A prompt friendly greeting, efficient check in process, beautiful room. One issue, not previously mentioned, was the toilet had running water which was difficult to stop…..

For me personally I felt that the rooms needed a very good clean especially the couches it smelled like dust and the carpet. The balcony needed a good clean. It had bird poo all across it and cobwebs the window you couldn’t see through them unfortunately they haven’t been cleaned for awhile, we couldn’t leave our balcony door open because it had no fly screen and the mosquitoes would come in. I did look at the other apartments and a lot of them did have Flyscreens but the two that we were in had none, on the good side the beds were very comfortable and the location was great. The staff at the reception were very very obliging and very friendly
