It was a good hotel but space doesn't seems to be as mentioned. Little congested rooms. Just a suggestion there should be a dustbin near washbasin and also you should provide hand towel and face towel without asking.

The property is in a bad state looks like not maintained well. Major cleaning issues, cockroach in dining area, lot of dust in bathroom, major condensation problem making rooms smell really bad. Only good part, helping & supporting staff. Good in room birthday decoration & a cake.

We decided to stay here and it was our first time. Enjoyed every day, the room was excellent and the staff were so kind and gracious. Ms. Anita Thapa - made sure our requests were granted and she coordinated for our room to be decorated for my wife's birthday. A very gracious person. House Keeping Staff are fantastic... The staff at the restaurant - Ruthie, Devraj & Austin made every effort for efficient service. They are an asset to the hospitality industry.

We stayed two nights with our three-year-old and came away really happy. The food was a great throughout. Breakfast had a wide spread and, importantly for us, plenty of vegetarian options. We also had dinner at Mello and drinks at Silva, and both were excellent. The kids' area was the other big win. Our son had a brilliant time there and didn't want to leave, which made the whole stay a lot more relaxed for us. As an ALL Accor Gold member I was given a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The staff were kind and warm throughout. Special thanks to Ms Anita Thapa at the front desk, who looked after us from check-in to check-out and made sure everything went smoothly. Would happily come back

My partner and I had a beautiful stay at the place at it was an awesome time spent! The staff went beyond its means to help us in all manner! When requested for a late checkout, the staff did arrange an alternate room for good 4 hours which others never do! The rooms for extra moist - the smell of moisture and fungus was intolerable. I had To request to change the room and even then the situation was bad. The food at the buffet wasn’t good as well. The spa was not well maintained. Overall poor for Accor standards.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Goa. The hospitality really felt like true 5-star service, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. At the reception, Alysha, Debeswar, and Neha were great and handled all our queries like a Pro! Alysha was super friendly and polite, Debeswar was very professional, and Neha made sure we were well taken care of. Shashodhar and Rajib were also really helpful, making sure we got comfortably settled into our room without us having to lift a finger. The room was beautiful, and the in-room Jacuzzi was definitely a highlight of the trip. We were especially touched by Anurag, who surprised us with a beautiful Ganesha decoration made entirely from towels. It was a really thoughtful detail that made the room feel special. Since we are Platinum members, Anita set us up with the 5:30 to 6:30 PM happy hour, Thanks Anita. It was a great way to relax in the evenings, especially thanks to Austin at the bar. He catered to us perfectly and mixed some awesome cocktails. The food was excellent throughout our stay. The morning breakfast had a huge variety of fresh, tasty options. We also tried room service, which was exceptionally fast. Vinit handled our in-room dining and was always prompt and polite whenever we needed anything. Finally, a big thank you to all the support staff whose names we didn’t catch—your hard work didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks to the whole team for making our trip so easy and enjoyable. The Private pool room was spacious, luxury and with ample privacy. The fittings in the room and the bathroom were upto the mark. The rooms and the check-in process were 10/10 Only the late night in-room dining disappointed us a bit hence 8/10. Rest everything was just top notch. Would love to stay again.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Grand Mercure Candolim—one of those stays where you genuinely don’t feel like leaving! From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was seamless, warm, and exceptionally well managed. The room cleanliness was truly 100/100. The room was impeccable, beautifully maintained, and every detail reflected the care and attention of the team. The entire property is exceptionally well maintained, creating a wonderful sense of comfort, elegance, and tranquillity. The hospitality was equally outstanding. A special appreciation to: Neha – Front Desk — warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Linda – Reservations — professional, responsive, and helpful. Austin, Ami & Ruthi – F&B — genuinely warm, courteous, and consistently attentive throughout my meals. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality. It never felt mechanical—it felt personal, thoughtful, and sincere. Honestly, I was so happy and comfortable during my stay that I didn’t want to come back home! Parking for the car was not very good as the property is located on slope. Rest all stay and everything was confortable
