Peppers Seaport Launceston offers large apartments, in an excellent location at incredibly good value. There are plenty of good dining options just down stairs and it's a very short trip to city for more option. The accommodation was incredibly spacious with all the amenities you need. I highly recommend

Reception was a great experience - Laura (I think) was fantastic. Aircon in the room was very noisy. Generally happy with the room otherwise. Cleaning was probably below par. Hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived and were not cleaned whilst we were there (2 nights). The bed was made the second day, and looked ok until we paired back the cover. The base sheet was untouched and was not touched from the night before (in all my travels I have never witnessed this). We went to breakfast downstairs at Tidal Café on the recommendation at reception. I am aware that the cafe is seperate from the hotel, but our experience was very average. The place is very dirty, the white chairs are filthy (look at the back of them) and the floor is putrid. The food was just ok, staff looked disinterested/disengaged and seemed to be not well patronised (I think which is a sign that all is not good). We won’t be going back there in a hurry. The next morning we went to Tatler Lane which was 5 star in comparison. The place was buzzing in contrast. Please see as constructive comment. Thanks Mike and Dianne.
