Booked this hotel through the All Accor app, since i am already a member. Booked a king size bed, when we got the key, the room was a twin room, this is not handy with all the luggage we got, we have to go down to the frontdesk again. Also during check in, asked for a late check out till 13:00, and also requested parking facility, in which responded with "No Problem" we can arrange that, and if i would settle the bill right away. I received the invoice in the app, in which clearly stated, Late check out till 13:00, with the costs of 10 eur. The next day i have to leave the hotel early, but my partner stays, since her flight is later that day. During the stay in the room she got called 2x times from the reception, reminding her about check out is 11:00, and both times she mentioned that we already asked and paid a late check out till 13:00...this is very annoying !. When she got down on 13:00 to check out, the front desk asked her an extra payment of 10 eur, even when she showed the staff the paid invoice. The Staff responded, no the amount you paid was only for the first hour, from 11:00 till 12:00, now is it 13:00, so you have to pay extra 10 eur. Look, it is only 10 eur, but it is a matter of principe, when the invoice clearly stated "Late check out till 13:00" then it should be honoured.
