Our stay at Mercure Abu Dhabi was truly memorable from beginning to end. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their warm hospitality and excellent service, which made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to Mr. Mehdi, who assisted me with my inquiries via email before our arrival. We were delighted to meet him in person during check-in, and his kindness made our experience even more special. As we were celebrating our wedding the following day, he generously arranged a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful Suite room. When we entered our room, we were overwhelmed with joy. The suite was beautifully decorated with elegant swan towel art, red flower petals, and balloons, making it feel truly magical. It was such a thoughtful surprise and the perfect way to begin our wedding celebration. We were genuinely touched by the effort and care the team put into making our stay unforgettable. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you once again to Mr. Mehdi and the entire Mercure Abu Dhabi team for making the beginning of our new chapter together so special. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Shekar from the concierge team. He greeted me with a genuine smile, was very helpful, and assisted me with my luggage, making the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. The front desk staff member who assisted me was also exceptional. Although I unfortunately forgot his name, he was professional, courteous, and went the extra mile by assigning me a very nice room during check in and arranging a late check-out, which I truly appreciated. His kindness and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were complete, and everything was well maintained, making it easy to relax throughout my stay. The only small issue I encountered was that the main entrance to the hotel was a little confusing to find at first. Better signage would make it easier for first-time guests. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not affect my overall experience. Overall, I had a fantastic stay thanks to the excellent hospitality and attentive service from the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.
