Upon arrival I was treated with courtesy and kindness, as well as being offered tea in reception. I felt the general vibe of the accomodation was spectacular and definately enjoyed my time there. I would say the bistro left a little to be desired in terms of food quality for price and the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but aside from those 2 issues I was very happy.

The resort is tired and while rooms had been renovated, they certainly weren't to the 'luxury' standard described online. Service was okay, but nothing exceptional and staff didn't seem well trained. Breakfast was terrible. Food was cold and not replenished. Overall, grateful we only stayed for one night.

No complaints other than perhaps the food is a little pricey - but considering the location, that's understandable. Gorgeous cabin, quiet and private. A few issues with the Spa controls and the decor is a bit dated but we would be happy to go back

Loved our stay at Cradle Mountain Lodge. We were fortunate enough to have one day of snow during our stay. This made the enchanted walk magical. The fire in the cabin was lovely to come back to each day. The Tavern has lovely vibes & food. My only disappointment during our 4 day stay was with the scrambled egg at breakfast ? Powdered. The tall Chilean man who checked us in & was the Barista one morning was exceptional, his coffee made our morning sadly for us he wasn’t there each morning . Otherwise 5 stars.
