We stayed at an apartment first not having air conditioning. It was tough for children but this hotel has good air conditioning systems in each room and it helped children’s health.

We were very happy with our stay. Friendly and helpful staff, very good cleaning and a beautiful rooftop terrace. We have only 2 things to complaint about; the smell of mold, especially in stairways (from the carpets?) and really dull knives to cut bread at breakfast.

The drain system was very bad. Use shower for 30 seconds and we had to stop the shower and wait 60 seconds to get the water cleared off your feet.

We booked a weekend away to get away from the fires in the region. Location of the hotel is excellent and a great but tight car park. Wish we had booked a bigger room as the room we had booked probably had less room than a standard Ibis bedroom. That aside we enjoyed the stay and staff were great.

Disappointing late checking in as the room appointed was not ready. Polite and helpful staff . Our room was small and ordinary,, diappointing. At breakfast there was no plates or cutlery left as a large group had just left, leaving independent tourists in disbelief, in a Mercure establishment. Poor management.

We were pleased to have been given an upgrade. The bathroom was nice and modern but the room decor was very tired the corridor decor was horrible. It would be nice to be able to book parking ahead of time.

A really nice hotel perfectly located for Arles beautiful attractions. Staff were super friendly. The restaurant’s menu was limited but very tasty. My only gripe was the temperature in the room which was cold. I did try to adjust the heating via the in-room Daikin control panel, but alas no change. That said would I return to this hotel in the future, yes I definitely would.

I had a lovely stay, rooms were clean and warm. Food was good and atmoshere was quiet at night which is good, A bit dissapointed that the hotel bar closed before 10pm which is not good enough. I spent a lot of money and to not be able to get a drink before 10pm is pretty poor...
