Have stayed here a number of times for one night only. Good budget hotel well located next to Saint Jean de Luz. Car parking is a plus in an area where parking is hard to find.

Great hotel, just a short walk from the centre of town. Situated in a quiet location, the rooms are small, but well appointed and very clean. The breakfast was very good and there was large choice available. The hotel also has it's own free underground car park adjoining the hotel with entry code. Very handy when travelling by motorbike. Easy check-in and check-out.

In our many stays in this hotel, this was our worst experience. Room 12 was tiny (we didn’t want an extra bed room), claustrophobic, hot and noisy. I was unable to keep the window open because of the bright outside lights and car noise which finished late and started early. I could barely get out of bed because I had 6” gap to the wall & my husband didn’t even have a bedside shelf due to the folding bed we didn’t ask for. We couldn’t wait to leave.,

Great location between France and Spain. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent value for money. Perfect for exploring both San Juan de Luz and Hondarribia. Traveled with my little cat who loved the peace and quiet perfect soundproofing! Would definitely stay again!

booked, confirmed and did my online checking only to arrive and find the room not ready yet. Had to wait one hour to be able to access the room. The agent at the reception gave us the wrong door code and barely explained about things around the hotel. They were friendly though
