We were in this hotel only some 6-7 hours and it was absolutely the worse hotel we´ve stayed in... When we arrived the personal at reception desk even didn´t say an "hello". To every question I asked they answered as as if I was forcing them to talk to me. Then, there is no phone in the room so for every question I had I had to go to the reception desk again and again. It's very tiring and uncomfortable. We´ve checked out at 03:30h in the morning. The person who was there didn´t say anything. Don´t know... Never saw that kind of hotel´s personal in years of travels. Completely disappointed with Ibis Style Tallinn and will never chose it to our stay in Tallinn again.

A warm and helpful welcome should be the very first impression of our hotel, regardless of the time of arrival or length of stay. I am particularly disappointed to hear that you felt as though you were inconveniencing our reception team simply by asking questions. This is absolutely not how our guests should feel, and I sincerely apologize. I also understand your frustration regarding the lack of a telephone in the room. Our rooms are not equipped with telephones, which is part of the hotel's current setup, but we recognize that this means our reception team needs to be particularly attentive and available whenever guests require assistance. Having to repeatedly return to reception for questions can certainly be inconvenient, especially during a very short overnight stay. I am equally sorry that your departure was handled without any proper farewell or acknowledgment. Even during the night, our guests should receive courteous and professional service. Please be assured that your feedback regarding the reception experience has been taken seriously and will be discussed internally with the team.
