We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it super easy to get around. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They even made our beds every single day! The food was fantastic as well. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and our meals at the hotel restaurant were equally impressive. A special shoutout to the bartender, Andrey! His cocktails were absolute perfection, and his service was top-notch. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely furnished/decorated hotel well Placed for the ferry and the old town. Nice room (though despite reporting it twice, the air conditioning didn’t work) and good breakfast. Dinner was also good - but the two servers struggled a bit as it was quite busy.

I received two emails by the hotel before my arrival to the hotel. The emails were both in Finnish with a lot of mistakes. The emails also included a weird internet link linking to a page asking for personal information. Those emails looked very much like the reservation system of the hotel could have been “hijacked” I would be happy to share those emails with you. The breakfast was great with ingredients many hotels are missing. The coffee was really good and pure Greek Yogurt with berries. Healthier choices were well thought. And my eye captured the sheets on the bed, which are quality sheets, not just any hotel sheets. And I also enjoyed very much the fact that the cosmetic products were quality products, since I have a very sensitive skin.

Excellent stay. A room was available for us early so we were able to check in rather than leaving our bags whilst we explored Tallinn. Great location. Only 2 mins walk from the tram from the airport, 5 mins into the Old Town and 10 mins from the Helsinki ferry. Clean and modern hotel with lovely bar and outside seating area. Room was spacious, well presented and with an extremely comfortable bed. Overall we could not have asked for a better hotel and stay

very new, very clean. I stayed four days, but did not recceive any extra coffee/ Tea bags... The welcome trzy was a nice surprise. I did not likę the fan that the staff spoke Russian in presence of guests. I did not felt safe... Additionally once during lunch time I wanted to order something to pat and spent a few minute string at the counter. The Young Russian people Werę busy dicussing a problem with the machinę, and they pretended they did not notce my presence... Breakfast: ok, but no cottage cheeseburgery, no raddish, no sales or anything morę advanced. Good choice , though..

I was regularly distracted by the traffic from the intersection outside my room. It is imperative to be able to getting a full night’s sleep when, as a flight crew, having a ten hours duty a head of you. Please, make sure flight crew get a room in any other direction, but towards the intersection.
