Having stayed from the 12th of December for 2nights, It very quiet and very relaxing . Just a couple of small things, Maybe there needs to be an extra blanket in the room , also when having breakfast i noticed it was extremely busy and the young ladies working were almost run off their feet with breakfast and coffee orders.I think there needs to be a least 1 more staff member as Meg was doing way too much for 1 person, and i noticed there were couples left as they did not wish to wait.The breakfast staff did a fantastic job ,so please pass on our thanks,We will be back and thank you to all the Staff. Hotel staff were really sweet and helpful. Room was good, value for money. We had a really good sleep which was much needed after driving from Swansea to Binalong Bay & Binalong Bay to Launceston. We were super exhausted, just wanted to shower, have some dinner & crash early. Would call up the hotel directly next time & request for a room with a view & try their brekkie buffet.
