The staff were pleasant and very helpful from reservation stage and throughout our stay. There’s still quite a bit of ongoing work, but it’s exciting to see what's coming up. Looking forward to the grand opening when all the facilities are operationally ready. Will definitely be back.

Everyone works really hard to offer a great experience. The spirit is very strong and clear to see. Rooms and amenities are of high quality. Food is overall good but due to the soft launch status, lacking variety.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Everyone at Mövenpick Bintan ensured we experienced the best hospitality and felt right at home. The wonderful hospitality started at the gate; the security and front office staff greeted everyone and ensured a smooth check-in process. Even the General Manager, Mr. Richard, was at the front desk greeting guests, while the Hotel Manager, Mr. Doni, was also in the lobby providing support. It was impressive to see the leadership team so involved. The same level of care was shown by all the other staff throughout the resort, from the restaurant to the pool and recreation areas. They opened on 18 December 2025, and more facilities will be completed soon to ensure everything is integrated in one place for guests to experience their holiday holistically. We booked a king-size room which was then upgraded to a suite when they learned it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you, Mr. Richard and Ms. Asra, for the kind gesture; my wife and I truly appreciate it. The great experience continued in the room, where we were greeted with a wonderful and thoughtful message from the guest experience team. Thank you, Shinta, Michelle, Edwina, Alfi, and Priscil. Also, thank you, Yovi, for the dodol krasikan. There is so much more to write, but I’d love to keep it simple: when you stay at Mövenpick, they’ll ensure you get more than what you paid for. We had a truly wonderful stay at Mövenpick Bintan last weekend. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service. We felt genuinely cared for, and every detail was thoughtfully attended to, ensuring that all our needs were met. A special thank you to Shintia, Michelle, Priscilia, and Alfi for their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness—they made our stay even more memorable. The food was absolutely outstanding. We especially loved the generous breakfast spread at Port 19, the indulgent all-you-can-eat chocolate hour, and the special event we celebrated at Yokatta Izakaya & Bar, which made for a perfect and intimate moment between my fiancée and me. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the recreation center, which added to the overall relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. We highly recommend Mövenpick Bintan to anyone planning a trip to Bintan—it’s an experience not to be missed.
