We're excited to share that starting from the 6th of January, we're entering the final phase of our guest room redesign on the remaining two floors, with works planned to be completed in early April. Pleasant surprise room 224. In a room with bathtub there should be bathrobe. Getting out of shower/bath is dangerous for not so fit people as there are several dangerous objects like slippery everything and very wide side of bathtub - you definitely need a handle in the end wall. Ventilation started automatically at 06.00 with noise that probably woke up everyone living in Kopli too. Maintenance should check them weekly. In Estonia it seems to be a habit serving boiled eggs cold - why you have them wrapped in basket with lid if they are not warm (most guests would like them warm). Otherwise breakfast was nice - bread selection would need rethinking (rolls, healthy options and different grains). Breakfast waiters could have a smile and I find saying 'good morning' in any language important. Restaurant service and food was excellent. Service at the reception was good.

Hotel was good. Only complaint is the plumbing was noisy, woke me up at 5am.

Surprised that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There were two small bottles of water on the table and a warning that you would have to pay 2 euros for each if you drank them.

Brilliant location within walking distance to old town, and there is a bus stop right outside hotel. Staff were nice, especially the blonde young lady on the reception desk, I think her name was marielle maybe, she was extremely friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with her. The hotel room itself was clean and spacious, loved how big the bathtub and bed was. Definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Tallinn.
