The location, cleanliness of rooms and friendly staff were excellent. The only disappointment was that every morning for breakfast, we had to ask staff to top up items. Examples of this were no hot water in coffee machine, no butter, no bread, no muesli and no full cream milk. I think the staff, although very helpful, needed to be more diligent in checking that all breakfast items were in supply for guests.

The lady that check us in was in training. She was friendly and welcomed us s a Platinum member. However on the second day had to go back to get our keys cut again. Breakfast on the Sunday was disorganised and no clear information on where to check in. There was no bread, jams, butter, water in the coffee machine, no eggs, bacon, hash-browns, plates, forks, knife, spoon should I go on. I when to reception to ask staff to help the 2 people in the restaurant as they were trying to accommodate everyone with coffee and trying to refill, however the luck of team work was poor. For this reason I would not return the unwillingness of the reception staff to help the other staff even for 10mins to get them back on their feet. The price we paid for the 2 nights does not reflect the hotel standards. Very disappointing.
