On arrival at 11,30pm the receptionist, insisted we had to pay, but we had in advance! which I have had to claim back. when we got to the room, it was not a family room, so had to get it changed. Not ideal after a days travel! Paid extra for breakfast, standard of food was good but to many items had run out.

The air conditioning sounded like a jet engine, the carpet in the corridor was worn out and parts of the room clearly needed maintenance and repair. Whilst understanding that it is an airport motel it needs serious improving. The photos on the website do not show the motel as it is🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I stayed for a very short night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. A few hours after checking in, I discovered what appeared to be bed bugs on the back of my pillow. By then, I had already slept in the bed, which was extremely distressing. The bathroom was also missing shower gel, which was another basic amenity that should have been provided. Before leaving a few hours afterwards, I reported the issue to the front desk and requested the manager's contact details so I could seek a full refund. I was only given a generic email address and no manager's name or direct contact. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting a full refund but have not received any response. The hygiene concerns were serious, and the lack of communication afterward has made the experience even more disappointing. I hope the hotel addresses both its cleanliness standards and its customer service.

We had an early morning flight and needed to spend the night at Munich airport. The hotel was only a 10 minute drive by shuttle, the room was clean and with comfortable beds. We will return, if we need an overnight stay in Munich in the future.

Stayed one night. In late, out early. Clean, comfortable, large room and a shuttle to the airport. The meal in the restaurant was okay, nothing special and the young lady serving wasn't on the ball or particularly friendly. Otherwise we would book again.

Booking fairly easy, agents are fluent in English. There is shuttle service to and from Airport. The room we got (Executive suite) spacious for price we were charged. BUT the air conditioning was not working and that made sleeping difficult.
