The car park the hotel utilises for valet parking is well monitored with CCTV coverage and security presence overnight. Guests wishing to self-park can purchase offsite parking passes on arrival at the hotel for AUD$10.00 per car/night.

My room was nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Central location with nice view. I paid the extra for valet parking, which was convenient, especially due to health issues and wanting my car to be safe. Unfortunately on arriving to visit a friend, I found marks and a deep groove in my paint work. (I drove straight from the hotel to her place). I know they weren't there before and I didn't do it myself. But because I'd already left the hotel, nothing could be done about it. This was frustrating and annoying, especially at such a high cost for that parking.

On arrival rude and abrupt. Fee to park unbelievable never charged anywhere else we have travelled and was told I’m lucky then , was not told about this and not paying $25 on top ended up parking for $10 up the road in a car park . Disgraceful. Bed and pillows uncomfortable.
