Location is good , customer services is excellent only because I have a lay over 6 hours otherwise I wouldn’t stay there . Rooms are very small and old . It’s not worth what I paid for .

Front desk staff were very good -some reception chairs were not that clean - this can make someone’s stay very unpleasant - also under the bed it was a bit dirty - I know you have a high turnover but cleanliness is a non negotiable for most travellers -bar restaurant staff could be more cheerful-

Dear Team, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I have stayed at this property before and have generally had very good experiences, which is why I chose to return again. As an Accor Gold member, I also tend to stay frequently within the Accor group and usually feel that my loyalty is well recognized. Unfortunately, this time the experience was noticeably different. While I understand that room upgrades are always subject to availability, I was a bit surprised that there was no recognition of my status at all. In my previous stays I usually received a small welcome gesture in the room, such as fruit, a small cake, or a welcome note, which is always a very nice touch. This time there was nothing, which was somewhat disappointing. In addition, the room itself felt quite small and somewhat worn, and I believe the overall maintenance and cleanliness could use improvement. I wanted to share this feedback because I have had good experiences at the hotel in the past and I hope this was just an exception rather than the standard experience going forward.
