Overall experience is good. But on my arrival for checking in, the reception told me that she make VND13,000,000 the credit card hold but she made VND15,000,000 without telling me. As I have to rush to my work, didn’t make any complaint. It really annoying me.

The location is very strategic in the heart of saigon city. Convenience store is located in front of the hotel and some good restaurants are around too. The downside is the premier room upgrade is much alike the superior. The only difference is the coffee maker plus it is located on higher floor. The English of front office staff must be improved too

Staff were helpful and accomodating when i was unable to complete online booking payment. The staff helped me hold the booking and allowed me to complete the payment in person. Excellent experience.
