ZERO RECOGNITION OF DIAMOND MEMBER AND ALSO HEARTIST CARD MEMBER !

We are truly sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, especially considering your Diamond status in the ALL program. Please accept our sincere apologies if, during check-in, not all the information regarding your benefits was clearly communicated, including details about breakfast and the advantages related to the Heartist Card. We completely understand how important it is for our loyal guests to feel properly recognized and well taken care of. Regarding the room upgrade, unfortunately, during the dates of your stay we did not have availability in higher room categories, and therefore we were unable to offer an upgrade from the room you originally booked.
