The hotel atmosphere was great, however the rooms were a little too cosy as well as the bathrooms. The aircon was set too cold and couldn't be changed and the phone beeped at ungodly hours

Checkin was easy. Understood we couldn’t get an early checkin as Vivid was on. Once in, the room itself was quite large. Great for laying out suitcases etc. Loved the complimentary items (pringles, KitKat etc.) - nice touch. Our biggest disappointment was the bathroom, specifically the toilet… it’s basically on the floor, very uncomfortable, and right next to the door (with no lock) so if someone was to come in (generally sharing with a partner), they would snap your legs. It’s enough to make us not stay there again. Sadly, as it has a lot going for it…
