Hotel is very nice and cozy. The staff are very polite and helpful, and they act professionally in every situation. Food was fresh and good taste. The only one thing which I recommend to hotel to pay more attention is restaurant - breakfast time almost all food bowls were empty and we had to wait about 20 min to be filled (there was not a good coordinating to kitchen)

I had a very bad experience during my three-day stay. On one evening, I found a hair in the mutton biryani served during dinner. The following morning, I found a cockroach in the sambar served with my breakfast. These incidents are a serious concern regarding food hygiene and safety. Additionally, the AC in Room No. 314 was making unusual noise, which caused further inconvenience during my stay. I request the management to look into these issues seriously and take appropriate corrective action to ensure better hygiene, food safety, and room maintenance for guests in the future.
