No basement for car parking. Have to park at next door building. It was raining and no proper walkway from the basement to lobby. Room condition include shower and bathtub & was given the room without bathtub. Toilete is not safety .. disappointed

I stayed at Hotel Des Arts - MGallery during the month of September 2020 and had a fantastic experience. I was warmly greeted by all staff members, from the doormen to receptionists to restaurant and bar staffs. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure that I have an amazing stay. I am extremely satisfied with my stay, and the hotel has become my home :) . Will definitely stay whenever I'm back in the city, and I am pleased to recommend the hotel to my friends and family members.

It was such a good stay, everything was perfect. I came here because I stayed here 3 times already, and each time I came here i took photoshoot for my fashion brand, the hotel was amazing and staff are so nice. But not this time, the marketing staff answered the phone in a very unprofessional and impolite way. I was surprised because never before I’ve talked to a marketing staff that way. The hotel has nothing to complain about, reception and everything is perfect but this staff really makes me never want to come back this hotel. Accor should have trained better staff, because Im your client, and stayed many times at your hotels all over the world, and even now, in Covid I still choose your hotel, I want a decent voice and answered in a polite way. Thanks a lot

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was ready to upgrade my room with a nice enthusiasm when I asked. The view is great. Because of the COVID-19, the breakfast was so poor, however, I still love the atmosphere in this hotel and will come back for other trips.

I have stayed over the weekend at hotels des arts Saigon and much to my regrets, it was a disappointment. First of all the rooms are small and felt squeezed (had the grand Deluxe room with bathtub: room 1606). The interior design is fine but nothing special. Two items in the bathroom were "malfunctioning": small hanging mirror on the wall in the top of the sink kept dropping due to a lose screw, the shower pommel couldn't hold straight and kept falling during the shower!!.. However the welcome pastry and fruits are a nice touch, the bathtub is actually unnecessary: I would have preferred a bigger room for the grand deluxe room. The second disappointment I would say is the staffs; everyone is professional and do their job but I couldn't feel the level of attention that I had in métropole hanoi -the two hotels are on a different level I believe-. The third disappointment was the food, I tried the buffet 2d floor and the dinner at the 23rd floor, food is ok but nothing amazing. Finally, the rooftop bar and its pool are nice with definitely, a beautiful view, but the service is just average, I guess with all the numbers of 'outside' customers in the evening who come to enjoy the happy hours drinks at 50% discount, the in-house resident isn't treated so much different: would have been nice to treated differently since i payed for the room, food/beverage in the hotel. I asked the manager to be seated on the sofa as it was empty for quite sometime but was told it is reserved only for the customers who order a bottle, I believe being resident wasn't enough to be eligible for the sofa: point noted. On the positive note, the overall interior decoration of the hotel is nice and beautiful, only the interior design of the room is average (room is small and can't accommodate a comfortable chair beside the desk chair). The overall experience at the hotel des arts Saïgon was disappointing; I had a much better time and enjoyed nicer services at other hotels (Pullman, Sofitel) within the accor group. It was the first time I stayed with M gallery hotel and don't know their level of services compare to the names I cited above but definitely I will not return to hotel des arts Saigon.
