Air condition was not working. We cannot keep window open during night, because there was so much road noise. Also bathroom ventilation was weak. Luckily during visiting time, it was not hottest time on summer.

I booked the Hotel as I wanted easy access from the Airport and to be able to reach the Seafront area in the morning. The Hotel is super comfortable, in a wonderful parkland (a lovely surprise) and the breakfast and staff service was fabulous.

A common issue observed over the past year and a half is shower doors that don't close tightly, along with door seals coming loose. The breakfast offering has changed. There is no longer salmon for a light breakfast, nor the occasional salads and cabbage buns that used to be available. Overall, things are fine; however, when you know what used to appeal to you—and see that it’s gone now—it’s a bit disappointing that cost-cutting measures have reached this hotel.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We will definitely be looking into the shower door and breakfast situations! We hope to welcome you back to our hotel very soon! Sincerely, Andi Kuum Operations Manager

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Oru is our get go hotel in Tallinn, be it for personal or business reasons. It's well thought out, very well planned - with comfy beds, cozy interior, plenty of spaces for work, great food and perfect location with free parking.

The hotel is nice, although it is located outside the city centre, next to a very busy four-lane road. I booked a Superior room, with breakfast included, at a very good price thanks to a special offer on the hotel’s website. The room was spacious and modern. What I really didn’t like was the fact that the air conditioning was not working and that, during my 5-day (4-night) stay, they were unable to fix it. This left me with only two options: sleep in a very hot room or keep the windows open. I chose the second option, but the traffic noise made it difficult to sleep well.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad that you were able to comfortably make a reservation through our page and managed to use discounts easily! We are also sorry that you had to go through the inconvenience of the AC not working. I can confirm that next time you stay with us, everything is going to be perfect! We hope to welcome you back to our hotel very soon! Sincerely, Andi Kuum Operations Manager

The hotel is well maintained, the breakfast is delicious, the selection of welcome drinks is excellent, and parking is free. Everything is great. The location isn't very convenient for those without a car, and what's missing the most is that the hotel doesn't participate in the "Skip the Clean" program and doesn't award extra ALL points for declining room cleaning.

Budget room is not comfortable. Claustrophobic feel. Sliding bathroom door is inappropriate, as it does not close properly to isolate for privacy.

A stylish hotel with a cozy room, a large, comfortable, and clean bed, delicious breakfast, a good location, and very helpful staff. Excellent value for money. However... the curtains were splattered with unidentified fluids—possibly blood. The shower door didn't close tightly, leaving the bathroom flooded after a shower. Parking spaces were scarce when arriving late in the evening.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the great review of our hotel! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, and we will definitely look into the curtains/shower situation! We hope to see you again very soon. Sincerely, Andi Kuum Operations Manager

Booked a superior room. On arrival discovered that the AC didn't work. It was a warm period and the room was quite hot. The personnel was very apologetic and polite but acted surprised about the AC although when we checked Booking.com after arrival, it was mentioned a week before that the AC wasn't operational and the hotel had acknowledged this. We were offered an upgrade to a suite with a mobile AC which required the window be kept open but this was impossible due to the hotel being on a busy street and traffic noise being quite intense (the street is a thoroughfare for lorries coming from the port). Also 30 minutes after being moved to the suite we were informed that we couldn't stay there due to the room being booked for another customer from the next night. We managed to negotiate a stay in the same roo, for the first night since the original customer was arriving only the following day. The next day we were moved to a standard room with working central AC, it was also further away from the road and the noise wasn't at all as bothersome. The general area was homely and the DIY and yoga rooms a nice addition although also hot dur to them being apparently connected to the same central AC unit (the windows couldn't be opened in those areas). Breakfast was OK, although vegetarian options were slightly limited. Personnel was lovely and they tried to be as helpful as possible. The location of the hotel was beautiful, Kadrioru park and the Song Festival Area are right nearby so it was easy to go for a walk and run.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve.
