However, we are pleased that the on-call staff member was able to respond quickly and assist you with check-in at 12:45 a.m, so that you could access your room as soon as possible. The great thing about staying at the Ibis Budget in Arles is that where other hotels and apartments raise their prices during opening week of Rencontres d"Arles, Ibis maintains it's regular pricing. It is a long, but not unpleasant walk to the town centre, but worth it for the price. It is great to have somewhere to stay in Arles, not have to stay elsewhere. The. staff sre very friendly and breakfast is basic, but perfectly fine.

When I arrived after front desk was closed, the automated kiosk was not working. It was asking for payment but at the same time the payment terminal was not working, making payment impossible. Hence, I had to call, the person was very nice and helpful but the hotel must fix the machine.

I needed to be my wife in the Arles Hospital. While I understand very little French, from the moment of check-in the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped me with local information and advice.

Bruyant, pas de place pour les vélos, mauvais rapport qualité prix, la propreté de la salle de bain était douteuse, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et la climatisation fonctionnait mal. Mais le personnel était gentil.

Le personnel est très prévenant, à l'écoute et professionnel. Tout est propre et calme. La voiture en sécurité dans un grand parking sécurisé et fermé la nuit. Nous craignons l'accès au centre ville, mais c'est très rapide en voiture. En été la seule précaution concerne les moustiques qui pullulent, il n'est pas possible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte, mais là l'hôtel n'y peut rien! IBIS Budget propose des tarifs imbattables.
