I have never given a poor review before but was extremely unimpressed. Apart from one or 2 positive staff interactions ( initial check in , and one member of waiting staff ) everyone else was unhelpful and poorly trained. Waited for 10 minutes to be seated for breakfast despite multiple tables. When we left there was a queue of over 25 people waiting (with an almost empty dining room ) . Supplies of basics like cutlery, butter, crockery, OJ etc not filled. Had to ask to be served at the bar whilst the bar staff chatted. Paid nearly 3000 dollars for 2 night stay and got better service in the local cafe . Didnt even bother going back for breakfast the second day . Location of resort amazing but facilities were dated, peeling, chipped and definitely not 5 star or luxurious. Have stayed at Peppers resorts multiple times and have never been so disappointed.

The lodges are basic but comfortable. The location is beautiful and the amount of wildlife we saw was fantastic.

No wifi, no tv, spa was a 1x person bath with some jets. $950 too much.
