This hotel is well located and quite nice but it's under renovation so you must carry your bags up steep steps (in 35 degree heat!) and the breakfast food was very poorly stocked so we were very disappointed as a family who paid for breakfast!

Nice place and not too far to walk to Arles centre and most of the places to visit there. Work was going on around the hotel when I went so the entrance was a temporary one (I think) at the side of the building with uneven steps due to cracked/ broken tiles and the car park had an unfinished surface. Breakfast was ok but not the best have had at a Styles and arriving at just before 8 am the dish with scrambled egg in only had remnants and looked suspiciously like it had the day before with the remnants of egg crusted in the dish, when asked if they would be bringing some more out (seeing how there was still a couple more hours of breakfast availability) was told no as due to the way scrambled egg is made they didn’t have time to do it. I have had better experiences at Ibis Styles and put this all down to the apparent work happening at the hotel so hope it should get better.

We stayed 2 days. The top was the swimming pool, the coworking space, the breakfast. The con was checkin time too strict which created a queue at 2 oclock because everyone has to check in at the same time. The card to open the bedroom door was not 100 %>

The room was fine although some maintenance required. No restaurant open on a weekend was an inconvenience The exterior of the hotel could use some TLC, it looks unkept and dirty. I don’t think it lives up to the Ibis Styles name. The Ibis Styles in Toulouse was lovely.

At checkin, the receptionist seemed to have vision issues and was unable to see if the room had been paid for in advance. No containers/glasses in the bathroom. Twin room requested and no space allowed between beds. Reception staff seemed to be overworked, dealing with two Ibis hotels which added to wait time for (e.g.) re-setting of non-functioning room key. Broken light fitting above my bed. Issues of damp in various locations in the room. In dining area a chair was used to keep an outside door shut. At rear of hotel, another door kept open - which is another security issue. At rear commercial access, on the public road, clearly used for fly-tipping and clearly not reported for clearance.

The stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The hotel's location is ideal for walking to Arles. A key factor for us was getting to the hotel by car late in the night. Receiving a phone call from reception asking where we were and when we would arrive was a pleasant experience. The reception staff was friendly and eager to help. Two things require attention: first, the hotel's condition. The windows and doors in the rooms are leaky. It got cold when the Mistral blew. Second, the breakfasts were lacking variety. Exactly the same meals were served for four days.

The hotel was in a good location for cycling and getting into the town. The pool was great after the cycling. Most of the staff were very helpful, one member of staff could have been more friendly. Breakfast was good.

Mauvaise expérience ! 35 mn pour avoir une clé (une personne très agréable seule pour 2 hotels) chambre (514) douteuse, moquette très tachée, salle de bain en ruine... impossible que faire fonctionner la clé de la chambre... honteux, c'est dommage j'aime bien les ibis styles !!!

Je suis client régulier de cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années mais cette année fut très décevante. Tout d'abord j'ai eu une chambre médicalisée (je ne suis pas handicapé ou grabataire) puis j'ai réussi à être déplacé dans une autre chambre avec un miroir cassé dans la salle de bains et une climatisation en panne. La porte de la salle de bain aurait besoin d'être remise en état. En outre, le buffet du petit déjeuner a diminué de moitié, pain de mauvaise qualité, plusieurs choses ont disparu. Chambre faites à la va-vite sans doute du au manque de personnel. Sans parler des abords de l'hôtel, à l'arrivée on croirait rentrer dans une déchetterie. Bref c'est ma dernière année chez vous.

Personale molto gentile; camere pulite. Purtroppo al momento del check-in la hall era intasata di gente e senza aria condizionata ed il giorno successivo la piscina, alla mattina, non era funzionante. sono cose passeggere. Per chi lavora, si sente la mancanza in camera di un tavolino dove appoggiare il PC portatile
