The location is ideal close to Munich Airport but the hotel itself is in desperate need of refurbishment. Rooms are old and outdated, the corridors have old, dirty and smelly carpets. Have seen this kind of hotels a lot in end of 1990s and early 2000 - but I could never imagine that these still exist without renovation - and under Movenpick brand.

Great staff and helpfulness in spite of the hotel being very busy with athletes returning from the winter Olympics. Check in was a little slow: the guy seemed very new and was being trained. Great choice of wines and bar drinks and plenty of breakfast. Just what we needed!

This was a functional airport hotel But as a diamond member of the Accor group this didn’t hit the mark at check-in or any point in our stay It is an OK airport hotel but at the lower end for a Movenpick experience and diamond member

Our impression of the facility was that the staffing had been reduced. However, there were 4 “managers” at the front desk. There were only 2 wait staff in the evening dining room. They were struggling with the work load and doing the best they could. Breakfast staffing was also lacking. I only saw one wait staff. Food quality at the morning buffet was below what I expected. We requested additional pillows that took 2 requests and 2 hours. Room 158 was very noisy. The room was clean but it didn’t seem to be outfitted like the other classic king rooms I have enjoyed in the past. I appreciated the parking. Staff was courteous and professional.
