Check in was late. Trainee lady wasn't very helpful. King bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Fabulous studio rooms with everything you need including a microwave and a sink. We requested a view of the ocean which was fulfilled. It’s close to everything and if you are seeing a show at Twin Towns Services Club there is a walkway making it very convenient to access. Lots of facilities – indoor pool, outdoor pool, two spas, gym, games room, lots of vending machines, lots of outdoor areas, two tennis courts and many restaurants available at Twin Towns on the easy access walkway. My only concern was the check-in. It took 25 minutes. There is a very confusing layout of three queueing areas and they don’t necessarily take the next person in line. One lady bypassed the queue, got into the next lane, and was served straight away. This was very frustrating for everyone in line. Otherwise, we will definitely be returning.
