I often choose this hotel for business travel, the service is good, breakfast is very nice, gym & spa good for a quick afterwork excercise and relaxation. I especially like the views from the gym. Location is central, and stockmann right in the next building for shopping necessities conviniently.

Checked in and there was a mistake that check in was for one person and not for two. The reception person fixed it and said that we would get access to the spa for free as a Gold Member that was one of the benefits. When we went to the spa there was a lady there and she said that for my room number that spa was not included and that she would reception in lobby to check. She let us go to the pool still and when we came out she didn’t say anything. Upon check out the reception person tried to charge us for the spa even though we were told it was fixed and I had access to It as a Gold member. He said he was going to fix it but who knows as my 100 euro “security deposit” is still being processed to return to me.

Personnel and service was extremely good, except from the top floor restaurant, in which it took 4hrs to have a 4-course dinner(!!!).
