We enjoyed our overnight stay in Le Talaia hotel. The reception area and staff are both extremely welcoming. Our room was comfortable for 3 people with nice decor. We loved the pool area, especially after a long day sightseeing. Overall it is a great hotel, with lovely decor and very helpful staff. The only downside was that we couldn’t just have a sunset drink at the rooftop restaurant as the seating was reserved for restaurant diners only :(

I was very impressed by all the staff, the roof top bar & restaurant were excellent. We were delayed getting into our room (which happened last year) - free soft drinks isn’t much compensation. I do feel for the cost of our room (king suite) - it would be bigger. Your staff were superb!

We absolutely loved our stay at La Talaia in Biarritz. The location was perfect, and the hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and elegant, but with a wonderfully relaxed, laid-back feel.
Our rooms were gorgeous, and the hotel did a fantastic job accommodating our family of five. The amenities were excellent, and every detail made our stay feel special without ever feeling overly formal.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I began communicating with them before our arrival. They patiently answered all of my questions and helped arrange our transportation as well as a boat trip, which made planning our stay so easy.
The food was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, also a stunning location to enjoy breakfast every morning.
We truly loved everything about La Talaia. Beautiful hotel, wonderful location, delicious food, and an exceptional staff. It was one of the highlights of our time in Biarritz, and I would happily stay here again.

We were fortunate to get accommodation at this time of the year (summer holidays).
We have previously stayed at this location when it was Raddisson Blu so know the area really well.
Our room was excellent, roomy and had everything that was needed.
Staff were friendly and helpful, having an on site under cover parking which was essential,
Our only criticism would be that the cafe / bar lounge near reception didn’t stay open after 5pm. And the roof top bar wasn’t open from late afternoon as it was used as an extension of the restaurant. Early bookings were hard to get for the restaurant. The restaurant and the roof top bar need to be separate and then if you just wanted a snack night meal you could get it at the bar area. Especially in the busy periods. Not all guests want a long dinner meal. As we stayed for a week we were a captive audience. There are alot of restaurants a short walk away a good variety.

We spent eight nights in the Junior Suite. While the price doubles during August peak season, the room is spacious, tastefully decorated, and everything feels new. The staff (both at reception and the cleaning ladies) were very friendly, helpful, and responsive.
The location is excellent: next to rue Gambetta with many great restaurants, and near plage de la Côte Basque, which offers stunning sunset views and good surfing.
However, the facilities were disappointing. There is no dedicated kids' area, only a small space in the ground-floor coffee shop with a few books and a tiny kitchen.
The spa was barely visible, and while the massage area is pleasant, availability is very limited due to staffing issues.
The swimming pool is small for a hotel of this size, and finding a sunbed or space to swim can be difficult.
The restaurant was the biggest disappointment. we booked at the start of our stay but were only offered a slot on the second last day with a poor table. Being hotel guests brought no advantages, and despite having a toddler, we were seated next to the smoking area. When I raised this with the restaurant manager, she simply stated that tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and offered no alternative.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay but likely won't return on our next visit to Biarritz.

We had a great stay. Room was a nice size and clean. There was a noise at night coming from an adjacent room that was mechanical that was frustrating but otherwise a fabulous stay. Great rooftop bar and location is perfect!

I could not be more pleased with the experienced me and my family received at LeTalaia Resort. The resort itself is first class and staff was amazing. I would like to personally recognize the outstanding concierge service of Jeanne Louet. This was our families’s first time in Biarritz and we were there to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. I could not have pulled off the amazing experiences for my wife’s birthday without Jeanne’s help. Her restaurant and experience recommendations were absolutely perfect and she put in the effort to help arrange everything for us. I simply could not have done that without her help, especially on her amazing knowledge of the city and the area amounting to a first class experience each and every day that we were there, she literally arranged for everything from our boat experience to our amazing dining experiences, inclusive of the Michelin star La Rotunde at the Grand Palais and even a wonderful photographer to help commemorate our amazing occasion. I would highly recommend Jeanne to anyone that is looking to come out to Biarritz and enjoy the most amazing time like we did. Lastly, I just want to say just how much we loved the area the cultural experiences and the amazing culinary experience throughout our stay. We would highly recommend your hotel to anyone that we come across. That is looking to enjoy your most beautiful and wonderful city and Basque area. Our room was spotlessly clean and the location to restaurants/shops was unparalleled. Unfortunately, otherwise Le Talaia did not live up to our expectations. Despite booking a junior suite that's described as being on a high floor, we were given a room on the first floor that overlooks directly into a tree and neighboring house. Also could not get a late check-out since the hotel was fully booked, but this seems rather unfortunate for being a platinum Accor member and I'm not certain the staff even checked availability when we made the request over the phone as they immediately said no - surely when check-out is at 11a and check-in is at 3p, there's 30-60 minutes leeway for loyalty guests to have a bit more time? Tried to use our welcome drink vouchers after check out just to find that the opening times for the rooftop bar on the app are inaccurate and so we ended up having to use them on coffee in the lobby just to make use of them before we left. Welcome gift was a package of cheese biscuits - not particularly luxe compared to the bottles of wine, etc others seem to get at MGallery stays. The biscuits were tasty but in general this stay did not live up to our other Accor hotel stays.
Did appreciate the water dispensers on every floor though, and the Typology products. Those were a nice touch.
