Good location, pleasant check in gentleman, room clean. Knocked point off as hot drinks machine in lobby out of milk all evening and no one replaced it. Minor point though.

This accomodation was exactly what i was looking for. The hotel was new, clean and efficient. The staff were friendly and restaurant/bar had a good variety. I particularly liked the gym facilities which was very important to me. The only problem was the air conditioning particularly in the gym, it was way too hot. I would suggest the hotel lower their settings for customer comfort.

I waited 1 h for the ordered dish (Penne pesto, needs 10 min to prepare at my home). Request about my order after 1h ! Response: kitchen can only do one order at a time. I went to my room after that hour waiting after paying my beverage

We sincerely apologize, however, for your experience in our restaurant. Waiting an hour for a relatively straightforward dish without receiving a proactive update is clearly not the level of service we expect to provide. The explanation you subsequently received was equally unsatisfactory and should not have been communicated in this manner. We are currently working intensively on improving the processes and efficiency within our F&B operation, and your feedback will be addressed directly with both our service and kitchen teams. We regret that the restaurant experience overshadowed an otherwise positive stay and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better overall experience on your next visit. This hotel can only be highly recommended. Very easy to reach from the airport. Very professional and superbly friendly and helpful staff that makes you feel instantly welcome. Beautiful warm color scheme throughout. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and the layout is perfect. Easy check in and check out. Another plus: restaurant and bar with convenient hours and a "snack room" with all the necessary items available for purchase 24/7. Definitely a 10/10.
