My flight was delayed and we missed our transfer, the hotel was kind enough to not charge us for the earlier missed flight. Also allowed us to stay later on the day of departure. We really appreciated such flexibility. And the hotel itself was incredible, amazing views from the top restaurant and the pool, and so well located next to amazing views and at the top of the major surf beaches, as well as being only a couple minute walk away from the best strip for restaurants and vibe. Thanks again!

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your concerns. Your previous attempts to contact management unfortunately coincided with my absence from the hotel due to annual leave. I have taken the time to review your comments personally upon my return, as I wanted to ensure that your feedback received the attention it deserved.
We are genuinely sorry that the gesture offered during your stay did not meet your expectations. We fully understand that the inconveniences you experienced, including the acoustic disturbances, the water leak and the temporary electricity interruption, may have affected your overall experience.
These incidents were, unfortunately, disturbances beyond our control. Nevertheless, they were addressed and managed by our teams with the utmost attention and in accordance with the quality standards and procedures established by Accor. We remain, of course, attentive to any opportunity to further improve the comfort and experience of our guests.
We also regret that you felt that your attempts to reach management did not receive the response you expected. This was certainly not our intention, and we are sorry for the impression this may have left.
We sincerely hope that you will give us the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with the complete and enjoyable experience that we strive to offer each of our guests.

We enjoyed our overnight stay in Le Talaia hotel. The reception area and staff are both extremely welcoming. Our room was comfortable for 3 people with nice decor. We loved the pool area, especially after a long day sightseeing. Overall it is a great hotel, with lovely decor and very helpful staff. The only downside was that we couldn’t just have a sunset drink at the rooftop restaurant as the seating was reserved for restaurant diners only :(

I was very impressed by all the staff, the roof top bar & restaurant were excellent. We were delayed getting into our room (which happened last year) - free soft drinks isn’t much compensation. I do feel for the cost of our room (king suite) - it would be bigger. Your staff were superb!
