It's a nice hotel and staff is very nice, but compared to other hotels it has not yet progressed to higher sustainability standards. Water in the rooms comes in small aluminium cans, as a couple you easily consume 10 per day, considering the nr of rooms, that is a huge amount of waste every day. Recycling aluminium is very energy intensive, so it is absolutely not green. Many other hotels use refillable water bottles which produce zero waste and are also more stylish. They even claim on the can that aluminium is the most sustainable packaging material in the world which is a completely wrong statement. There is only one water dispenser in the gym to refill your bottle. Otherwise they boil water which is again energy waste and kills germs but doesn't filter heavy metals from the water. Bathroom products come in plastic containers. Whoever is the sustainability manager at Accor must be deep asleep.

It is always a very good stay for us at M Gallery. The hotel is elegantly decorated. All the employees are friendly, polite, helpful, and very well-trained. The beds and pillows are so comfortable -- my husband and I slept very well. The food, in the hotel's restaurants and cafe, is very good too! MGallery is our favorite staycation place in HCMC

We booked the staycation package on NYE which included a room for the night and the NYE buffet brunch and freeflow. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely rooftop pool and bar with excellent views, incredibly comfortable beds and excellent service. The NYE buffet was honestly one of the best dining experiences I've ever had in Vietnam- or anywhere! It was incredible and made for a really memorable NYE. We live in HCMC but I would 100% come back for another staycation, and will also recommend to others.

Beautiful hotel but bad service

First of all, when we booked we had requested an early check in but when we asked nearer the time we were told that we had to confirm times on the day. Secondly, when checking in, I had genuinely thought that we had already paid for our stay due to your booking system asking for our card details and was therefore shocked when having to pay on arrival; this also took a very long time. Thirdly, and most importantly, the service at your rooftop bar on Christmas night was atrocious for a 5 star hotel which sadly continued to Boxing Day where we were sat at the pool. When ordering a drink at night, we waiting a very very long time but we understood that it was busy; however, we were paying guests. On Boxing Day (26th December) we had asked for food but were told that the kitchen was not open. When we disputed this, the waiting staff did not understand that we needed to order some sort of food. Luckily, one waiter spoke well-enough English for him to ask for french fries for us to eat. At a 5 star hotel, this should not be a matter and we should be allowed to order food when we want. We complained many times to your staff, including reception as well as the manager at the rooftop bar and we felt that our complaints were not put forward. This hotel bar is one of our favourite in the city and it has been a real shame that our stay was not what we expected.

Booked 2 rooms. One for my sister and one for myself. Not being advised that the restaurant closed on the day we booked until we checked in. Therefore the food was not at its best when it delivered to the room (A bit cold), my sister been asked to pay around 2.5mil for taking photos in the room by a reception female staff(not professional photos but just for her birthday). The porter guys were very helpful.

I hope that it was a nightmare. There is no good marks during my stay. I always have fondenss to M gallery with vibes, staffs, location, and so on, but things were totally opposte direction. Hope that they find a way to recapture their fame.

I have greatly enjoyed my first stay the Hotel des Arts Saigon - MGallery Collection. This beautifully and modernly designed boutique hotel in the middle of Saigon provided me with overall satisfying experience. Upon my arrival, I could be allocated to a room with two windows at the corner on a high floor where I enjoyed the open view of city throughout the stay. I also had an enjoyable time at the Rooftop with a swimming pool and a bar where I could look around a nice scenery especially during the sunset. I highly recommend this rooftop for others to enjoy their time in Saigon. The only shortfall of my stay this time was that most of facilities and services were quite limited - Spa services were not available; breakfast buffet was only available during the weekend; and the Social Club restaurant closed on Monday. As I booked this stay with the AccorPlus 40% credit option, I could not see a strong advantage of hotel credits of around USD 120-130 as I did not have sufficient services and outlets to use the credits. It would have been much better that I had been informed of such limited services available prior to my reservation. I hope to stay at the hotel again when in full operation.

Super clean ! Best room and amenities in Saigon. I loved the service that you offered me. I stayed for one night and checked out at 4 pm because i booked for special promotion. Your team cleaned my room two times, while I stayed for just one night ! Most of the hotels in Saigon don't offer breakfast buffet, because of CV19. However, your hotel still offers high quality breakfast which was so satisfying.

great F&B team vs poor FO staff

warmly hosted by Hieu, Bao @social club, taken cared by Ha, Hien during Canape time and Thinh during breakfast time. Thank F&B for an attentive and sincere service making up the shortage of dining quality due to Covid-19. Nevertheless, shocked with the lack of genuine & professional level by FO supervisor Ms “U”. Booked a deluxe and she gave diamond guest a deluxe without View to the city (1911), i tried to explain the price which she wrongly assumed as 2 category upgrade (deluxe with executive lounge access) was simply increased to cover executive lounge benefit whilst Diamond like me didnt need to pay for what was entitled. Immediately asked her to check my profile preference at checkin time (bathtub is a must in my profile, she never checked anw). After pretending to the screen for 30 seconds (im used to this bahavior), Supervisor “U” falsely advised that higher category room was not avail as i demanded, ha ha i showed apps with dozens avail grand deluxe rooms and suite. Straightforwardly i told her to use my Suite nite upgrade if she is not keen to offer free one. The lady “U” contintued to provise fake smile and asked me to go to “deluxe room without proper view” first and would come back to me later on application of suite nite upgrade. She never called back. Not just this, miss U failed to advise my full benefit and didnot provide benefit letter to confirm this whilst she confidently said that it was in my room (not advised me on free mini bar, breakfast hours on which restaurant, confidently and wrongly advised canape hours.. shame). Still dont understand whilst ignorance became the signature of MGallery FO.

Though my first call to the hotel was nicely handled and a confirmation email reached my inbox really fast, I couldn't use my privilege to stay in a Suite eventually while I did have it (Room 1902) on my recent stay in October. My feeling was the team tried to sell the Suite by offering the price 1.6M and revising to 1.0M for the upgrade. The internet access in Room 1801 was not good, maybe because the room is located at a corner.
