Poor service , not very keen to delight the customer with a special experience. Unfriendly - only knows how to say “no” to every requests made. Don’t feel welcome at all. Ends up just like a very normal hotel stay which then does not command the kind of price.

Clean room with nice view, great facilities and clearness. But it’s a pity that small space and poor water discharge for bathroom. Breakfast is good and rooftop view is awesome as well. The bathroom water discharge could be improved better

I have good experience with my family during staying at MGallery Hotel. Friendly and strong support staff. Check in and check out very fast. Nice and clean room with city view. The swimming pool in the Roof top made our children very exciting. The location good to walking to visit the city central. The breakfast is perfect.

We have very nice room with good city view. Nice welcome and fast check in. Very friendly staff. Good location. Breakfast was incredible. Our children has good time with Rooftop pool.

It was a staycation with the family and 2 connected rooms. We enjoyed the time there. Cleanliness and staff attention were top-notch. The buffet should be more adapted to Covid times. A disinfectant in each table to make people clean their hands before and after serving themselves would be needed.

The hotel, pool and breakfast are great! It surprised me that 1. There was no fridge in the room ( just a "cooler" that kept things at "room temperature", which makes me wonder why it's even there. 2. It was quite hard to get service at the bar on the roof. I understand you're reopening slowly, but the staff was happy to serve us beers then very confused when we asked for French fries!

The rooms were fantastic as always. Service was a little disappointing considering we notified the hotel weeks in advance that a large group (20+) was coming. Understandably, with constantly changing COVID restrictions, the hotel was also unaware of when operations would be in full resume - but considering how attentive they were in trying to book us in, we would have thought that they would be the same when we were there. The main issue was how guest food and drink orders would take a very long time to arrive Some of my friends waited a very long time for their food - what I would have done was offer a complimentary drink or discount - considering we were going to drink there anyways. When paying for our bill, it just seemed a little hectic and unsure of which individual ordered what.

Low quality breakfast (old/dry bread, sweaty cheese, partner got food poisoning), slow service at rooftop bar (understaffed), hot temperature in room - aircon doesn't cool properly.

The staff in HdA Saigon is just super friendly, supportive and it is always a please to come back. Post Lock-down the hotel obviously can not re/open all its facilities, but they are off to again a good start. Great Hotel and we cant wait to have it back to normal
