expectations were better. reception does not pay attention when you walk past or when you are near the reception. eyes remain locked on the computer screen. our group had two rooms, in both water escapes from the shower cubicle even when the door is closed, in the second room there is no floor drain where the water would go so the floor rippled with water. not in a five-star hotel you have to drain the water by hand. in the second room there was a floor drain that was blocked or out of use so they had the same problem. in the hotel you can choose pillows with different characteristics from room service. I ordered for both of us, the second pillow never arrived. stains on the sofa seat in the room. breakfast is not up to the standard of a hotel of this level by any criteria. poor selection, poor quality. staff mixes up coffee and omelette orders. coffees are not received. breakfast is a mess, staff does not know how to give instructions or organize the order of breakfast. breakfast serving trays were empty for several dozen minutes.
