Lots of kids and families to do. We had a great time and when our kids got sick, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

Family had a wonderful 4 nights at the resort despite it not being fully opened yet. The rooms were comfortable and service was amazing! My personal fav was the well equipped gym and my kids thoroughly enjoyed kids club and the Port 19 buffet.

We enjoyed the facility, pool, food and the great hospitality by staff in the hotel. They never missed to greet us with a smile. The room was clean and neatly renovated. The pick up from the ferry terminal and also drop off from hotel to the ferry terminal was very handy and convenient. Chocolate hour made my husband very happy. The buffet for both morning and dinner is nice, the food selection is great but when it gets very crowded especially for dinner, it gets pretty chaotic and you start seeing empty dishes here and there, lacking some cutleries etc. I could see that the usually amazing staffs were overwhelmed enough that they couldn’t take care of little things anymore. We were very happy overall until we found a huge cockroach on the coffee cup corner. We immediately asked to get it cleaned. The staff came immediately and switched the coffee cups, nevertheless, we were feeling very uncomfortable. We were contemplating to ask for a room change until we found another dead body of cockroach in the wardrobe. That moment we asked manager to come over and check and document the evidences. Suryadi took care of us well, he offered us a replacement room that night, but we were unhappy that it was just a room replacement and nothing more given that we had to repack and change rooms at 22 PM. Therefore we asked him to talk to us the next day. Overall it was handled well, but the best is that he would escalate himself without us asking for further compensation. The next day, Doni came to us with sincere apology and his name card and offered us one night of free charge which we found it reasonable and we thank for the compensation. Other than this incident in general we are very happy and probably will stay again. Thank you for your great hospitality! :) Few small recommendations - we stayed in Radisson Blu located in another island and found these items very convenient: drying rack for swimsuits in the room, baskets to carry your items to the pool, flip flops Could be worth a thought!

At the same time, please once again accept my warmest apologies regarding the pest issue you experienced in your room. While I appreciate your acknowledgment that the situation was ultimately handled well by Suryadi and Doni, I fully understand the discomfort and inconvenience caused, especially having to repack and move rooms late in the evening. This certainly does not reflect the standards we aim to deliver. Your comments have been taken very seriously, and additional preventive pest control and room inspection measures have already been reinforced. We are also grateful for your thoughtful suggestions regarding drying racks, pool baskets, and flip-flops, which are excellent ideas as we continue improving the guest experience.
