Everything is nice. The last time I have visited this week I was concerned that receptionist asked me if for minibar validation she can use cards credentials you have in your system. Why do you keep such data in your system, to increases the risk that it might be stolen. Please explain.

Everything was in excellent condition. Room was nice, chocolate hour was nice surprise and the spa area was also very clean and peaceful. Food was excellent in Roof restaurant.

The overall experience was very relaxing and nice. Breakfast was diverse and excellent. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The chocolate fountain was a nice touch also. Spa had a good atmosphere and was a relaxing experience. We didn't have a hairdryer in our room, but it was alright.
