Rooms are spotlessly clean with great bathroom amenities (Nux), however, the hotel lacks the overall quality of others of the same brand. Coffee/teas provided to use with a kettle are an unknown brand. I was a bit surprised to see Nespresso pods available in the lobby at a cost to the guests, a gesture that many hotels have available. Yet, it is an important morning perk for many guests. I felt overall like I had stayed in some budget hotel, which I don't consider the Mercure chain to be. Location is fabulous, walking distance to the ocean with gorgeous views and a lovely promenade. Parking just below the hotel in an Indigo parking lot. No place to drop luggage other than blocking a lane to the parking lot.

Des cafetières Nespresso sont effectivement à disposition gracieusement dans les chambres de catégorie privilège. Notre emplacement central en cœur de ville, limite effectivement le dépôt minute : l'emplacement réservé à cet effet situé en face de la porte d'entrée étant souvent occupé. De nouveau, nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires et espérons regagner votre confiance lors d’un prochain séjour.
