Dear Mr. W., thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are deeply sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. We regret that your room was cold and that the heating system was not available during your stay. Please know that this is not typical of our service, and we will address this matter with our maintenance team to ensure it is resolved for future guests. We also understand that the absence of international plugs and adaptors was inconvenient, and we will look into providing better solutions in this regard. Your comment about our staff's hospitality is concerning, and we will review our guest service training to ensure that every guest is welcomed and properly assisted. Offering additional blankets when the room temperature is not ideal is definitely a suggestion we will implement going forward. In addition, we will internally check the stock of our mobile heaters and replenish them if necessary. We appreciate your valuable feedback, and we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more pleasant stay in the future.
