Dear Guests, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. While we are sorry to learn that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, we also regret that these concerns were not brought to our attention during your stay, as our team would have been pleased to assist and do everything possible to make your visit more enjoyable. Regarding the pool area, we were particularly surprised by your comments. The resort offers a large number of sun loungers distributed across our three swimming pools, and each set is equipped with its own umbrella to provide shade for our guests. To date, we have not experienced any shortages of loungers, but we nevertheless appreciate you sharing your perception. Guest feedback is always valuable to us, and we thank you for taking the time to share yours.
