Everything about this hotel was 10/10. I don’t usually write reviews but feel inclined after my stay. The location was perfect. Walking distance to almost everything you want to see in the city. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. Beds very comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar was also gorgeous and very fun/lively at night! The best part of my stay was the staff. They were beyond attentive, nice and helpful. The bellman Khoa, Vinh, strung and Hoang always greeted me with a smile and were eager to help with any questions I had! Truly impeccable service. The concierge Pung was amazing as well! Next time I’m back in Ho Chi Minh I will 100% stay here

I stayed 5 days at Hotel des Arts— what a wonderful experience. Thi greeted us at the front desk and checked us in. We were tired and wanted to check in hours before the official time. She was able to accommodate us ,as well as cheerfully changing currencies and mailing postcards. She was impressive! Duony (Andrew) was our concierge. Multiple times a day he advised us on restaurants, museums, and activities . He was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. He was also good at estimating distances and making sure we had the maps and information we needed. He was impressive! Nhut greeted us at the entrance whenever we came in. He remembered our names, remembered where we had been, and was helpful with anything we needed— including getting us ice water when we were too tired to do so. He was impressive! The hotel is great and recommend. The staff were really helpful and polite. The food is great and offers a good selection. The roof top bar and pool offers a great view of the city. The rooms and hotel services were really good and clean.
