I told in my reservation and in a a separate mail that I needed a crib for my little one, they said book for two and put it in the notes. When we arrived after 1000km, obviously tired, nothing was set up in the room. What is more: room wasn't cleaned well, there was mold in the shower, dust all over and when we were waiting for the bedding for my little one and another towel we saw that even the courtesy set had two sugar only. Sockets and a couple of lights weren't working. When I used the portable heat up for the baby food I had to disconnect the nespresso because was the only working socket in the room. TV wasn't working too but well, at this point we were so tired that we didn't mind anymore. The fact that hotel is cheaper on booking.com (16 eur less than the price of all.com) is annoying too. Staff when prompted is nice but well you expect that if you arrive at 19.00h everything is OK. At departure we even found that the car that was near us slightly damaged ours. How can I say, on paper is nice but we had not a pleasant rest.

I am sincerely sorry to hear that your stay was so stressful after a long 800 km journey, and that we failed to meet your expectations of a superior hotel. Traveling with a little one requires extra care. It is completely unacceptable that you had to deal with broken sockets, faulty lights, and a missing baby bed. Furthermore, the condition of the shower head does not reflect our hygiene standards at all. I have addressed this immediately with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these issues are resolved right away. I also apologize for the poor communication during your check-in, the long queues at the reception, and the disruptive hammering at 7:00 AM. We want our guests to leave feeling rested, and it is clear we failed to provide you with a decent night's sleep. Our reception is open 24/7 - if you have told us your issue, we could have found a solution in changing the rooms for you. As a gesture of our goodwill and to make amends, we would like to offer you Courtesy Points as a gesture from the hotel to compensate you. We hope that despite this poor experience, you arrived safely at your next destination, and we would love to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future. My only complain was about the parking situation. I chose the rate with breakfast and parking included. When I arrived I found a parking spot. But later I had to go to the airport to pickup my friend and when we came back there was no parking available. I asked at the front desk if they knew where I could park, but they didn't know. I had to park outside the hotel and pay for it.

Had a lovely 2-night stay at the Movenpick. I arrived ridiculously early, so I enjoyed a quiet peaceful walk around the town. Markus at the front desk is an absolute gem of an employee, and has incredible patience!! He was able to fix my booking hiccup in a timely manner- which I am so appreciative of. The rooms were comfortable and clean! I was expecting some aircraft noise to seep through, but surprisingly did not hear a single sound.

I prefer Airport hotel to have shuttle service so that we will prefer to stay instead of paying just above 50 Euro to 60 Euro for one person Airport - Hotel and then to the Airport for a short stay. Better to stay in the city center and use Train service to the airport

There was no soap in 2 of our rooms. The air conditioning was also not cooling well.
