Lovely hotel, spot on location, great staff, wonderful food and drink offering with cool rooftop bar and pool. Sadly, badly let down by noisy neighbouring bar over the road. Having to wear earplugs at 10.00 pm, 3 out of 4 nights, to try (and failing) to get to sleep, 12 floors up in a supposed 5 star hotel is totally inexcusable in my book I am afraid. It was impossble to spend time in the room due to the volume. Either the sound proofing or the neighbours need drastic improvement !

My experience at the hotel was great. The staff was warm, professional and accommodating. The rooftop bar had good drinks and ambience. The hotel overall is beautiful. My room had wonderful view of the city and room service (favorite) was on point! My only disappointment was the food in Albion restaurant, everything else about the restaurant was okay. I wasn’t impressed with my very small portion nor the flavor of my steak dish. Actually this meal was the worst one during my entire 8 day stay in Vietnam. Outside of this experience I had a wonderful stay in the hotel and I would definitely recommend and return.
