We were on a short overnight stay and all we needed was great sleep, a good shower, and a quiet room - the 'holy grail' combination! We were so happy at this hotel - the king bed was comfy, the room was incredibly quiet and very clean, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The added bonuses were the parking (included in the room rate) and the friendly staff at reception, who gave us a warm welcome and explained the perks of our Accor membership. We weren't there long, but we had a fantastic stay and we hope to return soon.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights to have a much needed family vacation - and our first time in Tassie! Called Accor at 12:30 to see if we can check in - advised it shouldn’t be a problem. Arrived about 15-20 minutes after and was asked to wait 15 minutes. 30+ minutes later checked again, told a couple more minutes. Another 20 or so minutes, still not ready. When checking in the last time, and I was being very patient and kind, I got “like I said” from Kelly at the front desk. I explained to the original young lady who served us our version of events, expressed that Kelly saying “like I said” to me was cantankerous, and got Kelly rolling her eyes and arguing back to me about it. Rooms were filthy! There was coffee mug stains, another persons hand print stains, coffee spilt on the table, something yellow all over the walls. It was terrible. Cleaners only partially cleaned when they came in the first few times, meaning they didn’t even bother to take the rubbish out of either rooms! Floors clearly weren’t done during the entirety of our stay, as we dropped a blueberry on the first day and I noticed it as I was putting my shoes on to leave the hotel. I called and raised these concerns and wrote an email to the customer care team. They forwarded the email to the management team. I spoke with the assistant manager (can’t remember his name) and he was lovely and understanding the poor communication from his team, plus the attitude I received. Place is giving me old hospital vibes too. Was kind of creepy.

Overall good. The bathroom is very large but understand it accommodates wheelchairs. Tv could be larger and more modern but it still worked fine
