I booked this hotel because it's walking distance to the old town, has a bath tub in the room, and a pool and sauna (SPA) area. the service was very good and clean, I also met interesting people at the hotel. I also liked they offered "the chocolate time". their coffee was also very good. Only dissapointement was that there was no desk in my room. I had to work from time to time but there was not decent desk so I had to work with a coffee table.

The hotel's location is excellent, minutes from both the shopping centre and the old town, with a small park nearby. The property is acoustically insulated and quiet (it successfully blocked outside noise during local roadworks). The amenities are excellent, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the cellar and lobby offer a nice atmosphere, and the service from the bar and reception staff is also excellent. The bar has a local Põhjala craft that you must try. Both the restaurant and breakfast are of a high standard, the spa and sauna facilities are top-notch, and genuinely make the stay. Minor points: the pool is perhaps a touch narrow for proper swimming, but this isn't an issue during the quiet early hours. Additionally, the hotel’s scent scheme, including the lobby and bathroom toiletries, isn’t entirely to my personal taste, but it's manageable. The Roof restaurant is on the pricier side, but there are plenty of nearby food options for a longer stay. Transport is done with Bolt, you can either ride or drive, and parking or congestion are not a concern. We have had an excellent stay.

The room location was opposite other rooms, looking inside our room. Tv was on the side of bed, so you could watch it only on the side. Toilet was not properly cleaned. We had only 2 tissues in bathroom. Housekeeping ladies enetered elevator infront of us few times and pushed doors closing button. Breakfast had no free tables, had to wait. Refilling of fruits, panncakes, salmon and other popular things took over 30min.
