Location was amazing and the main building was well presented. Bistro and buffet breakfast food and drinks were great. Highlanders restaurant was overpriced for food that wasn’t the best. Husband was served raw fish. Cabins need updating and some TLC. Floorboards creak and shower head needed replacing so was unpleasant when you wanted a warm shower in cold weather. Fireplace was great. Bed and pillows didn’t provide a good nights sleep. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

Room was warm, clean and great for the one night stay. Loved having a fire there. Breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were all lovely. A shame about the spa being unavailable for my booking, but it is what it is!

Our first impressions were that the staff were rude, not hospitable and had fairly low energy. The room was a little run down and could use some updates. For the price point we expected more but unfortunately was not the case. The food was terrible which contributed to us leaving our accomodation early. The gorgeous location and proximity to the national park and the walks around the lodge were the things we enjoyed.

What an experience. The Peppers Lodge was well worth it. When you think the world is going to end because your cabin doesn't have WiFi, only to realise it is the best thing since sliced bread. The wood fire, the spa, the rock at the door to see if we need a refresh on tea coffee or fresh linens. The cabin was perfectly stocked and so spacious. The team at the front desk and tavern were so friendly and forthcoming with knowledge and recommendations. The enchanted walk was amazing and to see all the animals around, shows the place is respected and well looked after.

The room was tired, taps hard to turn on and off. The balcony next door looked straight into our room and bed, no net curtains to give any privacy. During and over an hour after rain there was a constant drip that was like water torture. 10/10 for bathroom products.

We had a really comfortable stay at Peppers Cradle Mountain and loved the cosy atmosphere of the cabin. The spa bath was definitely one of my favourite parts, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring Cradle Mountain. We booked a Spa Family Cabin, and the only small downside was the placement of the extra bed, which felt a little awkward and made the space less comfortable than expected. I had also seen a few reviews online mentioning that a complimentary bottle of wine was provided, so I was looking forward to that, but unfortunately we didn’t receive one during our stay. Perhaps this is no longer included or only applies to certain room types/packages. Other than these minor points, we really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was cosy, comfortable, and a lovely place to come back to after a day in the mountains. Would happily stay here again!

The park is glorious and walks amazing but peppers needs a major overhaul. It's dated, tied and ordinary. Food was reasonable the fine dining and staff were friendly and good under pressure of being undersized. Cleaning staff basic and behind. We had to wait to check into our room. And accused of using bar items when we didn't upon leaving. But that was sorted quickly. Obviously error with room numbers.
