The hotel is brand new, clean, and well-maintained, with friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the provided toiletries were of high quality. Unfortunately, despite being a new property, the room climate control does not work. I initially thought the system was just broken in my room, so the staff kindly moved me to another one. However, the temperature control panel in the second room was completely non-functional as well. Additionally, in the first room, the wifi signal was very weak and kept disconnecting. As an ALL loyalty member, I was also disappointed that I couldn't use the Skip the Clean initiative to earn extra reward points, as this hotel doesn't participate in the offer. It would be great if they implemented this in the future.
