I had an extremely late check-in and extremely early check-out, the staff was very helpful at all hours and they packed me a box breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Very nice hospitality.

The staff were very friendly, the room size was very generous and the breakfast buffet variety and selection was one of the best I've had. The location is very good also right next to a shopping centre and 7 mins walk from the airport and tram service to the city. There's nothing I could honestly fault. The room service was also very good and efficient. I've been to 30+ hotels through Europe, so I have a decent to good grasp of quality and this hotel checks every box.

I always stay at Mercure hotel because of location. Rooms are comfortable and upgraded. Staff is very polite. The only issue I have that bed comforter is too warm for me, I would prefer cooler bedding. Another thing, that no matter how you switch AC, it will stay at 20.5C I prefer cooler room. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Overall everything is clean and nice, great staff. I cannot overexagerrate how smelly the bathroom was. There must be a problem with the canal and it requires some deep clean or a technician to take a look. It smelled like fresh poo constantly.

Pros: Helpful personnel. We got a quiet room as asked. Karina advised us how to get to the nearest bus stop to the centre. Quality hand & body wash, big complimentary bottle of water. The airport and great Ülemiste shopping centre are nearby. Room for improvement: Small shower area, no shower caddy. Mini safe did not work.

We always stay at Mercure hotel before our vacay and after because it’s conveniently located and the staff is extremely friendly! Last stay I forgot my sunglasses there and even on my way back in almost 2 months I came to the reception and the guys could locate them for me and gave them back to me!!! Amazing staff! Always so helpful with any requests or questions!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet considering you are right next to an airport! Rooms were spacious for European standards. AC was super cold and everything was very nice. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us. Can’t say enough positive things about the stay!

Stuff are always nice, no doubt. Hotel is clean, near airport. I been here 3 years in a row. But room were different from last year, less vanity sets, less towels, no coffe machine in room. Beside that, awesome and pleasant experience like always, thank you for your service and hope I will be there next year as well!

My wife and I stayed just for one night, prior to an early departure at Lennart Meri Airport. We didn't have the chance to try the hotel's breakfast, but did find the staff to be quite helpful, and the room definitely met our expectations: clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Even though it was near the airport, we still had no trouble getting into the city centre using a car hire service, which at peak traffic took only 15 minutes.

Had to stay for one night. Best night of my entire trip! The fact that its located right by the airport makes it really practical also. The hotel room was clean and luxurious and the bathroom was also really well kept. The restaurant has amazing food options and the service is so kind! The breakfast has a big variety and helped me get my fuel for the flight later on.
