Dear Mr. C., Hope this letter finds you well! Thank you for staying at Swissotel Tallinn and for being a loyal Gold member! Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and discomfort you experienced during your recent stay with us. We understand that you had booked a package including two Grand Rooms and that upon your arrival at approximately 20:00, one of the rooms was not immediately available. We regret the delay you faced and the inconvenience caused by having to wait after a long journey. Furthermore, we are very sorry that the room initially assigned to you had a strong ozone smell due to prior treatment following a smoking incident. We fully acknowledge that this made the room unsuitable for rest and that you were unable to sleep there comfortably. While an alternative room was eventually provided, we deeply regret that this occurred only around 22:00 and required you to move once again, adding further inconvenience and fatigue. We are particularly concerned to learn that the support provided by our reception team did not meet your expectations. The explanation given to you, referencing the New Year celebration, was inappropriate and does not reflect the level of service and professionalism we strive to offer our guests. For this, we sincerely apologize. Your experience is not representative of our standards, and your feedback has been shared with our management team to ensure such situations are handled more effectively and with greater care in the future. Should you return to Tallinn, it would be our pleasure to offer you a complimentary upgrade to one of our Executive Rooms. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly, and we will be happy to assist with the arrangements. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
