Dear Mr. S., Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your recent stay with us. While we are pleased to read that you continue to value our rooms and location for your business trips, we are truly sorry that your experience, particularly regarding breakfast and service interactions, fell so far below expectations. Please accept our sincerest and most profuse apologies for the breakfast service you received. There is no justification for the behavior you encountered. The manner in which your request was handled, including the incorrect information provided and the dismissive attitude you experienced, is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of service we strive to uphold. We have addressed this matter directly with the breakfast team involved to ensure they fully understand that such conduct is not tolerated and that proper food knowledge, honesty, and respectful guest interaction are essential at all times. We are equally sorry for the lack of enthusiasm and attentiveness you noted at the front desk, both during check-in and check-out. Our reception team is normally recognized for being welcoming, professional, and engaging, and we regret that this was not your experience on this occasion. While we cannot determine the specific circumstances that led to this indifference, we fully acknowledge that it should not have happened and sincerely apologize for the disappointment it caused. Your feedback has been shared with our management and department heads, and we are using it as a learning opportunity to reinforce training, service standards, and accountability across our teams.
