I stayed at the Mercure Tallinn Feb 28 & March 1. When I got there, the kind woman who greeted us went the extra mile to provide me with an ice pack for my elbow as I was recovering from a recent fall. Each time she saw me, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Because of her hospitality, I would not only stay there again but would look into other Mercure hotels for my travels.

Comfortable stay in a very convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the airport. The lobby is modern and welcoming, creating a strong first impression. The room was comfortable and the temperature control worked well, which I appreciated. However, the room felt a bit dated and could benefit from some updates. There were a few small signs of wear, such as a missing tile, and the plastic shower curtain was not ideal. Cleanliness was generally good, though it could have been slightly improved in some details, and the bedsheets were a bit wrinkled. The soaps were also not my favorite in terms of scent. Overall, a pleasant stay, but for a 4-star hotel, I expected a slightly higher standard and more attention to detail.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, well located with easy public transport access to downtown Tallinn. Only minus point is that the ventilation system was loud (I'm sensitive to noise at night) and couldn't be turned off or substantially reduced, even if it was on the auto setting. I even turned off the heating-cooling thermostat but I could still hear the ventilation. I didn't want to go in the trouble of informing the reception as I was in bed and eventually fell asleep.

Happily helped us to extend our stay by a further night. Staff very friendly and engaging. 10 minute walk to airport. 55 minute walk into Old Town if your up for it. No negatives. Out fourth stay and continue to be happy with it.
