Shower pressure wash pretty poor, the pillows on the bed where all the same size and too big, which hurt my neck- Why would you not have a thick & thin combo?

I've stayed overnight on while traveling for business on many occasions. Staff are always delightful - radiating genuine warmth and helpfulness. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped (tea/coffee facilities, great showers, amazing bed). The location is faultless - near train station and within walking distance to amenities. What's not to love? Looking forward to the next stay.

Your staff were warm from the get go - the rooms were a decent size, super clean & super comfy bed with lots of pillow choices & iron & ironing board easy to access. All soaps & shampoos fantastic - really great value for money & superb location & access to car park was good.

This was an overnight stay, we are fairly regular guests. It would nice if this was acknowledged in some way, it never is. A simple ‘welcome back’ would be appreciated. Especially in a country location such as this. The last two stays have provided only one facewasher in the bathroom for two guests. Limited reception hours make any problems more inconvenient. The hotel price point is a bit elevated considering these points.

I decided to stay overnight in Warragul to allow time on Sunday for a leisurely lunch with a friend, before heading to the airport! As soon as I walked in to the Mecure Warragul (in hindsight) I should have kept walking - I had to double mask because the perfumes from cleaning agents was so strong. I checked the room and it was ok (I had called ahead to ask them not to clean with fragrances) - booked room service so I didn't have to go back to reception and crashed for the night only to wake at 4am coughing and nose burning from the perfumes permeating through the cracks under the door. I blocked it with a towel and put a mask on BUT by 5am I'd had enough - so jumped in the car and drove home - 90mins in opposite direction! Grabbed 3 more hours sleep and then headed straight for the airport - disappointed about having to cancel my scheduled lunch.
