All fine ,BUT room was small ,impossible to be at the desk and manage a coffee also you better be slim if you want to access the bed from the left :) But again very nice team .Next time I will request a 4th floor room according to the receptionist they are larger .

The worst check in in my life. As i came into the hotel the receptionist asked for my name and told me that the room is not finished. That’s all! No question about how was my journey or explaining something about hotel, breakfast, dinner or spa etc. Shower gel in room was empty, minibar was empty (needed to buy me water in the supermarket next door), german TV programs not working, cleanliness overall not satisfying. Dirty elevator and hallways. For the check out i just needed to put my card in the box and that’s it. No questions about how my stay was etc. Definitely cannot recommend this property. I stay so often in Accor hotel but this one is definitely the worst i ever stayed in.
