Great hotel for staying before or after a flight.✈️. It’s located in the Munich Airport. Have a good lobby as well as rooms. The private parking 🅿️ area is great. The breakfast are great. The staff hospitality is very good. And they help as much as they possibly can. A highly recommended hotel. 🏨.

I think Novotel staff need some training on how to respond to requests from hotel customers. Despite multiple calls to their hotel phone numbers and e-mails to h6…, a simple request to retrieve an item that we had forgotten in the room before checkout was never retrieved nor shipped (at our expense) as requested. The hotel staff completely ignored requests. No one bothered to respond.

Transportation to and from the airport is very poor and below expectations. The hotel is marketed as being part of the airport but the reality is different. You are required to take public transportation to and from the airport with crowded busses and bus fares.
