We book here since my wife attended concert nearby the hotel. Location wise, it is far from the tourist and culinary spots in district 1, but surrounding areas have good options as well. Porter and receptionist were friendly.

It is like most Novotel hotels, what impressed was the big and clean gym room. This hotel is at the financial district and walking distance to malls, no lack of food options from local to high range.

I booked Junior suit room which included full kitchenette. At check in I got upgraded to One bedroom Apartment but to my shock there was no kitchenette in Apartment type room. I could not believe it. I am a vegan and I booked room with Kitchenette as I need to prepare my meals. They took 2 days out of my total 3 days booking to shift me to room with kitchenette. I slept hungry for 1 night. Rooms were missing with basic amenities like tissue paper box.

Accor service professionals from entry to to the establishment to room were excellent. Eddie was exceptionally wonderful and his service orientation and professional demeanour was obvious - to cap it off, he was authentic. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will do my best to return.
