Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I was particularly concerned to read about your room service experience. Receiving the wrong meal initially is frustrating enough, but the replacement chicken not being properly cooked is a much more serious matter and one we have followed up with the team responsible for our food service. I’m glad our Front Office team was able to assist and refund the charge once you contacted them, although that obviously doesn’t undo what had already happened or give you back the dinner you expected that evening. Your point about having a clearer alternative available when our kitchen is closed is also a reasonable one, and something we will take into consideration. I’ve also taken note of the issue with the air conditioning and your comments regarding recognition of your ALL Gold status. It’s disappointing that these aspects took away from a stay that, based on the rest of your feedback, was otherwise quite positive.
