Bathroom should have had more hooks to put towels to dry. There was the conditioner and body lotion missing. I would not have known this unless I saw these in my parents room. They were delivered to me later when I asked from them. I wondered later, that would I have been charged for these if I hadn't mentioned in the beginning that they were missing. I had the double room with access to terrace. The room should have had a second arm chair, there was plenty of space for that. It should be mentioned on the web page that smoking is not allowed in the common terrace. In addition, there was no mention that the terrace a mutual terrace with other rooms. The hotel lobby was quite small and not very inviting to sit down and to have a cocktail etc.

The room was not as i booked, and the price was higher what had been confirmed. Even after changing rooms, it was still unacceptably small. This experience was extremely disappointing. I did not enjoy my stay at all and will never return.

Negative was our room 509 had some problems with electric sockets that gave no electricity and our door had a temperamental lock. Further the beds were really hard, we would like softer. But overall we enjoyed our stay and could come again.
