However, we would like to clarify that the taxi rates are not set by our hotel. The 20€ fare you mentioned is a fixed price determined by the taxi company for this particular journey. We understand this may have been surprising, especially if you were expecting a different fare. This fixed rate applies regardless of the taxi service used and is set by the taxi companies themselves to ensure price transparency.
