Room was dirty, facilities were not working, only one staff member on duty.

The bed was comfortable and room was very clean and modern, was not disappointed with not knowing there were no amenities in the hotel like a restaurant or bar. Welcome drink on entry was a warm bottle of white wine that didn’t feel as welcoming as other Accor hotels
