Booked two rooms in one booking, but got the rooms on opposite side of the hotel. This created a bit of hassle when traveling as a family of five. AC not working in the rooms, reported one of the rooms three times without any action, 23 degress C is to hot for sleeping. Breakfast buffet was a bit bland, more spices would have been appreciated, fresh fruit instead of what looked like canned fruit salad, eggs with multiple cooking degrees would have been nice, a wider bread selection would have been nice, and also somewhere to cut the bread. Cheese had dried sides, not that appetizing. No refills of toilet paper or coffee pods when cleaning the room. Had to go and ask for an additional roll of toilet paper. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and in a good state.
