It was a great room with a nice clear view. The room was spacious. The breakfast had a nice spread just that my stomach space was not adequate. The price stated accorplus membership was fantastic and it really was worth it. Would look forward for future stays and to patronise the Chinese restaurant again too.

the stay was good. so far, its always been happy experiences be it service of staffs or room quality. the only thing i felt not quite satisfactory was the buffet dinner at feast. the spread and quality of food wasn't quite up to expectation for the price i paid for 3 adults 3 kids. the quality and spread of food felt like home buffet catering and not hotel standard.

Overall stay was pleasant and comfortable. Staff were very friendly especially front office. Housekeeping also did a great job. The only let down was the breakfast and the food in the main restaurant. Not at all Accor standard and could have been much better. Even the menu was boring.

Very good experience. Staff are very polite and helpful. Maybe some improvements - foods for breakfast are not always fresh. Room cleaning are very late and need to request-though i understood that due to lack of manpower. Over-all I am good. Thank you

It’s a very well run hotel with easy access to shops, department stores, banks, restaurants and most important the wonderful park area and beach. The manager was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay there again. The food in the bar and cafe was excellent and the pool was wonderful.

Would Not Stay Anywhere else in Singapore

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions now and will not stay anywhere else in Singapore unless it is booked out and cannot accommodate us. The rooms are clean, quiet (very important to us) and there is a good choice of dining experiences available. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and there is a big shopping centre straight across the road from the hotel. The staff are friendly and always very helpful. Just love this hotel.
