Perfect location and wonderfel FO team, check in process super efficient and everything in the hotel follows quarantine protocol, feel safe and satisfied. Room arrangement was the highlight of my stay. so good to be an accor member, appreciated IBSA team!! Food selection is another feature of IBSA. No need to wry what to eat, IBSA provides variety of food on the menu from breakfast to dinner and will never get rid of it! Cant wait to be back when IBSA soon turning back to normal operation! Cam on!!

Firstly, i would like to express my thanks to Ms. Kim PHAN (Reservation desk) - who was extremely supportive to amend my bookings 3 times, due to flight cancellation. She was prompt in sending me the amended hotel stay confirmation, which enabled my return to HCMC & back to work. I would also like to thank the front office in their quick response for any assistance I required. The timely call from the restaurant, who took order for the next day's breakfast, lunch and dinner. To be honest i timed the call everyday, which was quite punctual @ 3 p.m. No complaints around the choices of food served, as I did not have this pleasure during my Hotel quarantine in HK. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping team & the floor staff, in ensuring the safety of all hotel quests, regular temperature check, disinfection at regular intervals & assisting me to the room for COVID test. The room was well ventilated, with the basic necessities that I required during this quarantine period. Overall, a very good experience of staying at IBIS Airport Hotel & wishing you all the very best.

My family stayed in the hotel for the compulsory quarantine upon arrival in Vietnam. This is the second time we have done this in this hotel. I would recommend it to all the rare travelers that may venture into HCMC those days. Staff at Ibis is great! Of course in a quarantine stay you do not get any of the usual service you expect in a hotel. So do not expect to be pampered within the rigid rules of the Vietnam health authorities. In our two stays there we were unlucky and both times needed to consult a doctor. In one case I had a n infection in my eye. In the other my son had a problem with his nose. The Vietnamese authorities in both cases provided zero support on the ground that we are not dying or have Covid. The Ibis staff in both cases was very helpful and arranged for telephone consultation with a doctor. Than helped us buy and get the medicines needed. In the two cases it has been done by two separate teams that were on the reception. Mr Nam Vu, Mr Trung Bui, Ms Hang Nguyen, and all team on the reception was very helpful.

Returning home after 2 months in Vietnam. It is a very friendly hotel beside being within walking distance from the airport. The restaurant serves good food. Tired traveler have to beware of a full height glass wall separating the restaurant from Starbuck next to it. I had the bad experience of walking into it in the late hour of the night. The waiter was very helpful in asking whether I needed medical attention. I suffered a bruised right eye but nothing serious. I just wonder what will the consequences be if a burly man walk into it. In this aspect, the hotel could do something to make anyone aware of glass wall from floor to ceiling conspicuous. Safety first.
