Overall we were happy with our stay but were disappointed with our room - on the 3rd floor looking out the back with the rubbish room next to us. The air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work, probably because the vent next to the bedroom was completely blocked with fur and dirt.

We love it there, its our GO TO for a break away. We park the car in their safe carpark then walk to the beach, have dinner, stroll the shops, swim in the pool ...perfect.

We always stay at The Sebel Twin Towns Coolangatta. Especially if we have tickets to a show at Twin Towns. The hotel location is great. No more than a couple of minutes walk from beaches, restaurants, shops and Twin Towns. We stay anywhere from a few nights to 10 nights.

Nice room but housekeeping missed cleaning 1 day (I didn't have the skip cleaning card on the door). Early checkin was requested prior to arrival (at 7:30am) but room was not made available until 1:45pm Good buffet breakfast

Regarding your request for a 7:00am early check in, we would like to clarify that the only way to guarantee such an early arrival is to book the room from the previous night. As we were fully booked the night prior, and with a standard check out time of 10:00am, rooms are not available for immediate turnover and cleaning prior to standard check in times. We appreciate your understanding as our housekeeping team works to prepare all rooms to the highest standard following departures. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the missed housekeeping service during your stay. This has been shared with our housekeeping team for review to ensure consistency in service delivery.
