As our hotel is located on a main road, some level of traffic noise can be noticeable, particularly to guests who are more sensitive to sound. I'm sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, especially regarding the welcome drink it will usually show up on the Accor app, if it does not and we are informed, we will write out one for the guest to use at the bar. With the wine, reception did note that down and you were not charged, housekeeping were also informed and have followed up with that, we do completely understand how frustrating that can be. I appreciate your mention of the breakfast you enjoyed, but I understand the inconsistency with the menu options must have been frustrating. No welcome drink offered on arrival as this is a part of my membership. Checked mini bar on arrival and there was a half drunk bottle of wine in there, informed reception so hopefully I don’t get charged for this. Split system air conditioner would randomly turn on and off. One morning ordered breakfast off the menu in the restaurant rather than buffet and was good. Also ordered a barista coffee which I had to remind the team to make after I had finished my breakfast. Ask for some eggs cooked to order the next morning and told the menu was not available and it was buffet only, I said they did this yesterday but was still told no. So went somewhere else for breakfast. Overall was an average stay based on the above and would look to stay at another hotel next time.

Great Stay-Cation location - close to shopping precinct, entertainment venues, and restaurants. Free parking provision was a bonus. Attached restaurant "Titanium" supply's a wonderful buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price for patrons.

easy to locate and in a good location, always parking spaces available. Rooms were clean and large enough to contain everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a desk and lounge chair. On site bar and restaurant is convenient, also located a short walk from the centre of town. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Some rooms are located externally, motel style, and some within the main building, rooms in the main building facing over the park do experience some road noise, however, did not keep me awake and ear plugs are provided should you require them. A fellow traveler was located in an external room and would have preferred if the room deadlock worked as she would have felt safer - we assumed it was just broken and did forget to report this on checkout, so to be fair it could have been resolved. Bathroom is very compact but was clean and contained what I needed, be patient with the shower - it does get warm but the temperature is a bit difficult to get just right - persevere and it is all good.
