Overall, I was satisfied with my hotel stay. The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated how quickly requested items were delivered to my room. What I liked most was the service at the lobby. When taking a Grab or taxi, the staff actively assisted by helping me get into the vehicle and clearly communicating the destination to the driver. This made the experience very comfortable and worry-free. Thank you for that. However, I would like to kindly suggest a small area for improvement. While waiting for transportation at the lobby, I noticed that smoking was allowed right next to the entrance, which felt a bit uncomfortable. It was also surprising to see staff assisting guests with lighting cigarettes in that area. Perhaps designating a separate smoking area away from the entrance could enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, when using the swimming pool, there were no staff present, making it difficult to order food or drinks. During the evening, staff were only available at the social club bar, which also made it inconvenient to request pool towels.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and the service was excellent.special was Cuong who who was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and always followed up to ensure everything was perfect .

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Despite being 10 years old, the property is exceptionally well maintained and looks fresh and modern. One of the standout aspects was the presence of the hotel manager, Phillip, who was frequently seen around the property engaging warmly with guests, which truly added a personal touch. The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made genuine efforts to interact with guests through pleasant conversations. They were also very knowledgeable, offering helpful insights about the hotel, the surrounding neighborhood, and recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Saigon. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay thanks to the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

1. I'm a Gold member at Accor All, but they didn't give me a welcome drink even though I showed them the vouchers when I checked in. 2. The snacks at the Social Club Rooftop Bar weren't that great.

Nice location but staff not friendly in Social Club, had to wait an extended period of time to be severed even though not busy.
