Great staff, good location, good room. Disappointed the Accorplus membership was not applicable in the restaurant or cafe

My room wasn't comfortable to work - the coffee table too low and the table and chairs were too small - I requested if I could please have some more English Breakfast tea bags for my room as only 1 bag was provided, and I needed to work that night and I was told you didn't have any as they are on backorder. Not happy as I had to work several hours that night, I ended up going to an IGA and brought some myself. Silos a far superior accommodation for price charged - won't be staying again.

Very disappointing - No hand towels or soap in the room on arrival - late so we made do - but very poor Couch in the Room was stained and grubby as well as the cushions The curtains were torn and dirty No toilet paper left when room made up. Noisy at night
