Breakfast quality is good with the best hotel pho served in Vietnam, beef is tender and soup is good. Great salad station and egg station. The service and offerings in the executive lounge have been improved. Also, good to see some familiar faces in the lounge such as Luan. Keep up the good work.

The good impression started from the check-in that I especially wanna raise our. Reception staff who helped us check-in feel so warm and even gave us late check-out when she knew that our leaving flight was in the afternoon. Every staff in the hotel was so kind that made me feel home. They would actively say HELLO or smile to us. Our room was tidied up every day and even our stuff was well organized. I would give 5 of 5 for this stay in Novotel Saigon Center!

after several years that I come to your hotel I know plus and minus of the hotel Only one suggestion for "loyal" customer... create a file where you have all data/requirements of the customer.... inclduing payment system The people at the reception change and it is not easy sometime to explain the system that has been agreed
