I was welcomed warmly by reception , thorough information of the premises was provided . One thing that was noticed was that car parking allocations are a little cramped .

Overall, it’s a nice hotel, though it is starting to feel a little tired. As we were staying for Agfest on business, it was disappointing that there was no flexibility around arranging an earlier breakfast. During Agfest, it would be helpful to offer breakfast from 6.00 or 6.30am to accommodate exhibitors and workers. The room information mentioned the option of a breakfast box, but when I attempted to organise one at 20:55, I was told the kitchen had stopped taking orders at 21:00 and they were unable to assist. There was no indication of any cut‑off time on the room details. There was zero comprise to assist with this request. Additionally, on one morning the bed wasn’t made, and on another the in‑room coffee wasn’t replenished.

Front office staff at reception did not make me feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious. The gym was really small but the equipment did work.
