this the bad hotel i been stay in the world ! the room not clean well , the ice box inside got the food left inside that smell bad 😡😡no mineral water supply have to top up by it self but no bottle how i go to downstair take 😅😅😅

Great hotel but let down by the iron

The opening of the new MRT makes the Roxy Mercure a fantastic clean hotel with great staff. Breakfast options were tasty and plentiful and something I looked forward to every day. For my room unfortunately I was let down by the iron which imprinted a stain on my white dress shirt which I continue to struggle to scrape out. Upon this I informed the reception to please replace the iron. Next day as a gold member and assuming the request to replace the iron had been actioned, I went to iron another dress shirt and unfortunately another stain was imprinted. Luckily I was able to scrape this mark out. Overall a great experience at the Roxy just marred by the negative experience with the iron which will unfortunately leave me out of pocket having to replace the stained shirt.

Great hotel to stay in for mid flight stop over.

We were stopping over in Singapore for one night on our way to Australia from Budapest. Grand Mercure is conveniently located relative to the airport and just a short taxi ride. We had a comfortable sleep and we’re pleased to be able to leave our bags with the concierge while we explored the various things around the hotel.

Well location with a lot of choice for dining nearby

While the hotel offers a generally satisfactory stay, there are areas for improvement in the room. The furnishings appear dated, and the lighting is inadequate, with a non-functional table lamp and overall dim illumination despite all lights being on. Additionally, the towels show signs of wear. Despite these shortcomings in the room, the overall hotel experience remains worthwhile.
