Great friendly staff , check in was fast and easy. The location and great and close to the city center. The room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast is highly recommended and had plenty of options. I would definitely stay there again.

The room had a general old look about it, scratches on the walls and for example light switches and plugs looked old, the landline phone dated from 2005. From a 4-star hotel I would hope better. Shower head leaked, and in general the whole bathroom was wet after having a shower. Once I tried to reach the reception to ask a quick question, but they hung up the phone two times in a row without even saying hello. I would not choose this hotel the next time.

I'd like to thank Getter for making the early check-in possible and for having such knowledge of the locality and transport links. Getter should be an ambassador for All Accor, and if she did not know, she would research for us. Great sized rooms! Clean and of good size. Great Breakfast selection. I do struggle with the management inability to understand etiquette for food service. It would be so easy to identify vegetarian and vegan items. Likewise, not to put vegetarian foods next to meat based foods. The Bambara's should be well apart! It was a shame that this Hotel did not recognise Accor Members. No free welcome drink(s) and despite being a party of four, just a bottle of water and two bars of chocolate.
