The hotel was well located near old town and very modern. We chose a sauna room which provided everything we needed. Quiet with a very comfortable bed. Near transport links, a short bus ride from the airport.

No kettle in the room. No coffee machine No slippers Air con made noises. Toilet in very old school basic style. Location is also not good.

I would like to sincerely thank one of your staff members, Olga, for her kind and quick assistance. I had requested an extra pillow because the existing ones were too soft and not very comfortable for me. Olga responded immediately and brought me a new pillow within a minute, all with a warm smile and great attitude. Very clean, good location for the old town and local transport. Staff were very polite and helpful. The sink in my room didn't have a plug which made a few hygienic tasks like shaving or washing my face a challenge.
