We stayed at this hotel for the second time (during our first visit it was operating under the name Lembitu), and now under Mövenpick the service felt absolutely perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The hotel felt high-quality in every way. The level of service has clearly improved with the new hotel chain. Both the hotel and our room were very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, it’s easy to walk to the Old Town as well as to several shopping centres. The spa was once again absolutely amazing. In terms of value for money, I would say this is currently the best hotel in Tallinn. We didn’t try the breakfast this time, but this definitely won’t be our last stay, we will certainly return. The only “negative” feedback concerns the pillows. They are very uncomfortable. I’m not sure whether it’s because of the pillow protectors or the pillows themselves, but they feel like hard balls. Additionally, although the hotel is generally very clean and smells wonderful, but now during the winter more attention could be paid to the cleanliness of the lobby floors, as they were dirty from snow and slush brought in from outside. Otherwise, no complaints.
