First and last stay, NO hot water in the morning Don't get the pizzas you will be very disappointed on the plus side the room was clean and bed comfortable, but with no hot water and an early morning departure, wont be using this one again.

I don’t understand why your staff not understand my request or requirements, I am asking them for taxi service and they are force fully convince me for there shelters service, I am strongly not satisfied your meal staf how deal me when I enter your hotel he don’t respect customers requirements, just impose me his offer what he have, not as per my request I need taxi service at 1:45am on 13feb because I have 3kids with me and my wife also with me we are 5 person,we have to leave hotel 1:45am but your staff force fully imposed me your hotel shelters bus service at 12:00 mid night,my next flight timing is 2:30am on 13 feb and I am waiting with my all kids and wife at terminal 2 more then 2hours because of shelters bus service(because from your hotel airport terminal 2 is only 10 minutes away,12:00 mid night we leave from hotel and the arrived airport and waiting for your flight more than two hours, why your staff not help me to book taxi at 1:45 am? If he will book taxi then my kids will not wait out said the hotel which I already paid, I need an answer for this inconvenience!
