I often stay at this hotel for work, everything is consistently to standard. Rooms are clean, well attended to. Service is great, food excellent and an easy checkin/check out process. I had one issue this time, seems the plug in the shower had blocked and flooded part of the bathroom. The staff provided me extra towels though after the incident.

We arrived after 6pm on our day of check-in, only to find out that the hotel did not have a record of us staying there. We had booked our holiday through Qantas holidays, using Qantas Frequent Flyer points. The hotel had access to the Qantas portal, and there was no record of us there either. Had I not printed out the confirmation page when I booked, I wouldn't have had a leg to stand on. The hotel was fantastic. Couldn't speak more highly of them. They did what needed to be done so we had accommodation for the week, even though they were booked out at one stage.
