first the air conditioner is noise hourly; second it's the wrong payment, and try to communicate, till now near 1 week still not get feedback: I book 5 nights(7.12.2025~11.12.2025), and during my check in, confirmed only need 4 nights(7.12.2025~10.12.2025), cancel 1 night, so I think 11.12.2025 booking is canceled successfully. if not successfully, during my check out on 11.12.2025, no confirming with me about booking, also no phone confirm about night booking on 11.12.2025 whole day, but charged 115Eur room cost on 11.12.2025. then I try to communicate by mail, slow response, just inform transferred the mail, then no feedback.

Long queue on arrival to check in which was bad as late in the day. Mini bar complimentary but only refreshed once in 3 days. Housekeeping poor. Towels replaced. But beds not made. Shower gel not replenished and tissues not replaced. Poor for what we paid

As a Gold and Heartiest member, I emailed the hotel two months prior to arrival to request a room upgrade and a two-hour early check-in. Unfortunately, although the early check-in was confirmed by email, it was not available upon arrival. The room upgrade was arranged, but only one category higher. After our first night, we discovered that the heating in the room was not working, which was disappointing. On a very positive note, the staff were absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. As part of the Gold membership, we also received a 30% discount on the minibar, which was a nice touch. The swimming pool water was pleasantly warm, and the sauna was excellent. We stayed on the 25th floor, and the view was truly unforgettable. A special thank you to the staff at the bar where we had dinner. They kindly reserved a table for us and surprised us with a birthday cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Overall, despite a few issues, the exceptional service made our stay memorable. Well done to the team.
