Very helpful staff free car park so bike parked in the garage and safe. Easy walk into town. We added a extra night as we liked it.

I stayed here for 2 nights after a long bike race, the room was perfect, check-in easy and great value for money. My only issue I would say is that the fire alarm went off around 6am and after getting some clothes on and rushing downstairs in a state of panic there was a whole coach load of people on the ‘non-budget’ side of the hotel calmly tucking into their breakfast!! It was worrying for me and strange that they were unaffected although in the same building. I finally returned to my slumber and awoke late for breakfast. The lady was ever so kind and allowed me to stay late and get by fill 😄 she is so nice and friendly

On arrival we had to double park while one of us booked in an got code for garage entry. Staff at reception failed to tell us which lift we needed to get our room. No offers of help when we couldn't find our way. Bedroom extremely small, hardly any room between end of the bed and shelf. Lots of people would have found this almost impossible to pass. Pillows were of poor quality and when we asked for more we were told there were none at all. Staff were uncaring and dismissive. The hotel was more expensive than the Ibis we had stayed at in Port Vendre but of far worse quality. We will not revisit or recommend.
