We were told on arrival during check in that they have a special surprise for us . It turned out later in the evening they turned up to our room with this huge birthday cake and card for my wife as it's her birthday. She was so happy and very grateful. There staff treated us with warmth and respect. I will hopefully return to Tallinn and definitely to Swissotel. I totally recommend this beautiful hotel whilst in Tallinn

One disappointment, bathsalt didn't exist in room. We asked that from reception but that didn't came true.

-got wrong room, not harbour sea wiew. -shower gel bottle was empty. -ac was loud, did not keep the room cold. -room was generally worn, ex. loose tiles in bathroom. -blackout curtain did not work perfectly, wrong installation

Staff were relatively pleasant. Ron well appointed. However, room for two guests and only 1 small bottle of water supplied per stay. Checked with reception and advised this is hotel policy. Never had that in the purported 5* hotel before.
