Hi, Honestly, I had a pretty bad experience at your hotel. I love Ibis and have stayed at a few different ones, but this one was really disappointing. First, soundproofing — there’s basically none. The walls felt super thin. I heard everything: one girl was laughing like crazy until 2 a.m., others were watching movies, etc. I get that some of it is on the guests, but if the walls were better, I wouldn’t complain as much. Cleaning was also just okay. I don’t need daily cleaning, but when I checked in, I found hairs under the bedsheets. And what’s going on with the bathroom light? There was none! It was super dark. If your guests are women, that’s really not great. The staff were fine. The location is far from downtown, but I expected that. Anyway, I hope you can fix these things

Well located, bright space, quite small room but enough for 1 person. Clean enough although can still be improved, still have a bit of cigarette smell although I booked the non-smoking room. Facilities are just okay.

The location of hotel is great. Many restaurants, grocery stores and pubs around here. Vendor machines at the entrance is good. The hotel room is nice, neat and clean. However, in a hotel room. The ventilator in bathroom is not worked. But rest of all are good.

Located amongst a bustling street of variety of dining options, the hotel is very close to Changi for those wanting a good rest before the next leg of their journey (in my case, it was Europe). It offers simple, no frills yet just perfect option for an overnight stay. Beds are smaller than average size and the wash basin didn't have a soap. Air conditioning worked fine so did the hot water in the shower.

Our beds are standard international-sized single beds, and we provide a multi-purpose soap dispenser in the shower area for both handwashing and bathing.
