We loved the location and the views but the noise level was not pleasant.

We stayed in room 2002. As a Suite it had a washer and drier. Even 2 packets of washing fluid provided. Lovely views of the mariner and river with balconies. Facilities new and well kept. Some noise from the bar, but acceptable and I’m a light sleeper. Had to pay extra for parking. Restraunts a stone throw away

super impressed with both the service and the rooms, was centrally located, we stayed in one of the one bedroom water views and loved our stay. The staff were so nice and helpful and would defiantly stay again. thanks for looking after us

Stained curtains , dirty chairs that still had old broken m&m chocolates . Dirty carpet , broken bathroom vanity , leaking shower , horrible wine selection (both white and red ) poor beer quality . We could not sleep the first night because from the moment you walk out the lift the strong smell of food was unbearable and our room was smelling like that kitchen producing the smell was in our unit , this gave us headache , quite disgusting, i thought you hi ti Tassie for the good air , and ….. plenty of photos of needed .

While I am pleased that you found our location and team to be positive, the issues you experienced with the cleanliness and condition of the room are clearly not acceptable. Stained curtains, dirty carpets and furniture, food remnants, a leaking shower and a damaged vanity should all have been identified and addressed before the room was made available to a guest. I am also very sorry about the strong food smell, particularly as it affected your ability to sleep and caused you discomfort. We understand how frustrating and unpleasant this must have been, please accept my sincere apologies. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and I will pass it to relevant departments. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention, and I am sorry that we let you and your family down during your stay. But on your next visit we will be very careful on these areas.
