I was very happy with my stay at the Mercure. Staff - friendly, polite, professional. The wishes I'd expressed for type of room were accommodated - thank you. The room was actually bigger than the one I'd originally booked, so spacious & comfortable.

Good place for a short stay in Launceston. Rooms clean and modern, was upgraded to a premium room being an Accor gold member which was appreciated. Only minor thing was the restaurant was closed the evening I stayed, I’m not sure if this is normal for a Sunday but definitely would have dined in if the restaurant was open
