Long check-ins, smaller room provided so that I would have one with the AC (AC still didn't work). The real reason was that the clerk had given away my room by mistake. Hotel ran out of toilet paper. Coffee machine not working. Hotel must be located near a waste site; there's a permanent smell on the first two floors. Toilets look disgusting upon first entry in the room. Never. Never again.

My air conditioning didn't work - I was not given any refund on this despite speaking to the manager about it. There was a terrible sell coming up from the drain, the toilet lid was broken, and the carpet was stained. All in all it was a terrible experience and it is the worst hotel I have stayed in.

Less service year after year… I stayed at this hotel during the Rencontres de la Photographie for many years now. But every year prices rise (which is quite unavoidable) and service becomes worse. The daily room service is not provided any more, unless you ask for it the day before. No compensation is given for that (e.g. free drink at the bar or similar) Toilet flush in the bathroom did not work properly and the room key card had to be reactivated 12(!) times during my stay (4 nights). Same problem as last year. People at the front desk were kind and helpful but could not manage the many technical problems. The building urgently needs a makeover. Don’t think to be back in 2027.

We just stayed for a night. Everything went well - the accommodation was comfortable, the staff very welcoming. One thing that I'd complain about is the fact that in the room description at booking there was information that there's a bath or a shower which wasn't the case in the end. I was specifically looking for an accommodation with a bath and when contacted the hotel I was told that there's no bath option - why write that in the description then?

Bonjour, cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons en famille ou à deux et nous voyons la dégradation avancer avec une accélération cette année. Même si nous réservons en coté Budget, avec une nuit à 130€ quand même, nous méritons la propreté. Les couloirs étaient vraiment sales et n'ont été nettoyés qu'après le 3ème jour de notre séjour. La chasse d'eau de notre chambre ne fonctionnait que partiellement ce qui était très désagréable. Et enfin, juste avant l'entrée de l'hôtel dans la descente qui mène au parking, une décharge à ciel ouvert. Pourquoi les abords de l'hôtel ne sont ils pas nettoyés ? L'hôtel a besoin d'être rafraichi et entretenu car il est vraiment sympathique, et son personnel très accueillant et nous y passons toujours un très bon moment. Bien cordialement.

Climatisation en panne, j'ai eu l'impression qu'on me mentait à l'accueil. Je demande comment mettre la climatisation (nous sommes à Arles en Juillet). On me dit d'appuyer sur le bouton, cela doit être bleu. J'avais essayé et cela ne fonctionnait pas. On m'indique alors que la climatisation est en panne dans "quelques chambres". Mes fils on une chambre dans un autre étage, même chose. Je demande s'il est possible d'avoir une autre chambre, on me dit que l'hotel est complet. Le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner, la salle était presque vide. Je peux comprendre une panne, mais me prendre pour un con, je ne supporte pas.
