It could be better if the check-in is faster. Also, there is no designated queue with counters at right angle. When there is a queue, guest tends to queue at both counters instead of one queue line.

We were upgraded but the room had a terrible smell. I asked my husband if he was happy with it. As one is tired it is hard to have to change rooms. We decided to stay in the room. My husband woke at 3 am and by 7 am he said he couldn't stay in the room because of the smell. The TV control did not allow one to move the sound down... So overall was annoying when one is in transit and tired. The smell was apparent on entry to the room and we regret not saying something them BUT why was that not picked up by the cleaners...
