Uncomfy bed, ac super loud, ac running whole room was rattling. Without the ac it was like a sauna

We would like to note that room temperature systems are designed to maintain a consistent climate within the building, and some operational noise can occur depending on settings and external conditions. As the system regulates airflow, switching it off entirely may naturally result in warmer room conditions, particularly during periods of higher outside temperatures. Bed comfort and room environment are subjective, and while many guests find our setup suitable for short stays, we understand it may not meet every personal preference. We appreciate you sharing your comments, as they help us better understand guest expectations within the constraints of the hotel’s technical setup and design. This hotel holds a very special place in our hearts and for our family. As well as spending 10 wonderful years working with Accor, we also celebrated both our pre-wedding and post-wedding stay here with our guests — so many beautiful memories attached to this place. This stay, we were also very kindly upgraded, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. The hotel now has a fantastic kids’ corner too, which makes such a difference when travelling with little ones. Our 1year old loved it so much! The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. The only one thing that may be considered for a change - pillows!
