The staff were excellent The room is fine but pricey for no view. Why is the TV mounted so high on the wall

I appreciate your feedback -- I can't really explain the high TV position, but can advise that we hope to have a full replacement of our TV system as soon as possible this year. I have looked into your booking in relation to the prepayment and tax invoice. I can see that the payment sits with us as a deposit and a tax invoice won't come from the reservation system directly. Instead, the payment is reflected on the tax invoice that is generated as part of the check-out process, and this can emailed to your directly at that time. The staff went above and beyond to help my friend when our luggage went missing. This included finding some robes so we could change into something fresh (after 8 days hiking) and remained in touch with us about our luggage arriving, even though it was quite late.
