As a Green Key initiative, we do not put slippers in the Classic rooms, instead our reception provides them upon asking. In higher class rooms such as the Superior, Junior Suite and Suite the bathrobes and slippers are already in the room. However, the air conditioner located near the head of the bed was noisy and kept me awake for a long time. I was also surprised to find that the towels in the bathroom were wrinkled, as if they had just been washed and brought to the room. As a tip, it's advisable to have different pillows: one synthetic and one down. I'm personally allergic to synthetics, and for the price of the hotel room, I hoped I'd have a choice when I was stuck with pillows. Unfortunately, I didn't.
