There was persistent noise of a motor cycling through that reverberated through room 231. It oscillated between very loud (like a large car) to moderately loud (like a car idling). Identifying this as "most likely the air conditioning) is not a solution or the offer of one. Saying you'll pass the feedback onto facilities to see what you can do about baffling, is.
