We could not check in for 10 minutes or so because there was no one at the front desk.Ringing the bell did not help, either. There was no one at the restaurant, either. We had to wait for a long time before we could order.

The fridge is missing. Shower gel was empty! Aircon wasn’t really working and very noisy! Can’t stand it that I need to switch it off and open the window! Don’t deserve to be classified 4 star hotel!

Hotel is in a good position considering the airport of Munich, also the restaurant is nice. However the room booked was provided with a broken window, not perfectly closed, wtihouth the handle, and the external cold air was inflowing by the clearances of the windows. Despite seems that the air condition was working, the room never got warm temperature. No claims to the staff was made beacause it was just a single overnight before leaving.

Not far from Munich airport, easily accessible by bus 512 (€3.90) or by shuttle (€7.00). Good for overnight stay before and/or after a flight. The breakfast buffet comes with all what you need to be prepared for your day and the WiFi works well.
