I HAVE A ROOM FOR TWO DAYS BEING WITH A GROUP TOUR AND FROM STARTING THE MINI BAR WAS DEFECT. I INFORM THE RECEPTION ABOUT THAT AND AT THAT TIME IT WAS NOTHING POSIBLE TO DO (NOT EVEN TO CHANGE THE MINI-BAR WITH OTHER, I'M SHOURE THEY MUST HAVE MORE IN THE HOTEL FOR ANY SITUATION) BUT THEY DON'T DO THAT. AT THE RECEITION THEI TELL ME TOMORO WILL GONE FIX THAT WITH THE MINI-BAR, THAT PUT ME IN THE SITUATION TO EAT MUCH AS POSSIBLE WHAT I BUY TO PUT IN THE MINI-BAR BUT I CAN'T EAT ALL AND AFCOURSE NEX DAY WHAT WAS REMAIN FROM DAY BEFORE I HAVE TO PUT TO GARBAGE. NEXT DAY I WAS IN THE CITY ALL DAY AND WHEN I COME BACK THEY DON'T FIX THE MINI-BAR AND IT PUT ME IN THE SAME SITUATION....GREAT.... AFTER TWO DAYS I HAVE TO GO IN MY BOOKING ROOM, A DOUBLE PREMIUM ROOM , BECAUSE I HAVE STAY EXTRA TWO DAYS ON MY ON AND NOW I HAVE TO HAVE FROM THIS HOTEL TEAM A NEW TIPIC SITUATION SPECIFIC TO THEM IN RESPECT TO US FOREGNER CUSTOMERS WHERE THEY GIVE ME A CHAGE MOUSE ROOM INSTEAD OF MY ROOM FOR WHICH IT WAS BOOKING WITH ABOUT ONE MONTH BEFORE. AFTER DISCUTION AT RECEPTION I HAVE RECEIVE OTHER ROOM WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER BUT STILL NOT THE ONE FOR WHICH I HAVE BOOKING. THE PRICE FOR THE ORIGINAL ROOM IT WAS 94.89 £ AND I HAVE RECEIVE A SMALLER ROOM AND I WAS CHARGED 112.30 £ . AT THE END I HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOTEL BUT I STILL HAVE ABOUT 3 HOURS TO GO TO AIRPORT AND I ASK IF I CAN LEAVE MY BAGGAGE IN THE SAFE PLACE BUT THE HAVE CLOSE THAT SAFE ROOM FOR CUSTOMERS TO STILL CAN LEAVE THE BAGGAGE FOR FEW HOURS AND I HAVE TO GO WITH ALL MY BAGAGE SOMEWHERE TO STAY AND EAT SOMTHING BEFORE TO GO TO AIRPORT. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY AT THIS HOTEL FOR THE UNFRIENDLY CONDITION OFFER TO ME THROUGH THIS ALL PROBLEMS RECEIVED FROM THE STAFF OF THE HOTEL ON FIXING IN TIME AND CORRECT FOR MY PRESENCE AT THE HOTEL. THE STAFF (YOUNG GIRLS) ARE EDUCATED TO BE RESPECTFULL WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS BUT I BELIEVE THEY HAVE FREE HAND ON TAKE THE DECISION ON WHICH CUSTOMERS TO BE WITH A GOOD INTENTION OF HELPING AND FIXING A PROBLEM AND ON WHICH CUSTOMER TO PAY NOT ANY ATTENTION OF ANY PROBLEM WE HAVE AND MUST BE FIXING. THAT IS MY OPINION AND FROM MY FIRST DAY TILL LAST DAY I REGRET FOR STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.....NO PROFESIONALISM AND I BIELIVE AT THIS HOTEL THE STAFF MAKE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANY CUSTOMERS STAYNG AT THIS HOTEL...THEY HAVE FREE HAND TO DECIDE TO WHO AND IN WHICH WAY TO HELP YOU. NEVER AGAIN.

1 night stay , hotel is very well located close to old town and also Balti Jam. Room was cosy and warm and staff also very friendly (receptionist Anni).
