As I have previously worked as Dutt Manager in the same hotel, I always check the cleanliness of the room, and was a bit sad, that cleaners forget to wipe the dust from top of the closet, there was a pile of dust collected over time, shower drain had some papertowel particles and few hair left from previous guest. Carpet needs to be chemically cleaned as it had stains all over it . Room was 2307. Otherwise It was great to be back!

Only negative thing, was that the above-head shower (rain effect) was quite clogged with scale and the other showerhead only shot straight. Small details, everything else was perfect.

Wonderful stay and experience since we checked in. The front desk staff was very polite, always greeted us, even those at the bar, very nice and clean room with beautiful view, luxury bathroom is huge plus!, fast and no wait time for elevators, delicious breakfast with tasty and healthy choices, great staff, free omelette and avocado toast, fresh honey, grain bread, tea, juice more and more... Provided razor. Unfortunately I didn't have a time to check the wellness area. This was definitely one of the best hotels I stayed in. Will not hesitate to come again!
