I spent 10 days in banyan tree Bintan with my wife and my new born of 8 months old. We stayed in an ocean view villa with infinity pool and everything was perfect. Services, room, cleaning, breakfast and restaurants.. and we are used to stay in luxury hotel but the most important thing we enjoyed was the kindness and well being of the staff everyone was very kind and attentive specially with our new born. It’s a great place to chill and relax and it’s an easy place to stay with a baby they even made the food for her. The SPA is also amazing Thank you very much Rizan who was there for us each time we need something Also Tommy and Denny for the housekeeping, Sudarsono and Rifai for the romantic dinner in the villa, Marlyna for your kindness with us and with our daughter ! Thank you Cassir for your good mood every morning

We had a fantastic stay at Banyan Tree Bintan! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely sensational - always friendly, helpful, and incredibly service-oriented. Whether it was assisting with any request (e.g. milk for mini-bar) or picking us up with the buggy (special thanks to Kasir) to take us around the resort, the hospitality was outstanding. A special highlight was the wonderful surprise on our last evening, which made our stay even more memorable. The service was exceptional, with housekeeping visiting twice a day to ensure everything was perfect. The transfer from/to the ferry was well-organized and worked flawlessly. The restaurants served delicious food, and we especially loved the variety and quality of the dishes. The pool area was stunning, and having direct access to a private beach made our stay even more relaxing. Another great touch was that water and coffee in the room were complimentary and constantly replenished, which we really appreciated. We also booked a mangrove tour through the hotel, and it was a fantastic experience—well-organized and absolutely worth it. Visitors should be aware that the drink prices are quite high. Also, the villas are already a bit older, but this didn’t take away from the charm and overall experience. Overall, a truly wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to return!
