Basic room but just what we needed, great pool. Never did see the shuttle bus but the walk into the centre of Arles only took about 20 minutes along the River Rhône.

Lamentable

Bonjour Monsieur G., nous sommes très surpris de votre retour d'expérience. Vous nous dites que nous effectuons des économies de ménage alors que vous avez séjourné chez nous deux nuitées et qu'à aucun moment vous nous avez fait état d'un quelconque manquement à ce sujet.. De plus, même si nous pouvons rencontrer des problèmes techniques, l'important est de trouver une solution efficace pour notre clientèle. Ce qui a été fait! Notre Réception étant présente 24h/24, si vous rencontrez un problème au niveau de la climatisation dans votre chambre à une heure tardive, notre équipe est là pour le solutionner. cordialement, La Direction. The toilet pallet was broken and there was no way it could be repaired during the week of our stay. The cleaning ladies continued to clean in the early afternoon even after we asked them and also to the receptionist to do it in the morning as we have a small child who needs to sleep in the afternoon. Finally, we don't understand why there is no toilet brush in the room... we were told that because of COVID 19, but the cleaners used one for all the rooms, so I don't understand why we can't have one in each room, which would certainly be more hygienic. Finally, it would be nice to be able to use the space next to the pool in the evenings, but at a certain time the door is closed and those who want to work and smoke cannot find a suitable place. Sincerely

We have been here before and enjoyed our previous stay as easy access to Arles. However this time a bit of a damper, as I had a nasty fall just by the automatic gate, it was getting dark and I thought the gate was about to close so moved quickly towards it and did not see the dip in the road, so fell. A gentleman in reception came to my assistance and I helped with my dislocated finger, however as it was a ring finger the receptionist called the fire brigade to cut the ring off as finger swelling. They took me to hospital (who were excellent) but did not return to hotel till 5.30am Sunday morning. Then had great difficulty getting key to work and access to room . The night receptionist had to take lock apart, we had previously had problems getting into room. Apart from this we enjoyed most of our stay
