Seamless online booking and onsite check-in process. Received helpgul advice from your check-in staff regarding travelling to my business conference very early the next morning. Had an issue with my room safe, staff were helpful in identifying the fault and taking steps to fix it promptly.

We communicated we would be arriving about 8.30pm. The concierge (?) called us to check our progress because we were later than this. We advised we would arrive soon after 9pm. We were not advised the doors would be locked and no access without a card. We called the after hours number 4 times due to no answer. Knocked on the door because there was someone behind the bar who gave us a rude look. She did let us in and said we needed to call the AH number. After explaining we tried, she then confirmed she was aware of our booking and our keys were ready and she checked us in. The room was neat and tidy but very dusty. Dust on all surfaces and the couch cushions were the worst. The couch could not be sat on. The room was reasonable and a good location for our plans but nothing about the experience was note worthy.

The room is good size for one night stay. The bed is very comfortable, however the split system air conditioner made a gurgaling sound all night long. i only got a couple of hours sleep when i turned the air con off. But then the room temperature incresed and made it uncomfortable
