Stopover on the way home from Munich. Nice quiet dark room, welcoming bar and restaurant with good food and beer. Nice way to wind up a trip!

The hotel information leads you to believe that there is a hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. But as a matter of fact you have to take a normal bus line whose signs at the airport are misleading and there are way too few thereof.

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the transfer options from the airport to our hotel. We fully understand how unpleasant and frustrating it is to arrive after a trip without clear and reliable information on how to reach your destination. You are absolutely right: it is not an exclusive hotel shuttle, but a regular public bus line that connects our hotel with the airport. If our communication—whether through the app, in the booking confirmation, or by a staff member—gave a different impression, this does not meet our standards for transparency and clarity. We especially regret that you also received contradictory information from our team. That should not have happened. We deeply regret that this situation has already had a negative impact on your booking experience, check-in, and ultimately your overall satisfaction. Especially as an ALL Gold member, we want to provide you with an exceptionally smooth and pleasant stay. We are therefore particularly sorry that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. Easy to get to the airport. Rooms are small and cramped.

We are very pleased that you found our proximity to the airport particularly convenient and were satisfied with cleanliness, check-in, our team, and check-out. Easy access is especially important for families – so it’s wonderful to hear that this worked well for you. At the same time, we sincerely thank you for your candid feedback regarding the rooms. We understand that the room size and the design with separate toilet and bathroom may not meet everyone’s expectations. This concept is part of the hotel’s original design; nevertheless, we take your comments—particularly regarding the ability to wash after using the toilet—very seriously. Your feedback helps us assess future renovation and optimization measures more effectively. Regarding the shuttle service, we would like to explain that our hotel deliberately does not offer its own shuttle due to the very short distance to the airport as well as the excellent public bus connection. This decision is also in line with the sustainability goals of our brand Novotel and the Accor group. Nevertheless, we completely understand your wish – especially for international guests with luggage, an included transfer is a definite added value. Your note that this would significantly increase your recommendation is particularly valuable to us. We also take note of your assessment of the value for money. Our aim is to balance comfort, service quality, and location in a harmonious way. If we were unable to fully meet your expectations in this regard, we deeply regret that.
