I was in Warragul for a dinner for business and The Mercure was perfect. Lovely big room, spotlessly clean and pleasant staff. I will certainly use The Mercure in the future if I need to return to Warragul for business, and I think it would also be an excellent stop-off point if I was travelling further afield to Gippsland.
A very welcoming and comfortable stay.

I was originally booked top stay one night and at short notice was able to stay a further night in the same room and the additional booking and payment for the extra night by me personally, was handled with ease and no confusion.

Overall, the room was modern, clean, and pleasant. Perhaps on the pricey side, and it was disappointing that I would have had to pay an additional $30 for my 6 year old son to have a fold-out bed for the one night we stayed. My daughter, who briefly visited me in the hotel, has a fear of elevators. It was concerning that the person at reception did not know how to access the stairs and had to rely on phoning her manager to find out. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
