$15 a day parking for a car park that’s not accessible for your hotel guests is ridiculous the mini bar was very limited of selections and the the outrageous room service that was an absolute joke!

Positive experience , great location for our needs and comfortable. The only thing I did not realise until after I booked was the need for paid parking. While the reception staff were friendly and professional when asking direction to walk to certain destinations they did not appear to know the local area well. Not a major issue but worth noting for improvement.

Lovely hotel but couldnt find barista coffee unless walking to Peppers Silo, Tide cafe not open

You have a beautiful hotel and our suite was perfect, everything we needed and overlooking the river. All the staff were lovely and 5 restaurants within a 1 minute walk

Noisy music downstairs - can’t believe you pay the money to get the beat from Downstairs. Unfortunately I will not be back.
