The hotel and the staff are exceptional and work hard to make the stay an elegant and restful experience. From the modern classic decor to the modern rooftop bar and infinity pool the hotel scores on every level. The staff are super helpful and the cleanliness not only of the rooms but also the whole property is first rate. The experience really does offer a classy break from the huddle and bustle of the city outside. First rate ands highly recommended will certainly stay here every time I visit. Really enjoyed our brief 2 night stay at the Hotel des Arts Saigon. Loved the premium check-in & lounge on the 19th floor. The daily afternoon tea service and "happy hour" cocktail was very nice which included a very nice selection of savory and sweet snacks. Our room was comfortable with a great view of the iconic city skyline. Breakfast buffet offered everything! I wish our stay would have been longer so we could have enjoyed the restaurant and rooftop bar & pool.
