The silo rooms have a great view over the North Esk and the bed itself was comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly on arrival and it was nice to see there were enough power outlets for charging devices in different locations. There is room for improvement in the amenities, for example: pillows are too large and puffy / no coffee machine / old kettle with discoloured plastic window / soap and shampoo only in dispensers mounted on the walls / desk has no light in a relatively dark room / only one comfortable chair to sit on / we paid for 3 adults (teenage son) but there were only 2 of each cup, plate etc (which could thoughtfully have been addressed without having to ask for it). Seems a little dated and not up to the expected standard of a Peppers hotel. We have stayed in the past around 3x for convenience but look forward to some improvement in future.

We had the opportunity to stay at the Silos again for a short stay… great, welcoming staff, great food, nice location close to the main CBD area and far enough away to experience the sites of Launceston and the surrounds and lots of parking

Nice hotel room. Clean and modern. In room dining food was basic. Cheese board was inedible cheese was dry and sweaty like it had been left out in the sun for an entire day. Gym was tiny but ok. Day spa was always closed even when the opening hours said otherwise and the crabby lady behind the counter in the day spa made sure of that.
