Well located, nice rooms but very poor service. - The third bed was not made in the room when we checked in. - Staff had no knowledge about gluten free food in the hotel.

While I am glad you appreciated our location and the room itself, I sincerely regret the inconveniences you experienced during your arrival and with our service. Please accept our apologies that the third bed was not prepared upon your check-in. This should have been arranged in advance, especially when traveling as a family. I am also very sorry that our team was unable to properly assist you regarding gluten-free options. We understand how important dietary information is, and we will make sure to address this internally so our staff is better informed and prepared in the future. Your comments regarding the missing coffee and tea amenities as well as the longer check-in time are also very valuable to us, and we will review these points carefully with the team. Let me state that the beds were very comfortable, but due to the fact that the windows cannot be openend, the rooms (stayed there twice) were very dusty and stuffy. Also room service was not available via the phone in the room, probably because the (busy) desk is only staffed by two people. Had to go to the desk as well for my request, but in the end, no room services came to deliver the requested. Poor service all together.

Stopover on the way home from Munich. Nice quiet dark room, welcoming bar and restaurant with good food and beer. Nice way to wind up a trip!

The hotel information leads you to believe that there is a hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. But as a matter of fact you have to take a normal bus line whose signs at the airport are misleading and there are way too few thereof.

We fully understand how unpleasant and frustrating it is to arrive after a trip without clear and reliable information on how to reach your destination. You are absolutely right: it is not an exclusive hotel shuttle, but a regular public bus line that connects our hotel with the airport. If our communication—whether through the app, in the booking confirmation, or by a staff member—gave a different impression, this does not meet our standards for transparency and clarity. We especially regret that you also received contradictory information from our team. That should not have happened. We deeply regret that this situation has already had a negative impact on your booking experience, check-in, and ultimately your overall satisfaction.
