The TV remote wouldn’t work properly. There was black staining? Mould in the bottom of the shower. The sheets felt bumpy and rough, bed was comfortable though.

I regularly stay at the Mantra on Charles. Always clean, quiet with great customer service. Only negative feedback is the quality of the in-room televisions. They are old and do not reflect the quality of the hotel and rooms. Other hotels in the Accor group have new smart tv's and yours need to be upgraded.
