Thank you for your feedback. Our towel reuse program is absolutely intended as a sustainability initiative, helping to reduce water, energy and chemical consumption in a sensitive natural environment. However, participation is entirely optional. Guests who would prefer fresh towels during their stay are welcome to request them, and our team is always happy to assist. We also understand your comments regarding connectivity. While many guests appreciate the opportunity to disconnect and immerse themselves in the wilderness, we recognise that limited mobile coverage combined with the absence of in-room Wi-Fi and televisions may not suit everyone's travel preferences.
