The hotel was beautiful and the room was clean. The spa area was small but beautiful. Also loved the view at the gym. Only complain was that the level of customer service lowered after the first day. On the first morning at breakfast we got seated to table and the waiter brought us coffee. The next day we didnt get seated, and when I asked for coffee the waiter told me I can get my own coffee from the machine, that was just rude!

Service was always kind, but occasionally a bit hard to understand due to employees speaking in a low voice. Mind you, we are both in our mid 20's. Breakfest was quite misleading as we were never told wether we should just sit anywhere or if we are pointes to our tables. We were also never serves coffee like others. I dont know why. Not that we minded but found it a bit odd. Also our cutlery together with the cloth that came with it was taken and not replaced. We had to search for new ones ourselves. Our stay was for 2 nights and a recommendation from me would be to ask residents of they would like their rooms cleaned in-between the stay. Room service came in around 3 when it was a bad time for us. If we could have planned this beforehand, it would have been a lot better.
