We stayed Monday night, enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant with Nicole looking after us. We returned the following Saturday and not the same experience. Our first room was 109 with table and chairs, separate sleeping area. Saturday's room was 322. Why is this important? On weekends, the restaurant is closed for dinner so when our meals arrived, my wife sat at the desk with one chair and I had the choice of sitting on the floor or the bed. Beware on weekends with the restaurant closed for dinner. If you are a member of Accor Explorer there is no discount on your meals. This is not mentioned anywhere on the room service menu so you pay full price for meals plus a delivery charge. If we had known prior to ordering, we would have eaten at one of the many restaurants within walking distance and been able to sit at a table together. That meal was the most expensive of our 6 days in Tasmania.

The bathroom door locked itself and wouldn’t open at 2am. This had obviously happened before because the lock showed areas of being drilled out. Most inconvenient however the on duty staff member conducted himself very calmly and politely under the circumstances
