This is a very nice hotel. It is the top end of the town, meaning a longer walk to Grand Plage but better situation for Plages Cote de Basque & Port Vieux. In our opinion it was also better situated for the better restaurants & cafes than those further down the town, as well as being a shade less hassle than the middle of town position. As a modern property, it meant no issues with aircon, which can be a factor in a lot of French properties. The rooftop bar is terrific & has a great view. The only thing we felt was a bit limited was the pool area was a shade small. As a rooftop facility that is not an easy fix. We would happily stay there again.

As per the title. The only piece of feedback I have relates to the pool. We had hoped to avail of it during the hot weather experienced at the time but it was extremely crowded due to it's small size—thus we did not use it. It also felt cramped due to the fences and density of chairs which ultimately did not match out expectations prior to our stay. In more normal conditions it may be more suitable. Note, this was a minor factor in what was otherwise a great stay. One other point that may prove helpful is to more openly promote the surf room. It's a great facility that was not aware of until I queried the signage with staff. I hope the feedback above is helpful. Note, I plan on returning—I enjoyed my stay that much.
