The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The location is in a great place, heart of Warragul is all in walking distance. Unfortunately the phone in my room didn’t work which I was able to get around using my mobile instead to call reception/room service. There were stains on the bedding and the mini fridge was too cold and froze everything in side. The wifi was also not strong enough to support a strong connection. All in all this was a decent stay, however there were a few little let downs but nothing that ruined the stay.
