C'est la plus mauvaise expérience au sein du groupe Accor. C'est un hôtel au sein d'un beau bâtiment et bien situé. Vous avez un beau produit qui est très mal exploité (Voir mes commentaires dans les différentes rubriques) Le bar ferme à 21h00 ! Du jamais vu !

Nous sommes désolés que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et nous vous prions d’accepter nos plus sincères excuses. Les hôtels Handwritten Collection sont désireux de vous offrir la meilleure qualité de service pour vos séjours ; par conséquent, votre avis est très précieux. Vous avez du effectivement attendre 15h45 avant de pouvoir intégrer votre chambre ; les chambres vue mer étant les plus demandées et en nombre limitée, nous n'avons pas pu vous en attribuer une autre ...certaines journées sont plus chargées que d'autres et nous en pouvons vous présenter que nos plus humbles excuses pour cette attente. EN ce qui concerne les mouches, nous subissons effectivement une invasion pu agréable malgré nos traitements (lampes attirantes/ pot de menthe etc..), elles semblent être irrésistiblement attirée par notre salle à manger : nous sommes profondément navrés de la gêne occasionnée. Soyez assuré que les mesures nécessaires seront mises en œuvre afin d’améliorer la qualité des prestations évoquées. De nouveau, nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires et espérons regagner votre confiance lors d’un prochain séjour.
