Always a great stay, slightly away from the hussle and bussle but close enough to walk to the main attractions and busy areas. Rooms and staff are always clean very attentive.

The staff in the hotel is service oriented, they are concerned for the customers. However, they need to improve on the spoken English language as some staff are hard to comprehend. However, overall, the stay was alright, comfortable and nice.

The check-in process was fast and smooth for All Accor member. Got upgrade to a higher-level floor. Though the room was right next to elevators, noise-wise was ok.

I booked the superior room for a night stay. And the hotel recognized me as a platinum member and upgraded my room to the executive room with a lounge access. The room is clean, I got a welcome amenities as well, lounge food is decent, and a wide variety of food at the breakfast, and all the staffs are friendly!
