From the moment we checked in at reception we knew that our stay was going to be great. Our room was as expected. We had a recommendation from another stay, that if we were ever in Launceston stay at the Peppers Silo. And we did. So happy that we did. The restaurant was excellent and breakfast was great. All staff were hospitable. See you again next year.

The room I was in had extremely poor sound proofing, I could hear an adjacent rooms TV and conversations. Very annoying when they are still up at 1am. I only managed to sleep after using ear plugs. I've stayed here before and never had this issue. Maybe it's just this room? Not sure.

The hotel property is well located in a low density configuration (8 floors), and the room configuration is generous and makes practical sense. An improvement area is to consider including lounge chair/ single seat sofa.
