Really enjoyed the stay. From The super friendly service, offering discounts for staying for 2 weeks, the delicious morning breakfast, the fresh orange juice vending machine along with the water and ice machine on level 4. My only suggestion would be to have a little more variety at the cafe on the ground floor adjacent to reception.

Right from Check-in to Check-out, I did not get any feeling of being treated well. It was always a "NO" for everything. Despite you having rooms vacant I was forced to sit out in blazing sun for 6 hours near the pool. Housekeeping request took forever. I purchased 2 MERCURE collapsible bottles & requested the bill be email - never received it. The check-out guy was lazy & uninterested. Everyone in the Breakfast area especially your "Chefs" were totally cold, over-worked, dull & would not even bother to ask if you needed anything to be done. You assume the whole world is 100% Non-vegetarian but please fact-check especially your own data for past 5 years. You treat customers badly Will I ever think of this Hotel or REFER - Answer yourself.

Excellent as always and booked again for October. Only problem was previous guest must have melted some red clothing on the iron and we didn’t see it. When we heated it up to iron a work shirt it has ruined it and can’t be removed. Not a cheap shirt either! Maybe check the state of irons in the future as week well.

I stayed with you for roughly 12 days for work travel. Location is great to commute and get food close by. Hotel beds and pillows however can be better. I asked for change of bed and pillows and was denied that by the staff.

The hotel is in a lovely, quiet location, with all the conveniences you could need within easy walking distance to the Marine Parade Metro the Shopping Centre and a hawker centre with a variety of eateries . The rooms are spacious and well-sized, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the hotel facilities provide everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Having visited Singapore many times, I am delighted to have finally found a hotel that perfectly suits my needs. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Second time in Roxy Singapore, this time experience is hassle , need to request to relocate another due to strong smell from drainage and toilet. The birthday cake was sent unexpectedly , we back to the room at 10:30pm by the time we was so full and couldn't eat the cake 🎂 on the table unexpectedly. Its better write me a note if we would like a cake rather than sent without notification. Thank you LAI Y.
