Stayed for 13nights with my 2 young girls 16 and 11 .we booked a deluxe regular room and we were upgraded to triple ocean view. I highly appreciate that.clean hotel comfortable beds toilets with hand showers (bidet) rare to find in Singapore. The size of the room was very comfortable. Very nice pool. Laundry area available can easily buy tokens and do your washing and drying .Didn't take breakfast so cant comment on that.Amazing location a step away from the mrt and bhs station. Parkway parade opp the hotel. I12 mall behind it. Late night food options available just across the street too.was a very comfortable smooth long stay for us .Thankyou Grand Mercure Roxy not to forget the super helpful kind staff.

1. Check-in took 20-30 mins 2. For a 7-days stay, we only had room cleaning done 3 times despite putting “clean the room” sign. Even then, 2 out of 3 we had to let the cleaner know personally. We spoke to housekeeping supervisor who was also not well-versed in english and said if we want the room to be clean immediately, we should put “come on in” sign. How are we supposed to know?? Very poor.
