Great hotel once you get there but other hotels have a shuttle bus service and it wasn’t clear how you travel from airport to hotel so ended up getting a taxi (which defeats the point of booking a hotel at the airport. Clearer information to clients would help

I traveled to München with my parents who are 92 and 90 years of age. On both check in and check out the various people at the desk were unable to assist us in finding a cart for our luggage. One sent me out to the bus stop to check if maybe someone had left a luggage cart there. Another staff person suggested I walk through the parking lot to see if I could find one. I left my elderly parents standing at the desk while I wandered around the hotel property looking for a luggage cart both at night upon checking and in the morning during checkout. Staff at the desk just shrugged when I returned unsuccessful after not finding a cart. The rooms were sparkling clean and newly refurbished but the service was less than expected based on previous stays.

Nice basic hotel if you need to stay near Munich airport. No room service. But restaurant is solid, if unspectacular. It's further from the airport than it appears. You can't walk. It's about a 4 minute taxi ride. Allcor has some nicer hotels at airports (Athens), but this one does the job.

One night between flights. Took a taxi (15 euros) because it was late. Shuttle back was very convenient. Supposed to cost but nobody paid. Very upscale and modern. Very comfortable room. Bar/cafe open. Limited selection and expensive (28 euros for a burger and fries) but taking everything else into consideration and the lateness and lack of neighborhood alternatives, was acceptable.
