the insulation from the road was below the ACCOR standard. Not a big issue, by the way

Pretty standard, just as you'd expect a decent hotel to be, experience but for a very attractive price (-60% to what I am used to). I was also very happy to get a breakfast package on the last morning as I left before the breakfast had started. I will probably come to visit Tallinn in the summer with my family and book a stay here to check out the suites as well.

Very helpfull staff with good English; I needed help with new phone, getting boarding passes printed, directions for bus routes. All done with a smile and very efficiently. Dinner staff cheerful and efficient; simple menu with good choices and very tasty. Simple bar in a small lobby with small seating area facing street. Breakfast buffett, self-serve only, very basic, mostly same every day; excellent coffee. Service good and clean. My room with single VERY comfortable bed, small but had everything except a coffee or tea station. Frugal but nicely arranged modern style room, with large window on my 6th floor; everything looked new and well detailed: snow outside, but cozy inside; heated bathroom floor; QUIET with no transferred sounds from other rooms, corridor or mainrenance staff. Free wi-fi, good signals, plenty of outlets for plugs. I noticed a Dog-station on the main floor but saw no pets during my 5 night stay. This is a small, comfortable, and well thought-out, very clean hotel with basic amenities, for those who will mostly be out for the day. Very quiet for those needing to work from their room,. Room rates very reasonable reflecting the amenities provided; great overall service. I will definitely call this "home" again in the future.
