Had a 3 night stay at the hotel. We booked our room 6 months in advance. Even though we are platinum members and have stayed at this hotel several times before, we received no upgrade and was given an entrance room at the stairway. It was a very small dark room at the back of the hotel. It was also a place where people would stand to talk so it was quite noisy. We will definitely be very carful not to book it again, if we do come back. As the hotel was very busy we were unable to pay extra for an upgrade or different room. Just want to mention the excellence of staff at the Titanium Bar & grill. They were great and and their service was outstanding!

Sadly we didn't have the best stay, the room is very noisy, the heater had a bad smell, light bulbs were blown, the shower had mould in it however the staff that greeted us were so friendly
