This hotel has yet to refund me for leaving early. Asked me to email have done so 3 times stoped by twice. So avoid this hotel management is a joke and incompetent and lazy. Shame it came to this with this hotel but the staff was friendly just management needs to be sacked

There is about 120 people staying here with Tripadeal, one of those people is me. I simply asked the bar lady and the receptionist for some ice and water and they said ‘No!’ However, later I see a man given some ice in a glass. Simply just two very rude ladies!

Dear Jim, As you said, you were a group of 120 people, and most of you had brought your own drinks, even if we have our own bar. Many of you had asked for ice and glasses. We could'nt satisfied all the group. Normaly, we sell only our drinks. We hope that you have apprecied other services of the hotel and that your stay was not spoiled for ices and water. Best regards

While checking out, the attendant was not cooperative at all. And was very rude.

Bonjour Mme D. Nous vous remercions pour votre retour positif suite à votre séjour dans notre établissement. Nous vous confirmons qu'il est bien interdit de fumer dans les chambres nous le précisons à tous nos clients dès leurs arrivées sous peine de prélever une amende forfaitaire de 100€. De plus nous avons mis un écriteau à la réception. Malheureusement il y a des récidivistes et nous en sommes navrés. N'hésitez pas à solliciter notre équipe en reception car selon nos disponibilités nous vous aurions attribuez une autre chambre. Concernant les baignoires notre direction est justement en train de travailler sur ce point-là. Nous vous remercions pour vos remarques constructives et espérions avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau. Veuillez agréer, Monsieur, nos salutations distinguées.
