The hotel is nice, although it is located outside the city centre, next to a very busy four-lane road. I booked a Superior room, with breakfast included, at a very good price thanks to a special offer on the hotel’s website. The room was spacious and modern. What I really didn’t like was the fact that the air conditioning was not working and that, during my 5-day (4-night) stay, they were unable to fix it. This left me with only two options: sleep in a very hot room or keep the windows open. I chose the second option, but the traffic noise made it difficult to sleep well.

The hotel is well maintained, the breakfast is delicious, the selection of welcome drinks is excellent, and parking is free. Everything is great. The location isn't very convenient for those without a car, and what's missing the most is that the hotel doesn't participate in the "Skip the Clean" program and doesn't award extra ALL points for declining room cleaning.

A stylish hotel with a cozy room, a large, comfortable, and clean bed, delicious breakfast, a good location, and very helpful staff. Excellent value for money. However... the curtains were splattered with unidentified fluids—possibly blood. The shower door didn't close tightly, leaving the bathroom flooded after a shower. Parking spaces were scarce when arriving late in the evening.

Booked a superior room. On arrival discovered that the AC didn't work. It was a warm period and the room was quite hot. The personnel was very apologetic and polite but acted surprised about the AC although when we checked Booking.com after arrival, it was mentioned a week before that the AC wasn't operational and the hotel had acknowledged this. We were offered an upgrade to a suite with a mobile AC which required the window be kept open but this was impossible due to the hotel being on a busy street and traffic noise being quite intense (the street is a thoroughfare for lorries coming from the port). Also 30 minutes after being moved to the suite we were informed that we couldn't stay there due to the room being booked for another customer from the next night. We managed to negotiate a stay in the same roo, for the first night since the original customer was arriving only the following day. The next day we were moved to a standard room with working central AC, it was also further away from the road and the noise wasn't at all as bothersome. The general area was homely and the DIY and yoga rooms a nice addition although also hot dur to them being apparently connected to the same central AC unit (the windows couldn't be opened in those areas). Breakfast was OK, although vegetarian options were slightly limited. Personnel was lovely and they tried to be as helpful as possible. The location of the hotel was beautiful, Kadrioru park and the Song Festival Area are right nearby so it was easy to go for a walk and run.

We had a good experience over all. Only minus was that I booked a suite with AC but when arriving to the hotel we were informed that AC is not working in the room, even though it is listed in the description. After explaining that one big reason we booked the room was the AC, hotel staff was willing to help us downgrade to a normal room with AC and also gave us good compensation for the inconvenience and downgrade. The room we got was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. They also gifted us a free dinner in their bistro. Food was okay, not the best to be honest, but it was free so I'm not complaining. The atmosphere in the restaurant wasn't cozy, it was hard to have a conversation since it was clear that every one in the space can hear us, maybe something can be done the design the area to be more comfortable. Breakfast was really good! We were told that it is until 11 am but it really seemed that they started to clean the empty serving trays clearly before 10 am. I hope I was mistaken and in reality they served full breakfast as long as they promised. Loved the still and sparkling water tap, I just wished for the bottles to be bigger or to have an option to choose a big bottle instead. The free parking in front of the hotel was really handy. Over all It was clear that they really wanted us have a good experience in the hotel and we really appreciated it. The staff was always very friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately, the air-con was broken when we checked in on friday, at night we could not open the window, as there is a very noisy street directly outside. Staff gave us a small fan (because we kept asking). We checked out on Monday and were still noz happy. The hotel was fully booked so we could not get another room. I asked them after the first night to give us the money back for the following 2 nights, so that we can book something else, but they did not.

We had a very comfortable stay at Oru Hub Hotel. We particularly appreciated the high finishes in the room and the bathroom. The shower head had great pressure and the bathroom was well equipped with necessities that any frequent traveller would need. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and so did the TV. The front desk was respectful and welcoming. No issue finding a parking spot right in front of the hotel. We can definitely recommend this place for a stay in Tallinn.
