We love our stay in Mercure Roxy, its only 15 min from Airport, the check in experience, the room is clean and nice. We arrived before midnight and the staff help us to get our room right away.The hawker across the street have lots of good food!

We encountered some issues at checkin and William and his team were extremely helpful and accommodating in assisting us with our needs to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. The stay was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and nice. If I have to be picky, the water pressure from shower is a bit weak, and some of the towels are frayed at the edges.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and neat. Services were outstanding and staff was extremely supportive. As a vegan, I felt I had limited options for breakfast and would love to see some vegan friendly food. Other than that, all good.

Front desk was great, room was clean, but no welcome drink vouchers anymore or has that promo finished?
