This hotel is near airport. But does not offer pickup or drop facility to airport. Beds bathroom were good. But rooms did not have a kettle and dustbin in the room (only available in bathroom). Hotel rooms are located too far from lift which makes difficult to move with bags and is also confusing. Strange to experience this at Novotel.

We truly understand how important convenience is, especially when traveling with luggage, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. Regarding transportation, we would like to kindly clarify that the hotel does not offer a private shuttle service. However, there is a very convenient public bus connection (line 635) operating between the hotel and Munich Airport, running approximately every 10 minutes from around 03:43 in the morning until 00:43 at night. We appreciate your comments regarding in-room facilities such as kettle, tea/coffee amenities, and waste bins. Great one night stay before a flight. However, interrupted by a medical situation requiring hospital treatment.

Had requested early check in but did not and was asked to pay 60 euros and then it was immediately available. Not exactly ideal when you are travelling with baby. Additionally no kettle in the room
