Nothing was too much trouble by the staff for my disabled son who is in a motorised wheelchair and his support workers . We had the family adjoining rooms which they happpily changed over to 4 singles beds for us. There was plenty of room for his transfer hoist and commode chair. The restaurant even catered for my son’s meals as he has puréed food . Close by the hospital, which is straight across the road, we had a very comfortable stay and if he ever needs to be in hospital in Launceston again would definitely stay here again. The whole complex is beautiful and definitely suitable for people in wheelchairs

We stayed one night. Have stayed many times at this hotel and have always had a really comfortable experience. This time, the king bed was VERY uncomfortable. One side was clearly a single bed that was leaning to one side and made it impossible to have a reasonable night's sleep. We were there for one night, but it was important to have a good rest. We were very disappointed. We will always check in future, to see that we will be able to sleep ok. The staff are great, by the way.

Dissapointed with the room given, as I already mentioned during my booking months ago indicated that I prefer a room with higher floor with open view. I was given a rooom on the 1st storey which feel like underground, the balcony was dirty like nodbody use for a long time.

Room was nice and spacious. "Spa with view of the Tamar valley" was looking at the carpark and hospital. No room information, don't like being forced to use tech (QR code) to access room basics. NO bedside lamps? Not enough power points available to charge our phones (tv was not an option). Curtains were too light to make sleeping comfortable. Kitchen floor was not cleaned properly as was sticky when walked on. No complimentary water bottles??? Happens at ALL the other chains that we have stayed at.....
