly as possible. for me this is one of the most underated hotels in Dubai...
