Overall stay and the room was outstanding. The Spa experience was very bad, the staff was lying and didnt know how to talk to guests.

Booked a room with jacuzzi, jacuzzi was dirty and it was cleaned upon request. Later water flow in jacuzzi was very dirty, housekeeping team and maintenance team worked for more than 45 minutes to get clear water into the jacuzzi. We checked into the hotel at 8 PM and jacuzzi was not ready to use till 9:30 PM. It was a disappointment that team was not ready with the room facilities and the room smell was not good. It would have been better if the team checks all the facilities in the room was in working condition before the guest arrival.

Only 1 towel for 3 guest, kettle not working, tv remote not given. When I asked for extra water bottle first they said return first and then they will give extra as it was night I said collect it in morning he was adamant to do it at that day.
