Location of hotel although advertised as 15 mins from main centre of town the area/walk is not one i felt comfortable with. Restaurant is not open in the evenings. Fittings in the bedroom needed repair (curtains and bedside lamp - the latter had wires coming out of the wall).

Clean and basic room. Plenty of free parking inside the hotel. Abundant and good breakfast. Strong wifi. Efficient a/c. Not far from centre of Arles though still at walking distance...but the walk is not pleasant at all. All in all not exactly cheap.

The hotel needs to be refurbished asap! The air con not working adequately at all, the showers were weak and leaky and no hot water, the rooms feel tired, the pool even felt tired. The Breakfast was ok. The staff were helpful and polite!

General cleaning was really bad. The room carpet was full of stains, dust, hair. The restroom was dirty and really old. When we approached the staff asking for a room cleaning they replied us that they clean every morning, but the morning after they "forget" to clean even the toilet. The breakfast was not bad but it has been affected by the same issues...no staff around to check the buffet or to clean the tables, people were taking food with bare hands and putting it back in the baskets or tray for the next lucky customer and no one from the staff told them anything. I have had the bad idea not to use the elevator and I have decided to climb the stairs instead: mould, scratches, balls of hair and fur, gummy candies glued in the carpet and an awful smell of bad thing was the environment I ended up in. I really cannot believe how it is possible to rate this hotel a 3 star one. The only 3 star thing was the price for a 0,5 l bottle of water, 5€, that sounded like a joke.
