Overall it was superb the room is so clean and kudos to all the cleaners as they really maintain the cleanliness of the room. I just had one complaint about the receptionist when we arrived in the morning I don't want to name Her but she needs to be nice to the customers. When we arrived she right away told ne in a rude way that the check in still at 2pm as they are so busy that day. She can say that in a nice way. Also, when I relieved a call she said to my friend that I am so loud that I was disturbing the other people who are eating. Thats unimportant call that I answered from workplace. She needs to learn how to be nice to customers.
