The hotel is in a very different condition from the way it is shown on their website. There were leaking ceilings, rust all around and overall very poorly maintained property.

Excellent service and responsive staff. Beautiful resort. Beach Club just opened so there was a minor hiccup in our advance booking for kayaks the following day (staff couldn’t find our booking on the actual day). But this was sorted out quickly
