My partner and I chose Novotel Saigon for our anniversary trip to Ho Chi Minh City, and we are so glad we did. As the booking was under my name, I wrote to the hotel beforehand to request a little surprise for my partner. The team went above and beyond by preparing a cake and a lovely handwritten note in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our anniversary feel even more special. Throughout our stay, the team was consistently friendly, warm and welcoming. Whenever we needed assistance, they were more than happy to help. When we asked for food recommendations, the team even took the time to write down some places for us, which was a small but very thoughtful touch. We were also grateful that the hotel was able to accommodate our late check-out request, as we had an evening flight. It made our last day much more relaxed and comfortable. The location was another highlight of our stay. It was very convenient, and most of the places on our itinerary were within walking distance. This made it really easy for us to explore Ho Chi Minh City without having to constantly arrange transportation. A special mention also goes to the housekeeping team. Although they are not always the team guests get to interact with directly, their hard work was definitely noticed. Our room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay, with everything consistently replenished. Overall, what stood out to us was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. From the thoughtful anniversary surprise to the little acts of assistance throughout our stay, we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you, Novotel Saigon, for making our anniversary trip even more memorable. We would be happy to return on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Comfortable stay and feels like home every time i stay in Novotel Saigon. Staff were very accommodating, especially Mr. Heu (?) at the reception area, who accommodated my request for early check-in since i didn't have a proper sleep the night before my flight. And Ms. Hang at the dining area who's been very accommodating since the first time i stayed in Novotel Saigon back in 2025. She helped me find this famous Vietnamese delicacy which i cannot find anywhere.
