I’am very happy with booking again if I need to My husband and I arrived extremely early and spoke to the lady at desk. Explained to her why so early ( from ferry) we asked if she could let us know if our room does get cleaned early could she phone us. I also explained that when I booked online I didn’t see anywhere where I could write that I was disable and couldn’t do stairs. She immediately changed our booking from floor 2 to 1. She made it so easy for us and we also got the call that our room was done. Would definitely recommend to others
