Unfortunately I spent only night so difficult to leave a real review. Anyhow, good location, very big & quiet room with a private sauna inside. Comfortable bed and good selection of pillows. Staff at the reception very friendly and helpful. It takes 10/15 minutes walking to get to downtown.

Love that the rooms are quiet and the bathroom has in floor heating. The bed is comfortable, location is great and the breakfast is spectacular. The staff is always kind and lovely, too!

I stayed for three nights and have used this hotel before, but this visit confirmed why I’ve moved my regular business trips elsewhere. The restaurant experience on arrival was disappointing. Service felt cold and transactional, and I was refused a dessert just minutes after kitchen closing - something as simple as a slice of cake could have been handled more flexibly. In the room, basic amenities were lacking. Apart from two small bottles on arrival, there was no accessible drinking water (e.g. refill points), which is increasingly standard. The shower temperature was also unstable, constantly shifting between cold and very hot, making it frustrating to use. The gym is extremely limited - closer to a small equipment room than a proper facility. Minimal equipment, no water, no towels - overall not suitable for regular training. On the positive side, the spa and sauna area are well done and were the highlight of the stay. Overall, an average experience. Due to these shortcomings, this would not be my top choice for future business trips in Tallinn.

Please allow me to extend my sincere apologies for the shortcomings you encountered, especially with regard to the service at our Roof restaurant and the water-related issues in your room. I have personally addressed these matters with the respective teams to ensure that immediate improvements are made. The level of service you described is certainly not reflective of the standards we are committed to delivering. With regard to the unstable water temperature, our technical partner will be conducting a thorough inspection to identify and resolve the underlying cause without delay. I fully appreciate how inconvenient and frustrating this must have been during your stay. I would also like to inform you that we are currently in the process of planning a comprehensive renewal of our gym facilities, with construction anticipated to take place during the summer months. We are confident that these enhancements will significantly improve the experience for our guests. In the interim, please accept my sincere apologies that the current facilities did not meet your expectations. Regarding your comments on in-room amenities, kindly note that tap water in Estonia is of excellent quality and safe for consumption, and we provide two complimentary bottles of water upon arrival. Nonetheless, your observations concerning the accessibility and convenience of drinking water have been duly noted and will be carefully considered as part of our ongoing improvements. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the spa and relaxation area; however, I deeply regret that the remainder of your stay did not reflect the same level of satisfaction. It is particularly disappointing to learn that this experience has influenced your choice for future business travel. Please know that your patronage is highly valued, and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to restore your confidence in us. The hotel was exquisite - beautiful and spacious rooms, nice pool / sauna area. Staff was very friendly, pleasant touch with the chocolate hour, also delicious breakfast. The only thing (but this isn't anything new) - the gym was very small, and sad that the free weights went up only to 10kg.
