The reception staff are so welcoming and friendly and that atmosphere continues throughout the Mercure Warragul, where the cleaning staff are cheerful and just as welcoming as the staff at reception.

My stay for 1 week was good. However, few improvements are needed. Heater was not provided in the room - it was much needed especially when outside temperature is below 10 deg C. Also blankets are not thick to keep your warm enough during cold temperature. Room and overall stay was pleasant.
