Not a great one this time as we paid doubled the room rents. Our company prefers Pullman at Chennai however the room charges should be considered may be 10-20% high however this time it was 100% higher than what we usually pay at Pullman

I wear a short sleve and a t shirt. When i come back in my room. The room is icy cold.!!! Why. I have to go to my bed to get warm. Just put the airco on a normal level. Please instruct the personnel to do that. Not everyone likes an icy cold room.!!
