Not to the standards of a 5*. The check in was unfriendly and nothing was explained to us (not the spa, not the pool, just tried to sell the poor breakfast). We never could get to the spa as you have to book it in advance but the spa receptionists were absent and the hotel receptionist said she was not able to help access the spa (again, 5* hotel, poor organisation). The night service did not propose clean towels. At the check out, I was referred as « impatient » by the receptionist as I withdrew my card too early from the machine when paying.

The reason why we don't give a "extremely satisfied" is the lack of the possibility to connect the electric plug (two female, one male). La reception a cherché mais n'a pas trouvé. Il semble que d'autres non pas retourné l'adapter qu'il aura fallu.
