Room was clean and tidy, a bit dated. I was located directly above the restaurant so it was loud and noisy. I would have asked to be relocated if I was more than1 night.

Experience was amazing especially our interactions with your staff. We had a problem with the dryer & toaster & the maintenance team responded immediately & installed & new dryer & delivered a new toaster. Your staff are a credit to you.

A lovely river view room, with so much space. Sunset on the balcony ! Nice ! A great location, with several good eating options very close by. Will stay again when in Launceston.

My wife and I stayed there for a for a night and we loved the service. We love the location of the place. They had a lot good restaurants around the walking distance to the CBD. Yeah highly recommend it .
