Dear Sir, Thank you for your confidence with Accor Group, and taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Hôtel Plaza Biarritz Plage - Handwritten Collection. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies ; it is a shame that we did not had the oportunity to meet during your checking out. Plaza is small boutique hotel, and we try to do our best to welcome guest as they deserve : some checking-in may take more times than the others but we are sorry for the delay you suffered from. Concerning your comments about high prices, your invoice is corresponding to the rate you booked on line (Special Promotion for Mobile offer) Accordingly to your request, you did not paid for the carpark We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Absence de proposition de restauration en salle ou en room service

Chère Madame, Nous vous remercions pour votre retour concernant votre séjour. Notre hôtel étant situé en centre-ville avec une multitude de restaurants juste en sortant de l'hôtel et pour tous les goûts (italien, japonais, français, fruits de mer, bistronomique, gastronomique, à emporter...) nous ne proposons en effet que le petit-déjeuner ou des "planches" à partager et du snacking en Room Service : un QR code est présent dans les chambres pour passer commande auprès de notre service restauration et Bar entre 6h30 et 22h00. We were lucky enough to have the best room in the hotel room 306 the view over Biarritz beach were worth every penny.. Yes you pay for the view, but it’s probably the only time you’re going to be there…Just do it..
