This was just a one night stay. (I will be returning next week.) The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. (And I appreciate very much the fact that it is available till 11am.) The standout feature of the experience was the helpfulness and friendliness of the great staff on the desk at reception, whom I would particularly like to thank.

Good connection to train/ferry/bus travel

The location is great for arriving or departing with train or bus or ferry. The city bus stop is right across the street. I asked for a quiet room and the one I got was very quiet. The people working the front desk were very helpful in answering my questions. The only downside is the breakfast : the room gets full very quickly.

Generally ok stay, but the promised "Tea and coffee facilities" as well as the "Fitness centre" have not been provided and no alternatives have been arranged (both are listed on the Accor website) Contact to Accor customer service was answer swiftly, but without a resolution.
