We went in a group of 6 (stayed in two rooms) and had a great experience. The rooms were nice, comfortable and quiet. There's a bus stop with large number of bus lines passing thru, and both the Old Town and Balti Jaam are walking distance, which made it very convenient for us.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Amazing breakfast and everything you need is there. Comfortable room with beautiful design. Room could have had a small fridge but it is not that big deal.

Easy and fast check in. Newly refurbished and clean. Nice variety and breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Close walks to old town, markets, and train. Would stay again.

Seems you do not have systematic approach to your customers. We negotiated free parking but all the time reception do not aware about it. I asked to book me quite room with window to the yard but got last time on noisy street. Please put info in your system to escape such discussion all he time.
