Cleanliness and high-quality service. Great view from the window. Good breakfast. However, the furniture in the room was rather worn. The upholstered furniture was heavily stained. There were stains on the duvet cover. The steam sauna wasn't working, so we didn't go to the bathhouse.

Upon arrival the booked room was not yet ready to which the receptionist tried to sell us a more expensive room. That was some way confusing as we just wanted our room ready. We found the receptionist hard to understand. 45 mins later we asked again for our room and we finally got it. Breakfast service was excellent however the server coffee was really bitter. Our room on 16th had beautiful views of the waterways to the harbour and also the city. Room was well kept and very clear throughout our stay.

Room was ok. I was very satisfied with tee and coffee making facilities but there was promlen in TV channels. Almost all channels were pixelated randomly. I experienced same in January.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Swissôtel overall. The experience was well-rounded, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches — especially the birthday cake and the handwritten card, which made the stay feel personal and memorable. The breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which created a great start to the day. That said, for a 5-star hotel, I would have expected a wider selection, particularly when it comes to warm dishes. Options like freshly prepared items or poached eggs would have elevated the experience further. The only other downside was the check-in process, which took longer than expected and could definitely be improved in terms of efficiency. All in all, a very enjoyable stay with excellent service, but with some room for improvement to fully meet 5-star expectations.

The hotel has an excellent location, with both the business district and the old town nearby. The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and quiet. The service is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is of a very high standard, offering a wide selection of drinks, good coffee, fresh juices, hot and cold dishes, as well as fruits and desserts—all of excellent quality.
