Dear Milja, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. I am truly sorry to read about the issues you experienced during your stay, particularly as your expectations for a five-star experience were not met. Please accept our sincere apologies for the technical shortcomings in your room, including the TV and lighting system. This is certainly frustrating and not the seamless comfort we strive to provide. Your comments have been shared with our Engineering team to ensure these systems are thoroughly checked and improved. I am especially concerned to learn about the incident in the bathroom and that you were injured as a result of slipping on the wet floor. I am very sorry that this happened and hope you are recovering well. Guest safety is of the utmost importance to us, and your feedback regarding the bathroom tiles has been escalated with the highest priority for immediate review and corrective action. Dear Asko, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially as a returning guest and an ALL Accor member. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced, including the empty water bottle in your room, the lack of morning coffee service at breakfast, the room temperature being too warm, and the food at Horisont Bar not meeting your taste expectations. This is certainly not the level of experience we aim to deliver, and I regret that we did not address these issues during your stay. I am equally sorry to learn that your arrival experience felt slow and overly procedural, particularly for a loyal guest. Your comments regarding check-in efficiency and recognizing returning guests are well noted and will be addressed with our team. Dear Miko, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. While I am pleased to read that you appreciated our location and found our team to be nice, I am sincerely sorry to learn that the condition of your room did not meet your expectations. Please accept my apologies for the housekeeping oversights you experienced, including the room not being properly cleaned, the presence of debris under the bed, and the bathroom not being in an acceptable condition. This is clearly not in line with our standards. I am also very concerned to read about the leaking shower, the excessive moisture in the room, and the issues with the bathroom tiles. These are serious maintenance matters that should have been identified and resolved prior to your arrival. Your feedback has been shared with both our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for immediate follow-up and corrective action, as we take such matters very seriously.
