Couple of minor things that made it not do great - couldn't connect to guess wifi on my laptop. Front desk tried to help but it didn't work Phone on room couldn't call the front desk Needed bill split out in different way but it was not possible

The manager said i given you a good room. As you can check our room was very gloomy , I could not open the window every one can see us, when i was checking out i mention it to the reception and his comments were now its too late next time we'll look after you.I did not book a cheap room .

Please accept my apologies, as our team could have been more attentive to that request. As our location is not suited to strong views (2 or 3 rooms per floor would be considered a good views, and one in your chosen category), I would recommend considering our sister hotel, the Peppers Silo Hotel, which features some great view options across the Tamar River towards Cataract Gorge. Alternatively, the 1 Bedroom Spa category in our hotel has great corner views towards the CBD/River and this may be a future consideration.
