We were very impressed with the team at the Novotel Munich airport. We had a medical episode in the middle of the night that required emergency medical treatment and the front desk team were excellent, handling the situation really well. The man on the front desk over night with the American Accent was absolutely excellent, very clam and caring through a difficult situation. The rest of the staff were also phenomenal and knowing that we had to extend our time at the hotel until we were fit to fly they looked after us very well. A big shout out to Bianka, and Selena who went above and beyond to try and make our stay as comfortable as possible. They are a huge asset to the organisation. The hotel is well appointed and very comfortable but it was the staff that made our stay as great as it was.

Short stay but very enjoyable.

The decision to remove coffee making option from certain rooms was a poor decision - low cost to hotel high price for damage to image.
