Great pillow menu! Get the concierge level. The best scratch margaritas we had in a long time. The roof top pool was a great place to see the city. Let get serious and talk about the Buffett breakfast. The breakfast is on steroids !!! Amazing buffet breakfast do not miss it! The service to check in at the concierge level was superb and the staff was extremely helpful.

This hotel has a great central location and offers some luxurious respite from the heat and frenetic pace of Saigon. The ground floor area is lovely although it does get busy late afternoon with bookings. Rooms are really nice and offer everything you need. The bathroom though is a new design which some people may not like, but there is privacy. The rooftoop has a lovely pool but there are very few sunbeds so it's difficult to get a bed if you want to relax. On Sundays, they host a 'social' event which means there are even fewer beds, live music and a larger number of people using the bar which may make it uncomfortable for some people just wanting a swim/relax.

The staff of Hotel des Arts provided us an incredible family experience. The special efforts of staff, including Nhut, Ao Yuen, and concierge of 22, created fabulous adventures, caring direction, and accommodated all out special needs. The cleaning staff and breakfast cooks and workers were amazing. Our 9-day stay could not have gone better. We have a lifetime of shared memories in HCM City, and are great full to Hotel des Art for your parts in these.

I stayed during Ramadhan; the hotel was really accommodative and let me choose food to be delivered to my room even at 3 AM for me to prepare for fasting at no additional charge. They even put nice touches in my hotel room such as prayer mats and imported dates for breakfasting. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Well located close to major attractions. Staff very friendly and they have a fantastic rooftop bar and swimming pool with views across the city

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to the War Museum. Independence Palace, markets and the street food hall. Staff are friendly, professional and always greeted you with a smile. Rooms are spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again.
