A new hotel with a modern interior. The rooms are very spacious and clean. There is a coffee machine, a kettle, a refrigerator, and an iron. The bathrooms are also spacious. The hotel is conveniently located close to the historic city center and the port.

I am mostly Mercure person. I stayed Novotel for 1 day stays in 2 other hotels but by far this was the best one. Friendly personnel, upgraded to a higher category room, used the gym and restaurant. Overall, i am happy with my stay.

Me and my husband come to Tallinn many times per year. I'm a journalist, and my husband is a photographer. Visit Tallinn always arranges us a hotel, and this time it was yours. The floor at the room was really cold, but the main thing was that the bedside ceiling lamps couldn't be turned off. Apparently we got the ''out of order'' room. We took the card off by the door to get darkness, but of course that affected the air conditioning, and we couldn't adjust the temperature. We were offered another room, but because it was only for one night, we didn't bother. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time.

Lovely new hotel with well appointed spacious rooms, a good a la carte breakfast menu and a tasty evening selection. A very friendly team all round who go out of their way to assist during your stay. Definitely coming back!

This is an awesome new place, close to the city centre and the ferry terminal. The room is huge and brand new, with a comfy bed and a nice shower, so it's a great place overall. There was a problem with the heating, but it must have been a blip.
