Gidday All. From the emails prior to arrival, day of arrival, during the stay and day of departure the hotel always went above & beyond to make sure we were enjoying our 3night stay. A mention to all the staff both front & back of house area you are all a credit to a very nice Accor hotel. Ms Anh and front office team thankyou to all of you. Ms Anh sorry we missed you on day of departure and thank you for gift for Leanne & Myself. Sebastian and his team up in roof top bar looked after us with our drinks and a chat. Rooftop bar had a really great vibe and music as well as great views. Restaurant area again staff were very accomadating to not only us but to all the customers. Kitchen staff thank you for the wonderful arrangement of food varieties. Executive Lounge was awesome. Have never been to an Executive Lounge that had beers available from breakfast onwards. The evening canapes & drinks were ample. I was asked a few times if anywhere they can improve- only thing I can suggest is a laminated information card just listing times of various information of Restaurant, Executive lounge, Pool, Gym opening hours. It was very impressive that the front desk took all my previous feedback seriously (on Accor chain in Indonesia) and make sure i have the most comfortable stay.
