Dear Mr G., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased that you otherwise had a comfortable stay and appreciated our proximity to Munich Airport, your accommodation, cleanliness, WiFi and particularly the smooth check-out experience. We sincerely apologize, however, for your experience in our restaurant. Waiting an hour for a relatively straightforward dish without receiving a proactive update is clearly not the level of service we expect to provide. The explanation you subsequently received was equally unsatisfactory and should not have been communicated in this manner. We are currently working intensively on improving the processes and efficiency within our F&B operation, and your feedback will be addressed directly with both our service and kitchen teams. We regret that the restaurant experience overshadowed an otherwise positive stay and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better overall experience on your next visit. This hotel can only be highly recommended. Very easy to reach from the airport. Very professional and superbly friendly and helpful staff that makes you feel instantly welcome. Beautiful warm color scheme throughout. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and the layout is perfect. Easy check in and check out. Another plus: restaurant and bar with convenient hours and a "snack room" with all the necessary items available for purchase 24/7. Definitely a 10/10.
