The staff was nice, but could at times be hard to communicate with. This is totally expected as I do not speak Vietnamese, but did create a few small problems.
The rooms on the other had were odd. The toilet is pretty much directly in the room, in a small cubicle akin to an American bathroom stall. We ended up paying for a suite just to get a bathroom door. If you arent staying in a suite or by yourself, I would not recommend this place. If you fit those categories though, it is a nice hotel with a good breakfast and great location.

From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby I was warmly greeted by hotel staff and that warmth was present the entire length of my stay! My room was large, nicely appointed, and comfortable. I ordered room service for dinner each night because the cheeseburger and fries hit the spot each time! The international buffet on the 2nd floor was plenteous with a variety of food options that should satisfy most.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Saigon.

All the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and thoughtful. When my stomach was not feeling well, they brought congee and tea to my room free of charge as a way to help me feel better. The breakfast selection was fantastic and tasted amazing! Special shout out to Minh Quan for his attentiveness to our table during the several breakfasts!

Slow check in and getting my room. It was difficult to get anyone from the hotel on the phone. Room and working table was small. Staffs were generally polite and helpful.

Hotel is very beautiful (even though I don't think any other hotel in VN sells a regular room with a coffee table as a suite...). But honestly, don't sell rooms you don't have. I booked a room to have rest, hammering in the directly adjacent room is unacceptable.
