Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Our apartments are centrally located, which does mean we are close to the city and its activity. We have invested in triple-glazed windows throughout our bedrooms to help minimise external noise; however, these do need to remain closed to provide the full benefit. We are also disappointed to hear that you found our team not as friendly or helpful as expected. This is not the experience we want our guests to have, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can continue to improve. We were pleased to note your interest in planting two trees. Through our Hotels for Trees initiative, we are currently supporting tree planting, and we have a team planting day organised next month where we will be planting the 300 trees contributed so far.
