Unfortunately very disappointed, check-in agent made very clear that you follow the company policies more than focus on customer experience (no common sense) - For future I will avoid Accor hotels . (so far the worst welcome experience ). The agent said me that that she wont check-in me in if I dont pay twice the room (I had a prepaid room, which she could see in the computer very clearly and the documentation). Definitely hotel services can not use for cc prepaid services like M&E.

It would be good to also have normal showers in the sauna area, not only cold ones, to refresh before going to the swimming pool.

we liked the room and overall cleanness. your shampoo and conditioner in the room needs to be in the level of you hotel ans should improve.For breakfast it is definitely better to serve a fresh fruit juices (Radisson blue your neighboring hotel does that) you should have more choices of food for breakfast.

Dear Sirs/ NOW YOU SUCCEEDED TO CONVINCE US THAT WE SHOULD USE IN TALLINN SOME OTHER HOTEL F.EG HILTON. We order again our room from floor 28 or above in order to wait for the que in the arrival. The reception in 28th floor was not open when we arrive at 1.30 p.m. and we had to wait for to have a poor service in the normal reception (from a trainee). The service in 28th floor is nowadays nothing; nothing to eat or drink as you had earlier. Also the breakfast on the morning 25th December was very poor. Too little people to serve the full of the customers. You had to wait for the coffee more than 10 minuts. The breakfast room was overbooked and we had to stay in the hall which remained the gasoline station (not at all of the level which should be in the hotel of your standards). Also to get the omelet it took more than 20 minuts; because the the cooker did one omelet about 10 minuts. All other high standard hotels the omelets will be get in a couple of minuts/ many cookers and qualified ones. I cannot any more understand why I have paid during last years for your bad service so much extra compared to the other hotels in Tallinn. I have to admit that the rooms are good!!! but I am not any more to pay so much extra for the room when you have no "level" of service at all. We are travelling also other cities rather often and we have to change the hotels everywhere.

The overall experience is good, everything works well like an oiled machine. The improvement should be made in the details: the long wait at the reception arriving/leaving (even when quiet times), wait at the breakfast to be seated (personnel was not at entrance though no rush hour), drainage at the bathroom little glogged in the sink.

I’m a platinum member of Accor All, a diamond member in 2020, and frequent visitor at Swissôtel Tallinn. As a returning top-tier loyal customer, I wasn’t satisfied with overall stay. First pros: the hotel has a great location, it provides comfortable accommodation and it’s a rare property among Accor hotels in Europe that has both executive lounge and spa with swimming pool. I appreciated the suite upgrade. It doesn’t cost extra to thank you a frequent visitor by offering this treatment but it makes customer happy and likely to return. The staff and F&Bs in the lounge is good. Cons: I find it unacceptable that platinum members who has access to the lounge couldn’t benefit the complimentary breakfast despite the fact that I was given the list of benefits that clearly stated free breakfast. Also, during my previous stays I have always received free breakfast. I was told that policy has changed and even executive room guests has to pay for the breakfast. However, I wasn’t able to find any executive room rate that wouldn’t include breakfast. Two out of three lounge attendants I talked to didn’t have any information of this new rule and said that of course platinum members should get free breakfast. It’s part of the executive experience even though the breakfast is only served in the restaurant. This time, the platinum welcome amenity was pathetic, too: two soda bottles. As a top-tier member I would expect more. Many upscale Accor hotels gives chocolate pralines, small cakes, even wine with personalized welcome card. In past at Swissôtel Tallinn, we have received a fruit platter with berries and macarons. There seems a downgrade. I gave feedback to the management but in return got a feeling that I’m just a difficult customer complaining for small things and that the hotel doesn’t really care much how do I feel. I felt the hotel is doing me a favor and that the management would even wish that I wouldn’t return. That’s not what I expect after I have spent over 10,000€ at Accor hotels. I expect better loyalty treatment with more personalized touch in service.
