A friend and I stayed for 1 night, We were greeted by attentive staff and notified there was a power outage when we arrived , although you wouldn't have know it - theres so much natural light and beautiful decor. The staff took our bags and organised a welcome drink in the lobby, we were in our room in no time. They organised a room upgrade which included the executive lounge , this really made our stay; It's a nice location looking over the city with al la carte breakfast and cocktail hour. There was a pool party at the social club on the roof in the evening , which wasn't really our scene , although a great pool area regardless with deck chairs, music and an unbeatable view from the roof - only feedback would be to have more shade near the pool. This has been one of my best Accor experiences , everything from the service (genuinely nice people), the hotel itself, the location, the room (with the most comfortable beds), the executive lounge, and the overall price. Thankyou Hôtel des Arts Saigon !

Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. As a Platinum member, I received a room upgrade, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was outstanding — one of the highlights of our stay — and the hotel's location is convenient. The one downside: during check-in, water from the shower flowed out into the bathtub area, and the bathtub drain was blocked. This caused minor flooding in the bathroom. Fortunately, the maintenance engineer responded quickly and fixed the issue for us. I'd suggest the housekeeping team check the bathroom drainage between guests to avoid similar problems in the future. Despite this hiccup, the staff's quick response and the overall experience left a positive impression, and we'd happily stay again.
