Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear there was some confusion during your stay. The resort does not offer in-room televisions or Wi-Fi, and this information is outlined on our website prior to booking. That said, I understand how disappointing it can be if expectations don’t align, and I regret that this was frustrating for you. The team member you spoke with yesterday has only been with us for a few weeks and was doing her best to assist. When you asked for the managers name, she did not realise you believed I was onsite at the time. Unfortunately, I was not on site that morning, which is regrettable, as I would have welcomed the opportunity to speak with you directly and clarify these matters. The television located in reception is for display purposes only and does not provide free-to-air or Foxtel services. The team did offer access to the Tavern from 11:30am, which is when it opens to guests. I’m sorry I wasn’t available in person to explain this at the time and appreciate you bringing your concerns to my attention.
