All was fine. Room was not enough warm for me. Climate controll was very slow.

Great Stay with room for improvement in the SPA Area

We had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, and the staff – from the reception and bar to the room maids – were all wonderful and attentive. However, the SPA area was a bit disappointing. It didn’t look as good as in the pictures, and in the sauna, all guests were sitting without towels, which has affected the condition of the wood benches. On a positive note, the view from the sauna was lovely. The loungers weren’t very comfortable, and perhaps we were just unlucky, but there were many children inside, screaming and jumping into the pool, making it feel less like a relaxing SPA experience. One thing I found surprising for a 5-star hotel was the inability to get a second towel in SPA, even when kindly requested. Despite these issues, everything else was great, and we appreciated the effort of the staff in making our stay comfortable.
