The property was clean & nice as we arrived late from our flight. When we showered, the fixture leaked all night which was unfortunate. The room was petite, yet the bed was comfortable. As we arrived after 10:00 pm due to a delayed flight & were hungry, we were advised that all the restaurants had closed without any alternatives. The staff was excellent as they readily supplied extra towels, blanket, waters and evn was able to open a broken medicine bottle. They were terrific!!

Location is excellent, staff excellent, room clean and bed very comfortable - however we had booked a Luxury Marina View Suite which boasted "views over the Seaport Marina" and the photos backed this up. We are also familiar with the area & were booking specifically for the river outlook. We had views over the carpark and back onto the hospitality area. This was not consistent with our expectation or the photos and Luxury Marina View Suite description given on the website. Beware the misleading marketing and check when booking if it is the Marina/river aspect that you are especially wanting as part of your Peppers Launceston experience.

The stay was great! Very clean and well styled room, not to mention the friendly staff. It was lovely being by the water and its pretty much a short walk away to everything you need. I came here for work a lot but would stay here with my family too. I'd stay there again!
