Room was clean and spacious for a family. Pillow is soft though the bed is a little stiff. Coming from Joo Chiat, one has to pass thru' a few bars to reach the hotel. I was surprised the house keeping came to make our room even though we didn't indicate that using the door sign. Do take note that very single guest needs to register with the hotel (with their I.D. or passport) which is not a norm in other places.
