During my stay, I encountered several issues that I found disappointing and inappropriate for a four-star hotel. First, housekeeping left a cleaning spray bottle in my room after cleaning, which felt very unprofessional and raised concerns about attention to detail. Second, the front desk and lobby staff were not particularly courteous or helpful. They did not proactively assist me with my luggage or help arrange a taxi, which I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. Third, although the hotel lobby had enough counters available, only one staff member was handling both check-in and check-out. As a result, I had to wait for a considerable amount of time during both arrival and departure. I believe letting a guest wait for a considerable amount of time in 2am is not what Accor is aiming to provide in a 4-star hotel. In addition, there were no slippers provided in the room. They were only made available after I called to request them, which was inconvenient and not what I would expect from a four-star hotel. Finally, there appears to be a design issue with the bathroom. Every time I took a shower, a large amount of water leaked onto the floor outside the shower area. This made the bath mat completely wet and created a potential safety hazard. Overall, the room is still comfy and stylish, but these issues made my stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel will take them seriously and make improvements.

The room is great, the staff are king and the environment was good. The only thing to comment is the parking. Sometimes the parking is fully occupied.
