nikilk07953 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

When I booked this hotel through an online travel agent, the booking mentioned that airport transfer were complimentary on request. To my surprise when I arrived the transfers were complimentary but not individual, it was a shared coach. I was asked to sit next to the driver of this coach in a compartment that was not at all clean, there weren’t even water bottles. I was asked to put my own bag in the coach with no assistance what so ever. While booking, I made a request for a quiet room away from the elevator, while my room was placed away from the elevator I was allocated a connecting room and could hear everything happening in the next room. Extremely poor sound proofing - to such an extent that I knew when the person in the next room was using the toilet! Disgusting! I’ve stayed in Ibis hotels in Europe and India, I’ve never faced such a poor quality of product! The staff behaviours was very average, sad to say that they don’t understand the word hospitality - there was no warm welcome, I wasn’t greeted with a smile on their face or even asked for feedback during checkout! Extremely transactional, such a shame for such a well reputed brand. This definitely marks my last stay with Accor internationally. Even though this hotel’s pricing is very reasonable, I would not spend a single $ coming back to this hotel!

We booked a day stay only while we waited for our flight. We enjoyed the amazing view of the airport and planes taking off and landing from the rooftop pool. The room was clean and staff were friendly
