The great thing about staying at the Ibis Budget in Arles is that where other hotels and apartments raise their prices during opening week of Rencontres d"Arles, Ibis maintains it's regular pricing. It is a long, but not unpleasant walk to the town centre, but worth it for the price. It is great to have somewhere to stay in Arles, not have to stay elsewhere. The. staff sre very friendly and breakfast is basic, but perfectly fine.

Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the self-check-in kiosk upon your arrival. As with any computer equipment, malfunctions can occur despite the checks we perform. However, we are pleased that the on-call staff member was able to respond quickly and assist you with check-in at 12:45 a.m, so that you could access your room as soon as possible. We do everything we can to remain available to our guests, even outside of reception hours.
