room was lovely . bathroom floor for me was a bit slippery to walk on but with shoes on it was fine. shower was great.bed was super comfy. lovely and clean throughout.

It’s a functional hotel but rooms are not really to the standard anymore. Bathroom is tiny and impractical and there is no noise barrier on windows (they do provide ear plugs)

Car park was terribly step and hard negotiate. Rooms were small, rundown and felt more like a motel. Not the level we would expect from an Accor

No early check in for paid membership customers. Bar closed so only choice for complimentary drinks was whatever was in mini fridge. Restaurant closed the whole stay & no room service. Bed was comfy.
