After a long travelling day I just wanted to rest, instead I got a room without bed, so I had to go to the reception and wait to get another room. I gave the invoice info to the staff twice, at the check in and at the check out, they said there is an error they will fix it and send it by Email, They did not. And when I asked for it I received an invoice with my private address. (My private address should stay private) I’m still waiting for the invoice, I already sent an email and no one responding. I have a lot of work at the air port, and I always came with 2-3 colleagues. Because of that problem I’m staying in an other hotel.

The location was fine and if the restaurant had been open for dinner would have been perfect as I have stayed in other Ibis hotels and found the restaurants were good especially for my husband’s dietary reauirements. However having to eat at the Movenpick hotel was difficult food wise for him, I would not have booked it if I had realised there was no availability of. Restaurant, even though it says dinner from 6pm,

Location: The location makes it best option to choose for short term stay, maybe one or two days as there is a (bus+Train) good commute option from Airport to center of the Munich. Staff: I found the staff very co-operative, they explained about all the places which we can visit and how to reach their by using bus and trains. Services: I did not like the breakfast being offered that too at very high cost. Very less options in the breakfast and no cold-drinks in rooms.

Small modern rooms which were very clean. From our room I could see the planes take off and land. Typical IBIS rooms (Personally the rooms are too small for two people for me.). Good breakfast and friendly staff. I booked stay and park deal. The “deal” worked out to be a bit more expensive than booking the parking and room seperately. Also the computer system had problems adding an extra night’s parking to the deal. But the staff were nice and sorted everything ok. Getting to the airport was easy with their shuttle bus. But this cost another 13 euros each way. But it worked fine. Public transport is cumbersome with bus and then train options. The hotel wasn’t really offering tempting food options in the evening. But there’s a brilliant Italian not far away. Loyalty program. I booked and paid for two rooms the first night. I should have been credited for two nights for my first stay. I was only credited one night.

We stayed here for one night after a late night arrival at MUC airport. It is in a convenient location just the other side of the airport and it took us 10 minutes by rental car to get there. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The hotel is nice,modern and clean. What was not so good was that the check in late in the evening was very, very slow. The staff were friendly but could not find our rate. At 23:30 at night wanted a quick, hassle free check in, especially as a gold Accor member. It was all sorted by the manager the next morning but I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Only 6 minutes taxi ride from the airport with compact, comfortable rooms. The majority of our party arrived during the afternoon and received a smooth check-in, however, my daughter arrived at midnight and was kept waiting at reception where it seemed answering the phone was more important that the person stood at reception.
