The location was great, the service was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. However, the bed was extremely hard — it honestly felt like sleeping on a table. Unfortunately, this made it quite difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, everything else was good, but the bed definitely needs improvement. I don’t think I will be returning.

The hotel itself was fine, but rooms very basic - no coffee or tea or refrigerator, but at least they had a coffee machine in the lobby. The shower in my 2nd floor room emitted a sewage smell daily which was not pleasant. The hotel was in walking distance to the tram, otherwise, not the most convenient location.

Late arrival. The receptionist was awake but no smile. The coffee was nice, which was a great point. Breakfast was good, but the pastry was not fresh or crusty. Great location.

The check-in and check-out were both very smooth. The reception staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a very good selection of food at breakfast and it all tasted freshly prepared. It was also regularly replenished, so there was always plenty of everything. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. The hotel is very well situated on a bus route and is only a short bus ride to the centre, and the Old Town.

Everything went well from booking via email to check out including early breakfast. One improvement could be the AC as it is quite noisy. Howeversince it was not very warm we were able to use it as it's minimum
