Comfortable room with 2 bottles of water waiting.. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been a bonus. Comfortable beds and.nice shower but the height of the bath to step into was extremely difficult

Night staff was helpful in getting me a taxi for a very early morning flight. Room was clean, small but adequate, and quiet; bed was comfortable. Would have liked a coffee/tea machine like at the other ibis.

Overall, Ibis Styles Tallinn was an okay value, but unfortunately a disappointing experience. The rooms were very mediocre. I requested a proper double bed and instead received two twin beds pushed together, which was extremely uncomfortable. Most of the staff were friendly enough, and the hotel is reasonably priced, but there really wasn’t anything particularly special about the property. My biggest issue was with two members of staff working around the bar area — a blonde bartender and a shorter gentleman with glasses who worked overnight. Both were extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful during my stay. There were also inappropriate anti-American remarks made, which I found completely unacceptable. Hospitality staff should make guests feel welcome regardless of their nationality or background. Personal political opinions and degrading comments about a guest’s country have no place in a professional hotel environment. In my opinion, these two employees are simply not suited for customer-facing hospitality roles and seriously damaged my impression of both this property and the Ibis brand. Unfortunately, what could have been an average but decent-value stay ended on a very disappointing note.

I was travelling with my own food supplies due to special diet and had forgotten to mention the need of a refridgerator in the room. The staff kindly let me use the fridge and freezer in the breakfast area solving the problem for me. Thank you! Special thanks to the young woman (Prii maybe her name?) who was on duty at the reception from 25. to 27. of september. Very friendly service and good english!

I was extremely claustrophobic in the room given to me. It was too small and tapered ceilings.
