interior design at its best. Nice view into the yard. Due do COVID-19 and work no time to see the Spa which should also be amazing. As I was the only guest the last day in the hotel, I felt very good cared for. Amazing room service breakfast. Friendly staff bringing chocolates every evening. Free parking at night, got even offered to park directly in front of hotel with no charge. Special COVID lockdown situation I guess, though.

The location of this hotel is really great - no better place to start your exploration of Arles. Walking distance to every single interesting monument in the city. The rooms are a bit old and outdated, though the amenities are good. I would suggest that the hotel does a remodel/update soon, to keep up with modern standards, but otherwise, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need - just outdated.

Well located friendly staff disappointing restaurant

Booked the hotel and restaurant for husbands 60th birthday. Weren’t informed at any time or online that there was a set and very limited menu (which was also almost double the price of the normal menu). Restaurant was Very bright, lacked atmosphere and only recognition of 60th birthday was one little candle stuck into a fruit tart. Very nice hotel but no apology for the restaurant or menu change. Spoilt an otherwise nice stay

Very poor experience. The rooms were dirty, the housekeepers did not vacuum nor replaced shower gel throughout out stay, additionally the rooms were smelly, something wrong with the sewage. Most dramatically, service was close to non existing. There was no snacking menu and when we wished to order some food to enjoy outside on the terrace or at the bar, everything was out of order. This is unacceptable considering the price we paid, service is far below 5 star standards.

The hotel feels like it needs a significant renovation to feel closer to a 5 star experience. Attention to details was not there, common areas lacked a mojo, reception is poorly layed-out, patio area and external garden not really taken advantage of, roomservice menu lacking options.

the room was large enouth with a nice bath room. In this particular time we did appreciate the cleaningness of the room. The food at the restaurant is good with a nice choice of régional wine. The hotel decoration is associated with Christian Lacroix with warm colors creating a nice atmosphere.

The front desk staff was very welcoming from the start of the booking process to check out and the room was very confortable.'Thanks for upgrading us) Hotel is clean and the spa is great. My wife had one of the best massage from Peggy. Pool area quite small(you get close to smokers..) and not enough loungers. Restaurant was good. Some waiters werent warm and welcoming. Being in Arles during a quiet time was fun.

The Christian Lacroix decor is pretty awful. In the public areas, the clashing primary colors are at least whimsical and bright. In our first suite (118) they were unacceptable—a bedroom painted blood red (even the ceiling!), a narrow sitting rooM that was little better. We were moved to 200, which was at least more cheerful, though an absurd blowup of an 18th century portrait with staring eyes was unpleasant. Oh, and there were no English language channels on the TV.

I have booked the hotel for 3 nights however left after the first night. I have booked better than standard room and was very disappointed Rooms are very minimal with no proper chairs and table, public area poor, entrance to hotel from street dirty and not inviting.

We enjoyed our deluxe room very much - it was large, comfortable, beautifully decorated and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the pool very much - the water was nice and warm and the adjoining garden area delightful. The only negative would be the cost of staying at this hotel.

Loved the feel of this hotel! The decor is special, all of the employees were very happy and helpful! Breakfast buffet had e tennis ve and delicious choices! Couldn't ask for more ...will re om end and hope to return!

We had an overnight stop en route across France. Arles is an interesting place. The hotel is in the heart of it. A warm welcome, comfortable rooms and an excellent restaurant await. Breakfast offered a good choice of fresh fruit, good bread and all the usual accompaniments. A first class hotel.

Very well located, a few minutes walk from the old quarter, in a former nuns convent. Friendly staff at the reception and valet parking. Very good wi-fi. Room decorated in a bold manner, bathroom very nice. Expensive breakfast and parking. Too bad that the chapel is not open for visiting.

The Hotel Jules Cesar Arles is in a very charming very old building, crazily decorated by Christian Lacroix, and the craziness more or less works. Our room was spacious and quiet, and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious but the shower was cramped and difficult to use without hitting your legs on the taps at every turn - not ideal. But a minor thing really. The location of the hotels is fantastic with all the sights within a few minutes walk, and the little navette, that runs from the Station to the Archaeological Museum and around the edge of the medieval town, pulling up a few metres from the door. A thoroughly enjoyable stay

From the ease of access and parking to the warm welcome and invigorating decor we were delighted after a day of flying and driving to arrive at the spectacular JC Hotel in Arles. Close to and yet removed from the town centre we were easily able to wander the sights and return to the haven of the hotel and its excellent restaurant. Highly recommend the set dinner there. A quiet night's sleep then checkout with the concierge's unexpected but thoughtful recommendations for places to visit on our continuing stay in Provence. Highly recommended. Wifi was not quick but we were much too busy having fun!
